Chapter 3: The School

Aquatia, Tali, and Bhumyra appeared in front of Ethereal Academy Talulla looked at the school in amazement seeing children around the grounds some of them playing with the other kids using their abilities or reading under the big oak tree. Aquatia smiled at her descendant seeing the amazement on Tali's face

"Welcome to Ethereal Academy or as the humans call it Celestial Academy" Aquatia smiled setting Talulla down on her feet. Tali typed on her phone without even looking down at it

~So cool~ the monotone voice said Bhumyra chuckled

"Yes I suppose it is pretty cool, come we will show you around the grounds" Bhumyra smiled ruffling the girl's hair and making Tali giggle

"This is the courtyard many of the students come here to unwind and do homework, those kids under the tree are our brother Kultric descendants they can control shadows, I believe one of them happens to be his actual daughter" Aquatia gestured to the kids sitting under the oak tree they were either talking or reading. Talulla caught the eyesight of a beautiful raven-haired girl with ruby eyes and waved at her meekly, the beautiful girl smirked and nodded at her before going back to her book.

"That's Sapphire she's Kultric daughter, I'd be careful with her little one she bites" Bhumrya whispered, his and Aquatia's descendant blushed lowly looking away. The goddess of the ocean didn't hear anything as she brought Tali to the rather large pond where many children with tails swam in or sat on the ledge

"These are the descendants of Kaerius god of mermaids and sirens, their powers are well their voices but I've been teaching some of them how to control water," Aquatia said. A girl with bubblegum pink hair looked toward them and squealed, she dove off a rock and swan towards them with a smile

"Hello, Lord Bhumyra and Lady Aquatia who's this?" The girl asked when she came back to the surface

"This our descendant Talulla, Tali this Echo she's the mermaid descendant of Kaerius" Aquatia introduced the two girls, Tali kneeled beside the pool

~It's nice to meet you Echo~ Tali smiled as the phone spoke Echo smiled back

"It's nice to you too Talulla, I'm sure we're going to be the best of friends" Echo smiled her eyes caught the gaze of a fiery red-headed boy walking with a tanned dark-haired girl talking to each other.

"Oh hey Kaden, Azaria!" Echo shouted the two kids turned to her, the bubblegum-haired mermaid motioned for them to get closer

"Tali these are my friends Kaden and his twin sister Azaria. Kaden is the descendant of Arios Goddess of Fire and Azaria is the descendant of Hydra goddess of Forge, guys this is Talulla she's the descendant of Lady Aquatia and Lord Bhumyra." Echo spoke Kaden and Azaria bowed to the two gods, then turned to Tali with a smile

"Hello Talulla," The twins said in unison Azaria held her hand out to Tali, the blonde took it and the two shook hands and shook Kaden's latex-gloved hand

"I do apologize for the gloves but ever since my powers were activated. I do not have a good hold on it and don't want to risk burning you, dear" Kaden said Talulla shrugged before typing

~It's fine, I can understand~ Azaria turned to Aquatia and Bhumyra with a questioning look, the two gods shook their heads sighing

"Talulla, you still more to see of the school," Aquatia said the young girl nodded and stood back up again

"We'll see you, kids, at dinner," Bhumyra said ruffling Azaria's hair

"Yes Lord Bhumyra. Bye Talulla" Echo, Bhumyra, and Azaria grinned as the three of them walked away, unaware of being watched by someone in the shadows. Aquatia and Bhumyra went on to show Talulla around the school such as the Auditorium, Planetarium, Gym, Music Hall, Weather Room, etc. The last place they showed her was her dorm.

"And this is your dorm, this wing of the school is dedicated to both mine and Aquatia's descendants" Talulla opened the door to the common room and looked around the huge room, the kids in the room turned her and godly ancestors

"Children this is Talulla Labove she's a new student here and one of you please treat her justly remember she is just like you and around your age" Aquatia stated, Tali blushed, and one of the older kids smiled at the blushing girl before turning to his ancestors

"Of course, we will Lady Aquatia, come and sit with us Talulla" the boy smiled gesturing for her to sit

"That's Alexander he's a sweetheart really" Bhumyra whispered he gently pushed Talulla to go over to them, the young teen walked over to Alexander and sat next to him

"We'll see you, children, at dinner, have fun" Aquatia and Bhumyra walked out. Everyone turned to Talulla with a smile and curiosity

"So Talulla where are you from, I'm Sasha by the way" Sasha smiled she had hair like hers and baby blue eyes, Tali started typing on her phone

~A rural town called Oceia~ Tali's phone said the kids around her frowned at the phone talking for her and at the town's name

"We're familiar with the town most of us are from them. It sucks ass" Alexander grumbled Talulla nodded

"What's your last name, Tali?" Sasha asked Talulla started typing again

~Labove~ the phone's monotone voice said the kids gave her sympathetic looks

"Oh you poor dear, I'm Mallecent" Mallecent introduced himself Tali waved and shrugged

~It's not that bad they usually ignore me anyway~ the kids frowned Sasha and Mallecent hugged her

"Don't worry we'll make up for everything they didn't do, promise" Sasha whispered Tali smiled softly

"Come on we'll show you to your room" Alexander suggested he snapped his fingers her bags started levitating, Talulla's jaw dropped watching the bags start to float in the air. Mallecent chuckled softly

"You'll learn how to levitate things when classes begin for you" Mallecent whispered Talulla nodded, and Alexander smiled at her as he escorted her upstairs to her room

"You'll be rooming with Beatrice she's out for the moment but should be back soon. Make yourself comfortable" Alexander said setting the bags on the bed gently, Tali blinked looking around the room. The older teen went to leave but before he left, Alexander turned to the kid.

"Oh Tali, welcome to The Academy for Celestials" Alexander spoke before leaving
