The Alchemist Archvampire: Chronicles of the Unseen Alchemist

Brief Notes for Those That Don't Want to Waste Their Time: +The chapters will be between 1000-2000 words and I will write until I feel like the chapter is over I don't like cliffhangers +As the title says, the story will follow the daily life of a powerful archvampire that interested in Alchemy. - So if you're looking for a novel with great plot twists, an overpowered main character making cool entrances and saving delicate female leads etc, you're in the wrong place. +The main character will use his power to entertain himself and find something to do with his endless free time. While doing that he causes something that he wasn't aware of... +And he doesn't like to leave his castle but over time this might change with the interactions he will have with female leads. +If you're not interested in mc's backstory, you don't have to read synopsis **** After centuries of war and slaughter, the Archvampire Jasper Shaw had finally become the most powerful being. The only one who could match him was the Demon King Asmodeus himself. But there was no chance of them fighting to each other, they were childhood friends from centuries ago. Jasper had achieved his goal, he was the strongest, he had no rivals. He had everything he wanted in the palm of his hand and of course he enjoyed it to the fullest. Wealth, women, authority, everyone in the world bowed down and offered gifts to gain his favor. Like that centuries passed... Jasper had gotten bored with everything. The endless time he had without a purpose became a prison for him. He created a castle for himself near the castle of his ancient friend Asmodeus and did not come out of it for three hundred years. He spent the first decade of this period sleeping in his coffin, which was the longest decade of his life. After a decade, Jasper decided to get out of his coffin and find a hobby. He played silly games by himself, drew pictures, wrote articles, poems and eventually got bored with all of it. In time he became interested in various types of magic but he quickly mastered in every magic so this hobby became boring to him as well. For a while he even became a gourmet; he tasted the blood of many different adventurers of different races, weights and sizes who came to his castle for different reasons, and he had a lot of fun while tasting that bloods. In the process, he didn't talk to anyone, he just watched them and somehow managed to get their blood, but of course there was one exception. That exception was an elf named Kael and over time the two of them developed a friendship based on mutual interest... After two centuries passed like that, Jasper finally found something that really interested him and that he was not very skilled at, Alchemy! But of course, he was not very skilled only for his standards. He spent ninety years doing Alchemy, he was still enjoying it, but he was running out of ideas to do something with alchemy. Right around this time his friend Kael told him that he was not going to visit him no more. Kael had been giving him his blood when he visited him, now Jasper would either have to talk to someone or find a way to get their blood again. Of course, Jasper was no longer the old Jasper, he was very picky about blood, so he had to find someone suitable and keep them visiting the castle, and of course he had to come up with new ideas to continue his hobby... Chapter 10: Succubus and...Tsundere?

*AAAAAAAA!!*

There was a scream in the castle, apparently Sylvaine had finally realized which room she was in. She threw herself outside and wandered through the corridors of the castle, checking room by room, looking for Jasper.

Meanwhile, Jasper was sitting with his head on the table and his eyes closed, seeing through the eyes he had placed on the golem and observing the place where the elves lived.

There were huge trees with white trunks, and most of the elves were lying down next to a tree, napping. Some of them were fighting for food, Jasper thought as he saw these fat elves,

"It seems like peaceful times are not for everyone, look at what this mighty elven race has become. All of them turned into pieces of bacon."

There were fruits and mushrooms around that could be eaten, but that was no solution for the elves, they were carnivores after all.

As the other golem came into his sight, Jasper felt something. The door of a room in his castle that no one was supposed to enter was opened.

He opened his eyes, immediately got up from his chair and teleported himself to the front of that room.

Sylvaine was inside, under the spell of a succubus that was chained to the wall by its wrists, and was moving towards to the succubus,

The succubus had silky black hair cascading down to her waist, she had two dark purple horns on her forehead and her violet eyes glowing with a seductive allure. Her large breasts were provocatively bound with a flimsy purple bandage that barely covered her ample curves, leaving little to the imagination. Below, she wore a skimpy pair of purple underwear that barely concealed her most intimate areas, enhancing her alluring and lewd appearance.

The succubus looked down at her and said in an alluring erotic voice,

"Good girl, you sure know what you want, don't you? Come closer to mommy"

Jasper stepped between them and slapped Sylvaine, the impact of the concussion freed Sylvaine from the succubus' spell.

A/n: Yuri is not allowed -_-

When the succubus saw Jasper, her demeanor changed completely, her cheeks flushed with excitement and she began to breathe heavily.

"M-master, you're finally here! I started to think you had forgotten about me, I'll serve you to the best of my ability"

Jasper turned his head and looked at the succubus with a cold demeanor,

"Not now, I'm busy"

After Sylvaine came to her senses, she looked a little frightened and surprised, and she asked,

"What's going on?! Why am I here? And why did you tie this lady to a wall?"

Jasper turned angrily to Sylvaine and said,

"Why don't you just quietly lie in bed and rest, huh? Like a lost little rat, you keep wandering around my castle and entering rooms you shouldn't be in."

Sylvaine had had enough. She stamped her foot furiously and said,

"Haaaa?! First of all, I didn't want to be in this castle in the first place; your stupid golem teleported me here! Second of all, you left me in that creepy room, so I'm trying to find a normal one in this castle, but all I find is another creepy room, and you didn't even give me an explanation!"

Her voice got louder and louder as she continued,

"And what if I'm walking around the castle however I want?! You're the one who told me to do as I please, so why are you getting angry?!"

Sylvaine crossed her arms, looked away, and let out a "Hmph!"

Jasper was more amused by Sylvaine's reaction than angry and thought about what she had just said.

'I guess my father was right. I really have become an angry man' he mused.

As Jasper was thinking, the succubus leaned towards him, her breath hot on the back of his neck. She whispered,

"Master, who is this woman?"

Jasper replied in a cold voice without even looking back, "Since when did you start asking questions? You don't need to know."

The succubus seemed to relish Jasper's cold demeanor, a sly smile playing on her lips. Sylvaine, still not getting an answer, looked at Jasper and said,

"What, you don't even have an answer?"

Jasper said, smiling warmly,

"You're right, I—sorry."

Jasper was clearly still not good at apologizing. Sylvaine, her cheeks flushing with a mix of embarrassment and frustration, said in an agitated voice,

"Then... then are you going to explain what these rooms are all about?"

Jasper said, "Sure."

Then he approached to Sylvaine and continued sarcastically, "If you are still tired, I can carry you to another room."

"I don't need your help! I can walk by myself."

Jasper smiled and offered his hand and said, "At least, do you want some support?"

Sylvaine's cheeks flushed slightly and she said reluctantly, "I think I can accept that much."

As Jasper and Sylvaine left the room, the succubus looked at Sylvaine with jealous eyes and once again repeated her question nervously,

"M-master! Who is this woman?!"

Jasper left the room without even bothering to give her an answer, the succubus had a mixture of jealousy and anger in her eyes...

Jasper and Sylvaine went downstairs, Jasper said, "If you don't want to run into my 'creepy' rooms, I suggest you stay downstairs."

He then escorted her to an ordinary room and she lay down on the bed. He pulled up a chair, crossed his legs and began to explain the rooms to Sylvaine.

He started with the mirrored room, he said that he was trying to create an intelligent species and that several rooms upstairs were the result of his experiments.

He tried to create an intelligent life form by experimenting on humans, but his creations were far from intelligent. All they wanted was to eat all the flesh they could find.

When he set them free, they often attacked humans and were called *ghouls* by the humans.

Jasper couldn't accept this failure, so he prepared that room for them and put them in it. He tried to make the design of the room as humane as possible, placing photos of them with each other on shelves and hoping that they would communicate with each other.

As he continued his experiments, he finally got a humane response from them, but it turns out that this was just a way for them to trick their prey. They began to mimic humans, not because they understood them, but because it made it easier for them to hunt.

Jasper interpreted this as an animal instinct rather than a sign of intelligence and believed he had failed.

One day he couldn't stand their noise any longer, so he killed them and trapped their souls in the mirror.

Jasper explained it all so calmly and as if he were engaged in a normal hobby that Sylvaine was intrigued and listening rather than frightened...

Jasper started to tell the story in the room with the golems and said,

''I am ashamed to say this, but those golems are the most intelligent creatures I have ever created, unfortunately they are not made of flesh, but at least they can speak a language among themselves and respond to my commands''

"At least they're more cute than creepy!''

Jasper said in surprise, ''Are they? Anyway, let's get to the room with the succubus...''

Jasper thought for a while and then continued,

''The reason she's in this castle right now is not a result of my experiments, but the reason she's tied up in that room like that is a result of my experiments, I guess...''

"What do you mean?''

"When I failed in humans, I started experimenting with different species, and she herself volunteered to be used in my experiments.''

"Who would want such a thing?''

"As a result of my experiments, I created a new species, but the outcome wasn't much different from humans. Once again, I ended up with a species driven by hunger to attack flesh, although they were a bit pickier than humans."

"How picky?"

"Ehm... They only targeted and consumed the genitals."

Sylvaine's intrigued expression quickly shifted to one of disgust and judgment.

Jasper defensively exclaimed, "Hey! Don't give me that look, it was just a failed experiment!"

Sylvaine couldn't help but giggle at his reaction.

"You still haven't explained why that woman is there," she said,

Jasper scratched the back of his head nervously before reluctantly beginning to explain,

"During my experiments, I treated her more like a subject than a person, and over time, she seemed to enjoy it. She even asked me to treat her that way and inflict pain."

"She wanted that?!"

"Yes, we had a mutually beneficial arrangement before, but things got a bit... strange after the experiments."

"What do you mean by 'mutually beneficial arrangement'?"

"I mean she's a succubus, I think you can figure out the rest."

Upon realizing the nature of their relationship, Sylvaine's cheeks flushed crimson, and she quickly turned away, burying herself under the blanket.

Jasper, thoroughly entertained by Sylvaine's reactions, stood up and remarked,

"Now that I've answered your questions, I think I can get back to work."

With that, Jasper vanished, returning to the alchemy room to observe the elves...

I'll upload new chapters next week. I'm busy for now
