"Dex wake up! Dex wake up! Dexter Light wake up!!!"

"Huh? What? Elly what are you doing in my room?"

"Shhh. Be quiet or your parents will hear you. My parents are arguing and I didn't want to hear it. You know how they get. They argue one moment then they're all lovey dovey the next."

"Okay but that doesn't mean you can come into my room this late at night. I have to wake up early tomorrow. Tomorrow is my first day at the academy."

"Oh yeah, I forgot that you got accepted into my school. How can someone as dumb as you be accepted to Griffin School of Magic? I felt really good being the only one from this town to get accepted and now you have to join me."

"Hey your words say one thing, but your face says another. Just admit it, you're glad that I got accepted aren't you?"

"Oh be quiet ..... but at least school will be a lot more interesting."

My name is Dexter Light, but most people call me Dex, and I've been accepted to the most prestigious school of magic in the kingdom; Griffin School of Magic and Sorcery. And so begins my adventure!
