"Is that so? No wonder she looks much happier— Wait, why did you reply to my previous question in such weird timing."

As Ruby told me, the dinner is quite amazing, and many of the dishes made by Ai are my favorites. Also, because my left hand was in a cast, Ruby and Ai took turns feeding me. In the end, the dinner was pleasant all around.

"There's something I want to try, so can you two help me?" I asked Ruby and Ai to help me. They both, of course, agreed without much questioning and followed me into the room. It was a room filled with musical instruments where I often practiced playing musical instruments. One of those instruments was the piano.

I went toward the piano, and even though I learned to play piano, I don't think I'm as good as a professional or something. But I wanted to know about my new skill— I didn't know why, but I felt like I could do it.

I tried to see the memories of the spirit that I accessed in my mind and visited the memories when the spirit played the piano. Then as I expected, I slowly played the same tune that the spirit played. Even though I rarely played, I could play it well very well. You could even say this time my piano playing was far different than usual, both from the way I played to my performance this time was better than I had ever performed.

When I asked them, Ai and Ruby seemed to be very surprised by my performance. They replied that my play was much better and had a different style from any piano playing I had ever performed, which made my suspicions of my ability correct.

That I am not banishing spirits but taking their souls, energy, memories, and skills.
