Carlos was my name, the celebrated court mage of Gemmera. Born as a Commoner, I had seen all the darkness of the human side as well as the Light that could illuminate our path to salvation.
As a Commoner I faced many hardships in my journey to become a Mage, abandoning my house to go travel around the continent in search of Knowledge was a Grueling and Difficult task but the results were evident. I became a Powerful A Rank mage. Respected by even the nobles who would have Scorned and might have Sneered with disgust in the past, now Fighting to gain a favour from me.
Having been a Commoner myself, I had a Deep Determination to change the fate of the Common People, to give them a bright future for them and their children. To achieve this dream, i became the court mage of the king, which wasn't hard to obtain.
For years I had somewhat changed the life of the Common people, though much was left to be desired, the Interference of the Nobles who didn't want their 'employees' to become Independent was the main cause of this issue.
My relations with the previous kings was as close as a relationship between Mentor and Student would be, being a Century old mage serving the monarchs came with quite a few Experiences.
But except for the King and his family none know how old I am, I simply changed my appearance slightly every Half century to make it seem like my Child had taken over my seat as the Court Mage and the 'Old Father' had simply passed away.If everyone knew of my long lifespan, it would cause far more trouble than what few benefits i might gain.
Facing the Situation of Monster Infestation, our Kingdom was stuck on the Question of How to resolve the issue, because of the mines being the Major Financial Pillar of the kingdom, Tight security was maintained and the infestation was promptly reported and the news stoped from spreading.
But it won't be long when people notice that the Metals and Gems had stoped coming and the issue will be known to all. This could lead to a panic which won't be good for us.
Finding no other solutions, i proposed the idea of Mining Magicule Crystals from the death lands to suppress the Monster Infestation and in the long run boost our military strength.
How could I had known that the seemingly unoccupied and Inhabitable Continent was home to These terribly powerful Beings.
As we entered and Passed through the Entrance, the Energy Bubble that protected us went away. At first we panicked but soon noticed that the magicule Poisoning that should have happened didn't.
Seeing us halt, Miss Aria there stoped.. seeing our expression she seemed to understand our doubts and said..
Aria: Don't worry, as long as you are inside the castle no negative effects can be applied on you.(But we can)
'What!? Meaning as long as you come down here you won't get debuffed? Does it work on buffs as well? This is Absurdly powerful, to be able to cast such a large scale magic one would need magicules reaching the realms of True Dragons! And to maintain it...'
The more i thought about it, the more deep and dark the Abyss seems to get. The Strength of these beings are not something ordinary Kingdoms like us can dream of Resisting..
While these thoughts ran rampant in my mind and most probably the caption's too, we reached another door..a large double door which had carvings of an Unnerving Replica of Two dragons facing each other, the mere sight of them was as if they would pounce on us..
The door opened to reveal the Grand And Imposing Throne room, supported by Opulent Pillars...a throne room truly suitable for someone Ruling This Castle...
As we walked forward, on the end there was a platform where the Grand Throne was, it was flanked by 10 individuals whose strength far surpassed the Dragon and Miss Aria here and That Being... sitting on that throne with his chin resting on his Hands,. exuding a Noble and Indifferent air.
Looking down I saw my hands shaking uncontrollably....never....never in my life had I been so shaken that my hands would tremble...For all these years I have fought many powerful foes but none can even come close to the beings before me.
3rd Pov
As soon as they reached the platform, Aria knelt, along with her Lieutenants.
Aria: Lord Bael, I have brought them here as you commanded.
Bael: Hmn, Good Work Aria, come Join us.
Aria stood up and went up the platform to stand on the far left side of the lineup of Guardians, positioning herself a step behind them as her Lieutenants stood behind her.
Medusa then initiated the talk,
Medusa: Now then, Humans You have been brought here for trespassing the territory of The Ruler of Deudenia, Lord Bael.
For your insolence, you are to explain yourself before the supreme being. You may address Lord Bael.
As Medusa Finished speaking,
Carlos and Captian Rodgers knelt on one knee, following them their men too Knelt after a moment of Hesitation.
Carlos as the Spokesperson of the group spoke.
Carlos:Your Highness Lord Bael..we were simply unaware that Death Lands was your domain. We believed it to be occupied by none therefore we plead that you please show mercy on us..
That's right, the solution of getting our of this situation was to humble your self and beg for the being to show some mercy on them...inside their minds their frustration at their own weakness was boiling but none came on the surface, their eyes fixed on the ground to not show any emotions it may infer.
Just then they heard a Cold but Beautiful voice
Elizabeth: Heh.. Insects like you should not beg for mercy but instead lie there waiting for your deaths. You dare to give such sloppy reasons like being ignorant of who ruled this Continent!?
Just then, an invisible force seemed to put pressure on them, making them now kneel on both their knees, gritting their teeths Carlos and Rodgers manage to hold on but not their men. They seemed to lie flat on the ground, They had fainted from the pressure.
Just as Carlos too was about to fall, a Calm and Imposing voice sounded.
??: Enough Elizabetho! Stay back...
Elizabeth: Ah! Yes My Lord.
Bael: You may stand Now.As my Gaurdian Overseer Had spoken, I am Bael Draconio Armenon, the ruler Deudenia and The Lord of this Continent. I first apologize for my subordinate's rude behaviour.
This statement seemed to shock the beings by his side.
Bael: Next, I perfectly understand your helplessness in not knowing that this Lands was My Domain. No Human has ever come her in the past centuries and you are the first.
What I want to know is why have you humans come here now?..
Carlos: You Highness Lo-
Bael: Lord Is Enough.
Carlos: Then Lord Bael, the situation at my kingdom is troubling, our Kingd-.....
Carlos then explained everything Gemmera had gone through, his plans and their journey.
Bael: I had known of your arrival while you were on the sea, thus I sent my Summon to protect you.
Carlos: 'So the God Of the Seas is him huh?'
Carlos: But how did Lord Bael know of our arrival?
Bael: Nothing can be hidden form me, the moment you thought of Coming here from there on i knew your every move.
Carlos and Rodgers has cold sweat run Down their body as they heard what Bael said.
Carlos: Then Lord Bael, we will stop the mining of the Crystals and retur-
Bael: There won't be any need for that, take what you had mined, and return to your king.
Inform him that on I will personally visit him after 3 Days and help resolve your situation..take this Magic Item..
Bael takes out a Greenish crystal from his inventory floating it towards Carlos.
Bael: This is a crystal which has a Barrier spell enchanted on it, it's a one use item. Cast the spell on the Mine and it will ward off the monsters from leaving the mine. Can your Kingdom hold on till i arrive?
Carlos: Definitely Lord Bael! I am deeply grateful for your generosity!!
Tears seemed to form in the eyes of Carlos as he bowed deeply and thanked Bael.
With the Crystal tightly embraced in his arms Carlos and his group returned the same way they came. As they reached the ships, they swiftly stored the mined crystals and left.
In the Throne Room.
Elizabeth: Lord Bael, How was my performance?
Bael: Excellent..I must reward you for your work Elizabeth.
Elizabeth: Really!!? Will- will it be me who will get the chance of my first time taken by Lord Bael first?? !!
Elizabeth seemed to have a crazed lustful smile on her face thinking of such things. While Medusa and other Mature Female Gaurdians ignoring the Innocent Gaia and Adriana was infuriated by her statements.
Bael: A-ah.. Elizabeth this is not the time for such thoughts.
Bael although taken aback for a moment quickly regained his bearings and spoke commandingly which calmed the Guardians.
Bael: Now, based on the Action of those humans, what do you think about the plan?
Medusa: The plan went flawlessly my Lord.
Rhombus: As expected of the Supreme Being, he perfectly understood the emotions and actions of the humans and made them follow his predetermined path.
Adrigal: Indeed Rhombus, Lord Bael had Long anticipated the rise of the Monster Situation in that kingdom while manipulating their situation in our favour.
Bael: 'I did? WHEN!?'
Rhombus: Absolutely, those humans would never understand, that for Lord Bael's plans to realise, He effortlessly played the part of a Generous Ruler who would forgive the little mistakes of his subordinates, painting a favourable picture in their minds.Thus making it easier in the future to assimilate them in His Rule.
Except for Him, Medusa and Adrigal all had expressions of Awe and Admiration towards Bael. Who inside was screaming about how had he done what Rhombus had said...

Bael: 'CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN!!!'
