Her Archi

She lay on the wet grass weakly, she was numb and cold. She tried to move her legs but they were to numb to move.

She opened her eyes slowly, she was lying besides a tree, the rains had stopped falling and the cold air was biting.

She looked around, the guards were no where around her. She held her head and groaned.

"What happened? How did I get here?"

She sniffed and tried sitting up, her legs were heavy and it was painful trying to move them. She finally sat down, shivering.

She looked around, there was no shelter for miles.

"Where am I going to start from? There is no where to lay my head," she gulped down nervously.

She hugged herself and shivered.

She looked at her stomach, tears welled up in her eyes and she sobbed silently.

"I am so sorry, I failed you. Now, I do not know where and how I am going to raise you." She inhaled sharply.
