22 Chapter 22 - The Black Star, Kamiki Hikaru 02

The first thing Hikaru needed to do was get to know the idol very well. He needs a sample size to understand her. Since sometimes he worked at a backstage job. There was a time when he met her and had a conversation with her. With those conversations, he accumulated data about her. Of course, he combined any word she said in an interview with a video available on the internet.

How much confidence does she have?

Does she have friends? How is her relationship with her friend and colleague?

What about the guy? Is she in a relationship with anyone? What about her past relationship?

How about her family's environment? Did she have a good relationship with her parents? Does she have any siblings?"

After getting those sample dates, Hikaru could make his own detailed description of what the idol may like and not like…

She started to gain exposure, which is why she became a confident woman.

It looks like she only had one or two friends she could trust. She had a good relationship with her colleague, but it looked like she had difficulty with older members or was afraid of them.

She had an older sibling, and their relationship was rocky… She had a father who was always busy, and her mother passed away because of illness.

She only had one ex-boyfriend, and he was older than her, it looked like her relationship didn't look great, and her ex-boyfriend was quite toxic. Or maybe since he was older, he was always too possessive of her.

From those samples, Hikaru made up his plan, and usually he always lets him become close with her. But his objective this time was to put down Strawberry Production too, which is why he was fine taking a back seat.

The person Hikaru chose was far from her ex-boyfriend. He knew someone in another faculty who may meet those idols' new criteria for a boyfriend. They were the same age, but he was younger than her. "Now how their meeting would be… I think making it as grand as a movie would be great. If I wasn't wrong, she had a set with the director I knew." Hikaru smiled as he found a great way to make their meeting great.

Especially this director, who is quite well-known to become a sexual harassment person if he's a bit drunk.

Hikaru was still watched by those people. It looks like they had difficulty monitoring him on campus. Maybe they didn't have enough power to monitor him on campus. That's why Hikaru hooked up the man called Haru to work part-time with him on the set.

After following his plan, Hikaru made sure that they had a drink-party after the set where the idol named Yukari would be in the bar with the director. Haru himself, without any complaint, followed Hikaru after all, Hikaru told him that this may be a chance to get connections on this kind of job.

After that, Hikaru makes the director drunk, so he makes a move toward one of the beauties in the bar, Yukari herself. The people on the set already knew what kind of person the director was, and usually they let him go.

In their minds, most likely, it's not like he touched her or anything. Or he just flirts around. Worst of all, the thought that a small idol like her would need to oblige or cater to make those higher-up staff happy, whatever they do may rot in this entertainment industry.

'It may help their career.' That's a big part of the mindset of people in this industry.

Even though the director may not have touched her or anything. He would make super sexual-harassment comments while asking the idol to pour another beer on his glass. It was a common thing for almost everyone in the bar, including the idol in question. She may be uncomfortable, but there's not much she can do about it.

Except for one person who was never really in this industry while still young and brash. Who had the courage to actually rebuke the director's attitude toward the idol. Well, of course, the director didn't take it well… something that Hikaru used to meditate on to calm down arguments.

Before Hikaru pulled the man, he chose to go to the alley beside the bar to reprimand him, especially because he told the man that this job may help him to pay for his mother's treatment.

Hikaru knew that the idol would come to thank the man, which is why he told about those private things so the idol would hear that. It may sound cheesy, but sometimes that stuff has a good effect too. In the end, just like he wanted, those two became secret lovers after weeks of shooting on the set.

Hikaru doesn't need to wait to come forward and ask the man about his relationship with the idol. Even though at first the man did not open up to Hikaru, this is Hikaru's best skill: making the man open up to him. Because of Hikaru's ability to read that idol easily, that made most of his advice really useful in keeping their relationship in such good shape.

And it made the man truly trust Hikaru, which made his work easier. Also, the surveillance on him slowly became weaker, especially after he finally cut off Ryusuke and after Ai performed at the Tokyo Dome.

Hikaru didn't know why, but he suspected that Miyako surveilled him because she was afraid of him making fuzz before Ai's performance in the Tokyo Dome. Anyway, it became much easier for him to do anything.

Just like that, Hikaru carefully makes those couples trust him before he just drops them like it was nothing. Also, he waited for the idol to become much more famous too. It was nearly one year before he finally started his plan.

With his connections, Hikaru easily alerted one of the paparazzi, who was able to catch the two of them making out. It wasn't enough that it became a sensation and public fodder. Hikaru mercilessly spread several videos featuring their intimacy. An easy thing to get when trusted by both of them. It doesn't stop there either.

Hikaru, who had experienced some crazy fans. It was easy to manipulate those kind, emotional people into doing something crazy, like killing people.

That's why the next meeting is between Hikaru and the idol. She was really devastated, and from her looks, she may be lifeless. Her life was in chaos because of a scandal, and her boyfriend was attacked by her fans and died shortly.

Right now, she's lost everything… so she needed just one push. At this point, she wouldn't care if Hikaru said a lie or the truth. As long as it makes sense, she will believe him.

"Sorry this is maybe my fault…."

"Eh…"

"I always feel that I have been followed by someone. But I never thought it would be used like this."

"Wait… do you mean someone spread this on purpose?"

"That's most likely what happened… and I may know who is behind this…"

"Who is that?" When Hikaru said this to the devastated Idol, he could feel her hatred.

"Well, I found these people following me, and I found out those people are private investigators hired by Saitou Miyako from Strawberry Production."

"Strawberry production… B-Komachi… but why…"

"I don't know… But this came from me… I hear that Ai's from B-Komachi may have had a child or something. So maybe she found you an eyesore…"

Yeah, the girl in front of him right now… wouldn't think carefully or even ask how Hikaru found out all of this. What they wanted to know at this point was just anything to blame. After this, Hikaru didn't do anything too much. The girl herself could do something by herself.

To be honest, Hikaru feels very grateful for the loose surveillance on him. That made him able to do this very easily. But he still wonders why it became weaker after Ai's performance.

Oh well, anyway, Hikaru just needed to wait for the news, and three days after their conversation, breaking news saturated all news platforms, which was something that was actually out of Hikaru's plan. But at the same time, the news answered all of his questions about Miyako and Strawberry Production.

Yeah, the news was about the attack from the idol on Ai that actually wounded a child actor called Aqua, which was actually his son. When he heard the news, Hikaru understood why he found Miyako peculiar. The oddness was due to the presence of his son.

"Ahahaha… I understand… That's why… But isn't he still too young… But if he's my child. He may do all of this. I mean, I was still young when I orchestrated Himekawa's accident. But it looks like someone must be holding him back. Or I may have already been gone for a long time. Well, it looks like I need to be more serious about this…"

Hikaru said it to himself with a big smile on his face, as if he had found something interesting. Also, his star-shaped pupil was glowing, but in a dark color.
