It was late at night when Selena and Jenny heard someone ring their gate bell, " that was quite late" Selena said and Jenny had a puzzled look on her face.

"Lena, who could that be, did Mr. Green tell you that he was coming," Jenny said looking at her friend who has a sly glint in her eyes.

Selena checked Jenny out, She was putting on a short with a short top, and her hair was down, Combined with a petite stature, she looked like a high school student so she didn't need to change.

Selena doesn't want it to seem like she's waiting for the people from the V.L. group so she wants them to look casual, although she is not dressing the way she normally does when she is at home because she's putting on a plain cream free gown that is knee length. After all, she can't stand a man gawking at her.

Even though she knew that men will still ogle her even when well-dressed, it was better than when she was not properly dressed, even if the rumor said that VL C.E.O is a young man who is not interested in the opposite sex, she will not take the risk,

" Jenny why don't you go and open the gate for our guest while I prepare the tea," Selena said gently and made her way to the kitchen leaving her friend puzzled by her behavior.

Kelvin and James are still waiting patiently for the girls to open the gate, the fact there is no one out yet to open the gate for them leaves them perplexed.

" or maybe they are not around," James said with an indistinct look on his face.

" even if they are not around then the servants should be around" Kelvin answered her, resting his body on the car lazily, his face looking tired but it does not affect his charm in any way.

Kelvin brought his pad out and start to work while James was looking at the street when they heard the sound of the gate opening, the person they saw was unexpected.

" Jenny?" James said with a puzzled look on his face, he turns to look at Kelvin and noticed that he was also shocked even though he quickly composed himself.

" oh it's you guys, are you here for your shirt, come inside quickly, it's quite cold outside," Jenny said looking excited.

They followed her inside and she keeps questioning them about not letting her know that they were coming.

"And also how did you guys know this place we just moved on today and I remember that you guys did not have Selena's contact," she said feeling baffled about the whole scenario.

" Lena, your guests are here," Jenny said directing Kelvin and James to sit down.

Kelvin keeps checking the house out, he admitted in his heart that Selena has good taste, and the house interior suit the house theme perfectly.

It doesn't scream luxury because it is not meant to be luxurious but warm and homely, it still amazes him how they seem to have the same taste.

Soon Selena entered with a tray of tea and pastries, she seems surprised at first place but she didn't let it show, but her little act did escape the eyes of an expert like Kelvin, he smirked and muttered "Interesting"

" hi Selena," James said with a smirk, he had an excited look on his face as if he waiting for his favorite show to be aired.

He wants to see a reaction from Selena but unfortunately, he's bound to be disappointed, Selena just drops the tray calmly and serves the tea to the guest with Kelvin's eye following her every move.

" so should I address you as Miss Evan or as Miss Green, uh Selena" James jokingly before picking pastries to munch on "Nice pastries"

"what are you guys talking about, I thought you guys are here for Kelvin's shirt," Jenny said with a puzzled look on her face.

"Well Jenny meets James Han, the young master of the Hans family, and Mr. Kelvin Campbell, the youngest billionaire in country X" Or did I guess wrong Mr. Campbell," Selena said with a smile.

Jenny gasped in shock as she could not bring herself to imagine what happens at the moment, she won't want to bring herself to imagine that she poured coffee on one of the greatest people in country X and even had coffee with him yesterday or that he's right in front of her drinking tea in her best friend new house which he actually owns.

"And thank you, Mr. Han, but I will rather you address me as Miss Evan since that's how introduced myself in the first place," Selena replied calmly.

Her behavior tonight is unlike the amicable manners she showed the other day, she is more like a true businesswoman tonight.

" Albert is right, she's definitely not your ordinary young miss," James thought to himself, he was sure that even Kelvin noticed.

To many people, James is a playful young master but to those that have very sharp observation skills, they will know that that playfulness is just a facade.

" you know that you really amazed me tonight Miss Green, who knows that such a capable individual is hiding among the Green family's younger generation," Kelvin said smiling lightly not showing the digest in his heart.

" I'm sorry Mr. Campbell, but I believe that's not the reason why you Are here, and also I don't think my identity is as shocking as yours," Selena said calmly.

"Interesting, now tell me, Miss Green, what do you want in exchange for giving back my house to me," Kelvin said with a smile on his face as he picked up the cup of tea to take a slip while sitting down comfortably on the chair like he's the host.

His presence is powerful and commands power as he looks at Selena like that of a king looking at his subjects, he looks totally different from the playboy image he created the other day.

" five favors from you and you will rent this house to me for a year," Selena said calmly.

Kelvin's eyes flashed a dangerous glint when he heard her condition and even James was shocked.

Kelvin owning her favor is much more harder than giving her monetary compensation because she might make an unreasonable demand or even ask for something that can harm Kelvin as a favor.

" she is too smart and dangerous," Kelvin thought.
