Episode 5: The New Face of SPD

It was the same story with a different continent.

"Operation Feeding Frenzy" has caused massive unrest in the underworld. As a result, SPD had a field day in catching hundreds of criminals.

But with great success came another problem. Where the hell are they gonna put all these criminals?

Prisons, like hotels, had capacity limits. Also, the government can't use precious tax dollars to use on the incarcerated without getting criticized.

But like any problem, there was a solution. Britain did it with Australia and now, the international stage has done it with Fantasia.

They erected a penal colony. More specifically, a penal mountain range.

The official story that Arthur and Liam shared was that criminals who escaped the SPD came to Mount Olive to seek refuge. But the fact that SPD never raided the place despite having a supercomputer on their side immediately raised a red flag for me. So, I threatened to eliminate every single person in there to see who'll make a move.
