So you’re Sophie huh?

Sophie stretches as the soft breeze of the evening hits her through the window.

Tyrion had confessed he loved her. He doesn't even know that she's his mate yet and he loves her. When he'll remove his chain and feel that she's his mate, he'll surely be the happiest guy on earth. Or so, Sophie wished.

Today morning, when he had confessed, then Sophie started crying a little, not full on crying, just her eyes watering and then Tyrion cuddled with her for hours after which they fell asleep.

Tyrion was unwilling to leave but Sophie told him that it's for the best, and it's only a matter of a couple of days, then the competition will end and they'll be together.

Princesses were gathering outside in the park, enjoying while Liana stood alone. Watching that through her window, Sophie decided she'll join them.

Sophie got into her closet and picked out a comfy set. She wanted to wear her high waisted booty shorts but it won't be suitable as a princess here to become the Luna.

So she picked up some comfy pyjamas and a cropped ribbed sleeveless top of the matching colour as the pyjama.

She combed her hair and applied a little lip tint. She knew she looked good, there has always been an arrogance in her about her looks.

She locked her room and left for the garden. In her way, she saw people chatting happily as if they've already forgotten that a princess walking amongst them had died, right here.

Sophie made her way to the garden and Liana's eyes brightened when she noticed her. Liana waved to Sophie can called her.

"Thank god you're here Jada, I was going nuts" Liana made funny faces and Sophie laughed.

"Well now I'm here so no need to worry" Sophie told her.

A thought came to Sophie's mind, she should probably tell Liana the whole truth. Perhaps she should wait, she thought.

Chloe caught her eye as she was encircling the garden in a weird way.

"What has gotten into her?" Sophie asked Liana.

"I don't know, but she's always weird." Liana shrugged it off as it was nothing.

Sophie noticed that Chloe was not wearing the purple ring given to them by Tyrion and Sophie got curious.

The ring helped the girls to send sos any time they want and they also protected them from curses, or so they thought. Liana knew that the rings were useless against the darkest magics but opening her mouth could've led her into an argument explaining how she knows what she knows, and she doesn't have time for that yet.

They started chatting amongst themselves "you know, I've started having this weird sensation." Liana said as they sat on a bench.

"What kind of sensation?" Sophie was also feeling slot of things but she bet Liana had anything similar.

"Like something is happening or going to happen" Liam's sighed "I don't know if I make sense but like, something's about to happen, I have this anxiety in me"

"Maybe, you know you should always trust your intuitions, they always lead you where you should be" Sophie said and took a deep breath as she thought about how much her life has changed. If she went to live in another city, would she have been married to someone else? But she was Tyrion's mate so they were supposed to be together. However not all mates meet each other on time, is she was any late, Tyrion could've been married to Helena for all she knew.

"You're right. Then my intuition says that something good is about to happen" Liana says and grins.

"I'm hoping that your intuition is correct" Sophie giggled.

From the corner of her eye, she could see Chloe waking very weirdly, as if she was in pain. Sophie excused herself from Liana saying she wants to use the loo as she followed Chloe.

Chloe took one turn then the other, and this was giving Sophie deja vu, she just wished this is not a repeat of the last time. Getting tricked into another shit show was probably not even her last wish.

She followed Chloe as she entered a narrow hall, Sophie knew this way well enough. This leads to one of the emergency exits Tyrion had told them about, this means Chloe was trying to run away. Had she done something horrible?

"Chloe!" Sophie shouted as Chloe was about to open the door to the exit.

Chloe turned around and faced Sophie. "Sophie, is that you?" Chloe's voice came from deep within her chest, and the fact that she knew her real identity could only mean one thing.

"Goeth" Sophie said with venom lacing her words.

Chloe chuckled a deep chuckle, the doing originating in her chest, her eyes have gone black by now.

"You have to try harder than that" Chloe said and glared at Sophie "you filthy selkie, I should've destroyed you the chance I got but now, you'll see the people close to you leaving" Chloe said and her hands had turned black by this point.

"If you're taking about Chloe, then I guess you should know she's not even on my shit list" Sophie yawned, she felt bad for Chloe but if she lets Goeth see this, she's gonna kill Sophie before she could even flick her wrist.

"It's not Chloe I'm taking about" till now, Chloe's voice has become three dimensional and Sophie could hear it from every wall "until next time Sophie" she said as Chloe started choking on thin air. "Do your homework till then little selkie" the voice erupted from Chloe's chest as blood started coming out of her eyes.

Sophie lunged forward to help her but before she could, Chloe fell lifeless to the ground.

Footsteps echoed behind Sophie.

"So you're Sophie huh?" The voice of someone close to her spoke and her eyes widened.

Maybe Sophie should've told this person before but now she has shattered their trust and probably this'll be one of her biggest mistakes.

With dread in her eyes, she turned around to meet.......
