Chapter 50: Will You
“Where are we going? We’re going to be late for the bonfire,” Sage said as Caspian led her through the woods.
There was a celebration tonight for both the coven and shifters to commemorate the new arrangement. Both sides had been reluctant to attend but the Elders and Alpha made it mandatory. There would be a bonfire, music, and Moon Blood which they hoped would loosen their people up and put them in friendlier moods.
Caspian was guiding her through the trees, ignoring her question.
“Caspian,” she groaned. She wanted to be there when the party began so they could start conversations between the two groups.
“Shush, they’ll be fine,” he told her.
She fell silent, letting him take her away.
