SP Rating System.

1-1000: Average person who has the average potential in everything, born to be average.

1001-2000: Above average people who have the potential to be someone of status but not great.

2001-3000: People with great potential. They could become strong beings if they tried hard enough. Ichigo, Luffy, Naruto, and Sasuke fall under this category.

3001-4000: People with potential so high they could become gods if given enough time. Saitama, Gohan, and Rimuru fall under this category.

4001-6000: People with enough potential to become chief gods and low-level universal gods. Adam, Goku, Vegeta, and Milim.

6001-7000: People with potential high enough to become mid-level universal gods.

7001-8000: People with enough potential to become high-level universal gods and low-level multiversal gods if given the time to grow.

8001-9000: People with enough potential to become mid-level multiversal gods.

9001-10,000: People with enough potential to become high-level multiverse gods.

10,000 and beyond: Only Fusaē falls into this category. Someone with this amount of potential has the ability to become an Omniversal God if given enough time to grow.
