Andrea was frozen.
She burst into tears in the car when she was on the way back. Unexpectedly, her eyes would be swollen from the crying.
Because of the dim light, Gideon did not found her eyes were swollen. As he got nearer, it was clear that both her eyes had swollen to the size of walnuts.
"I, I."
Andrea stuttered.
"What happened when you went back home?"
Who was Gideon? His observation skills were particularly sharp. Not a single little matter could escape his eyes.
"No, nothing." She avoided his direct gaze and did not dare to look at him.
He snorted coldly. "A loser like you, you must have been bullied."
He had researched her family. That stepmother had treated her always badly. In the whole Lopez family, only Jacqueline treated her like a human.
Speaking of her sadness, Andrea bowed her head and whispered, "I am a loser."
"What's there to be sad about, hey?"
Gideon rolled his eyes at her.
