Lea would be seated at your row while Selena was sitting with general presenters. You gave her a kiss and headed off with Lea who pressed you about what you planned to do but you stayed mummed. Robert Pattinson and Kate Winslet were already there along with their significant others as Alex and you took your seats together along with the director and writer as the opening to the show began to get underway.

The first few categories you were up for didn't go your way but the one you were sure about would be best original screenplay and so when you won for that there was a great sense of pride and accomplishment for this. Lea was up next and unfortunately she lost to the very talented Saoirse Ronan. A few awards later it became time for best actor and Robert won to a huge ovation. You and Alex were so happy and proud and a few minutes later, Kate walked away with the best actress statue for her second ever best actress trophy. Best director unfortunately didn't go your way but even then you were all happy for the wins you did have as you and Alex knew there was gonna be a new influx of talent behind and in front of the cameras who would be willing to work with you guys knowing you could field such award winning fare. But when the best film category came back with your films name on it there was a loud roar from Alex and others as you were still in a state of complete shock. Standing on the stage and getting to make a speech as one of the main executive producers was surreal and you couldn't even believe this was happening. You shouted out your mom and hour late father and got emotional doing so before talking about your talented cast and crew and letting them get some shine. You and Alex were each presented with your own statue and as you headed to the back to take pictures Selena found you and hugged and kissed you without regard for who would see. You finished up with taking the pictures and giving some short interviews before you went and got with Alex and broke down after he hugged you and said this was just the beginning. He told you to have fun tonight and you thanked him for staying with you through it all. He smiled and headed out with Alice as you and Selena went and got into your limo as you headed to the hills to Kate's party, not exactly knowing what was going to happen next.
