Chapter 67

Ryan gasps upon hearing it. But even before he could react, I stomped on his feet discreetly to shut him up. He groaned in pain and cussed out.

"Shut up!" I whispered, which he nodded in return.

I glanced at the two and saw Derek's body stiffened. He kept on staring at me with a face filled with shock, so I took that chance to put Ryan in my room before he bursts out of rage.

I quickly closed the door. As my back rested on the wood behind me, It was only then I realized how bad the situation had turned out to be. I tilted my head in confusion as I strode towards Ryan.

"Why am I acting so random? I can't believe I kept on saying nonsense even when I don't want to."

Ryan coughs. "You know what, before talking to yourself, why can't you just heal me for god's sake!"

"Right," I chuckled and apologized.
