"Mom?"

"Mom? Where are you? I need to talk to you." I called out looking for my mother right after I got back from seeing Sean.

I went through the kitchen when I heard her voice, she's currently sipping water wearing her night gown.

"Oh thank god your home safe! Is everything alright? Are you okay?" She said walking towards me to give me a hug.

"Can we talk mom? I have so many things to ask you." I said breathing heavily as I sprint from my car down to the house.

"Sure thing, can you please just calm down honey? Wait for me at the living room while I grab you some water." She ordered and I immediately obeyed without any second.

When we finally settled on the couch, I regained my normal breathing but it doesn't mean I am calm already because I can't! I'm in complete rage right now.

"Sean told me about our company's bankruptcy mom, do you know anything about it? Is it true?"
