Beyond The Crescent Moon

Lyra's POV;

It's been over a week now and everything has been looking good. I have been able to successfully avoid Tristan. I guess this had only been possible because he had a lot of work to do.

I heard from Damien that he was researching the quantinite rocks. Thankfully he hasn't been able to disturb me.

Things have been cool with Alexander's mum. We bonded a lot. She took me to places she and her mother had been in the pack. Every moment with her was wonderful. It felt as if she was my mother. I was happy to receive such warmth in my life.

Practice with Damien had gone splendidly well. I learned a lot of training styles. Damien had called me a natural and said that I learned faster than most of the people he had trained before.
