In a mansion situated on one of the Scottish islands, there was a mansion with high walls and a gate with ornaments that would make anyone who sold it rich overnight.

You could see that whoever lived inside the mansion was very rich.

One peculiarity of the mansion was the amount of employees, more specifically guards.

They surrounded the mansion in shifts, they were not sloppy, they worked very well organized.

Each one carried a musket.

The walls had towers, towers on which Gatling machine guns were located.

Just seeing the security of the Mansion would make any intruder consider his plans for life.

All this security to protect a single person that is a child who is (Playing) in the gardens of the mansion.

It's been 5 years since I was reincarnated

And the powers?

Well they awakened about a week ago.

I found out that it has to do with vitality.

Well how did I find that out?

I went on the day that I awakened my powers, there was no commotion or strong wind or me levitating,

I wasn't like that.

It was more like a switch was flipped in my brain, I already knew how my powers worked but I didn't know how to control them well.

My powers have to do with life, more specifically with the stealing of life.

I can see the vitality of living things, all living things leak vitality, and each person leaks it in small and large amounts.

Like for example strong people leak more vitality, it's like they are burning vitality to be stronger, but they will die faster than normal people, everyone burns their vitality unconsciously.

Now that I have observed this I have been trying to reduce the leakage of my vitality energy.

The only way to do this is by sort of solidifying life energy and forming a life energy film which decreases the leakage by 40% but I have to train because it takes mental energy which is very uncomfortable.

While I'm thinking about what I've been doing I hear a voice calling out to me.

Silvia - Adam the time for rest is over, let's get back to studying.

Like a good child I listened to her and followed her to the library where I have my classes.

For now it's nothing too difficult.

I have classes in English, Scottish, mathematics and good manners.

It can be difficult to learn new languages but when you have a boost of learning twice as fast it's not that complicated.

Now it's time to put my plan into practice.

Well my plan has to do with stealing vitality, yes that's right stealing vitality

I was testing this on the plants, and when I stole their vitality I felt satiated.

I ask Silvia to go to the bathroom, carrying me I trip deliberately and fall on top of her.

Seizing the moment I use my power and steal some of her vitality.

I get up and leave,

After I took some of Silvia's vitality I felt more energetic, more powerful so to speak.

It was like drinking the most potent coffee there is without side effects.

Now what I learned from this is that the vitality of plants is different from that of animals, the vitality of plants is weaker, the vitality of animals is stronger and increases my vital energy.

After this I tested my powers by forming a small red floating ball the size of a golf ball which was in the center of my palm.

After gaining stability with the bubble I tried to shape it into very small threads, but because I still had no stability the threads broke.

My goal with forming the threads was to have a weapon so strong and imperceptible, I had even given a name to the technique and I will call it the emperor's web because I am a narcissist.

But until I get the technique to have consistency and increase the strength of the webs it is just a dream that may come true.

Now that I think about it I wonder if I will be able to fly if I surround myself with life energy and am strong enough.
