The Alpha's Mismatch (When Fate Defies Power)

"A weak, broken omega as my mate? The moon goddess must be kidding me!" "I would rather kill him than accept him as my mate." Those were Chloe's angry words immediately she found out who her mate was. Chloe was not only the female Alpha but the most powerful Alpha that the werewolves' community ever had. She was feared and revered, brutal and fierce. She was also known as the ruthless leader who would kill for fun and at will. Not even the councils could call her to order. She was out of control and lived ruthlessly. However, there is a backstory that not many people knows about, except her best friend, Liam. On the other hand, Aiden was a weak and fragile werewolf who was considered an abomination. That was because he was a product of rape and his mother died immediately after giving birth to him. His grandfather maltreated him, claiming he caused the death of his only daughter. The maltreatment from toddler made him not to get his wolf on time and he was bullied and considered weak. That damaged him and he lived his life in fear and isolation. However, during Chloe's brutal attack on Aiden's pack, the two discovered they were fated mates. How would Chloe deal with that package of unpleasant surprise?

Running with the Alpha

Aiden's POV

"What is her deal? She acts all cold to my face but she is up to something else behind me?" I wondered aloud, mumbling the words in disbelief.

With the thought on my mind, I slowly made my way back to the warriors' quarters. But before I could reach the entrance, a familiar voice cut through my thoughts.

"Aiden!" It was Roselia, calling out to me.

"Stop right there!" Her voice was sharp. As she emerged from the darkness, I could see how worried she looked.

"Hey, Roselia..." I wanted to say hello gently as if what had happened earlier hadn't happened.

"Really, Aiden?" She interrupted me, stepping closer.

"I have been searching everywhere for you! How could you just leave the clinic like that? The healer wasn't even done with your treatment!" She snapped at me and I could clearly see her anger was coming from a place of worry and care.
