Whosoever touches the bubbles remembers the things that are most important to them, resulting in them either losing the will to fight or clearing their mind

When the mark spreads, Rimuru can manipulate the markings to form weapons, wings for flight, use it as armour, reattach lost limbs, and even fire it as a ranged blast of dark matter that can obliterate a whole kingdom at full power.
