{DESCRIPTION:}

Soft & Wet or Josuke himself can spawn and manipulate soap bubbles that are, in reality, thin cords of that spin at incredibly high speeds, and can do so with varying amounts, up to hundreds at a time. The bubbles in question are extremely versatile with several supernatural properties and abilities but at their most basic application can be used in such ways such as using it as a magnify lens, filling up a dangerous wound, bubble platforms, to raise objects, launch himself or foes at high speeds, store objects and launch them at high speeds, place bubbles within bubbles, as protection against various things such as; blades, a sign with a sharp point, poison gas, contact based abilities such as Dolomite's infectious and mind controlling Blue Hawaii including blocking a spray of blood, bubbles large enough to envelop him and allies and protect from extreme atmospheric pressure, impacts and pressure, even impacts such as being hit by a vehicle notably storing the energy and Calamity effects from said impact and transferring them to someone else, saving himself from guaranteed instant death, etc. Josuke's bubbles have also demonstrated an ability relating to fusionism as his absorption ability can bind things together, allowing him to instantly graft plants together as Josefumi and even seemingly having fused his gouged liver back into his body, and much more.

Of course the main ability of Soft and Wet is Plundering. If a bubble pops or makes contact near something, it can "steal" something from it and store it within the bubble allowing him to manipulate the nature or substance he took and either release it or store it, including multiple properties at once or even just part of something opposed to the whole of it. To be exact, this ability can be used to absorb and manipulate, but isn't limited to, sounds; takes the sound away from a condo wall as he smashes it, the sound from a smashed windowpane, of a lightswitch being turned on, the sound of a fridge opening and closing, banging and crashing, his own voice to fool a foe and is able to use this for long range communication and when he otherwise wouldn't be able to speak. Effects on the body such as; Removing one's eyesight including only a selective amount of their vision, bodily fluids, hair, even being able to remove the hair directly and control the shape of the hair upon release, the oxygen from one's lungs causing them to asphyxiate, etc. Fluids and liquids; Body fluids, stored and moved a small fountain, the moisture from something causing it to crumble to dust, coffee to wash away blood, used water to form a shield, fuel, medicinal cement which was used to encase a foe in stone, etc. Scents; Stored a numerous amounts of smells within a bubble, that which has almost no scent, pheromones. etc. Mundane objects and inanimate objects like steel, rocks food and more such as money, leaves, candy, keys, bolts and screws, pepper, Rokakaka fragments (Including force feeding it to the deceased and taking chunks of the fruit out), poisonous seeds, etc. Heat and temperature, Removed the friction from a surface causing it to become impossibly slippery, could capture fire in order to put it out, deadly poisonous gases, Bacteria toxins and Stands, even entire people (Including himself), enemies and able to levitate and move the stored people to different locations, can capture and store his own bubbles within bubbles and even abstract forms of energy beyond just heat and the like, what Josuke's bubbles can absorb and trap is extremely vast, with all it can do having yet been seen.

{POTENCY:}

Standard melee range. Soft & Wet has an effective manifestation range of at least a few meters, varies with bubbles between several dozen meters to at least several kilometers (Could keep a bubble manifested across town), at least several meters with Spin Bubbles
