I shot up from where I was sleeping in, I greedily sucked in the air around as a I instinctively rose my hand to my chest where I remember the most fatal wound to be. I felt the area around my chest...

"Its healed...."

"No shit Sherlock" I heard a voice coming from my right, it was Regulus seated in a couch reading a black book and beside him is Reinhard standing up with his right hand on his sword. "I healed all the wounds you sustained. But you were already dead... so I decided that you were never punched in the head so hard that the head trauma killed you..."

"yo-you what?!", I asked in shock.

He looked up from his book with a furious expression, "You aren't the one asking questions here. You are lucky I didn't leave you in that shop to be killed off. So either you start giving a back story or I will kill you where you are sitting"

That was a lie and I knew it.

Reinhard decided to speak up "When we were fighting and I defeated you, you were ready to serve under Regulus-sama, but then you widened your eyes and turned towards the general direction of the shop, You said something about finally finding some one and then you ran away to the shop, you couldn't have healed the wounds because I was using the blessing of the shinigami, what was so important that you ran away with injuries that could have killed you on the way?"

*Regulus Pov*

She looked away from the both of us, instead opting to look down at the sheets that were covering her. 'Sigh' how could've I thought that this would be relatively easy... "Listen-"

"I am a vampire you know..." She said with her head still down, great finally some back story that should be worth listening to "My mother, arrived at the gates of the kingdom with a stab wound on her stomach, carrying the infant me and my older sister who was 5 at the time, she gave us to the gate keeper of the time with the single request "Let my girls have a good life" she passed away soon after she gave us to the guard. We were taken to the hero king who was told of our circumstances," she let a smile creep on to her face, "as an attempt to honor the last words of a dying mother he decided he would let us live in his palace as guest till the age of 10 and would later be made to pull our weight by helping where we could, when asked for names my sister said we didn't have one, when asked the name of our mother she replied with Granhiert and as an act of kindness he gave my sister the name of Elsa Granhiert it was only when she evolved to greater vampire that he realized his mistake" she frowned "he decided not to name me, he may be just but he refused to Trust us till the trust was earned, but likewise, he refused to give us unfair treatment till our guilt was proven, unlike the nobles...the nobles were terrified of us, giving side glances to us in disgust whenever we were passing by, but still perhaps the king had given them a warning or something they refused to act on there instincts and kill us where we stood, it was at that time that I met Kaijin" She gave a reminiscing smile "He was so kind to both of us, he was always like a father to us keeping the nobles of our back....so even with all the hate from the nobles we lived great lives, not luxurious, but not too shabby either, the king Refused to give luxuries till we earned it but he didn't want to see us starving it was all wonderful... and then it happened..." she clenched her fists on top of the sheets "I was 5 at the time and my sister had just reached 10 when the newly made duke Barbaros who was 27 at the time, came to her and asked for her hand in marriage..." I scowled, this was expected in a medieval era, but the show had never given much value to things like this it kind of wanted to be an ideal world...I looked up to see Reinhard scowling as well, "even though she was young, my sister new that he was not a good man, she refused, and then hell broke loose"

"He didn't take well to the refusal. So a month later when she had already forgotten about the proposal, he asked the king that he wanted to take her and me in as maids, the king, not knowing of what would happen allowed it and on the second night he called her to his room and then raped her brutally," I could see tears starting to swell up in her eyes now "and when she didn't say anything to anyone he started calling her to his room more often" she started to cry before quickly wiping away her tears, "even though she was being raped so violently she refused to say it to anyone, hell the reason in know is because Barbaros, that son of a bitch, said it to me himself...with so much pride too... and then the day finally came, a year later when he was particularly drunk he called her to his room, where he raped her again but this time, he started choking her... he choked her to death while he came inside her..." she grit her teeth, she clenched her fists so much that it tore the fabric and started digging into her "I had been made to watch from the side as he was doing this, too scared to move till now, I finally had enough and grabbed the glass shard on the floor and then I stabbed him in the guts...and it felt wonderful" she said with a deranged smile, Damn this girl was really messed up...but okay I guess.

She unclenched her hands "as you can see from earlier I failed, I was later arrested by the guards and then put in a cell, I pleaded for my innocence but, back then, it was a jury system and I was voted guilty by the bastard nobles that had been bought off by Barbaros" she scoffed, "I was given the death sentence for attempting to kill a high tier noble, but then..." she gave a small genuine smile, "I was saved by Kaijin" she said with a happy smile "I was sitting alone in my cell when he came to me, he said something about how he was gonna quit anyway so he didn't see a problem in saving some one innocent..."

My opinion of kaijin went by a lot right then, "he helped me get out of the jail cell and helped me sneak out the palace, I survived in the streets for a few days, killed a few thugs from behind because no way would I ever be able to win in a fight head on and then on the third day I finally met him again, kaijin Gave me those blades you know, said he couldn't take me with him, that he would constantly be watched by Barbaros' spies, who had a suspicion that he had helped me... he said he didn't care what I did with them, he just wanted me to survive in this place... so survive I did...It was killed or be killed in the streets here, sure the soldiers patrolled the main streets but they were never anywhere near the back alleys or the slums, ever. So I chose to be the killer. I trained with the blades day and night, stole from the local stores when I absolutely needed and trained the other time, but sometime later I started missing the feeling, the adrenaline I felt when I picked up the glass shard, the feeling and warmth of guts when I drove the glass shard into his stomach." Her hands started making notions of grasping something, "I started killing people...slowly the soldiers started catching wind of a serial killer, so I killed the ones that came after me too, one day and adventurer came to me with a large sword and golden hair, talked about how he could save me from myself, at this point I had become so good with the blades that he didn't even realize the blades that opened his guts till he fell down from blood loss, soon enough I had been given the name of the bowel hunter, I continuously tried to find Barbaros but the bastard rarely ever even came out of the mansion... it was maybe three years ago when I was told to be an assassin...and well...here we are..." she finally looked towards only to flinch and try to get away with a small frown, I am not gonna blame her, we looked scary when we were angry, I know because I've seen how the people look at me when I am angry, and I can see Reinhard right now...it's not pretty...

I gave a long sigh...I guess there's a lot of things the show didn't highlight...man things are a lot different than the anime...

I rose up from the couch with a yawn, before moving to the door, "What was your sister's name again?" I asked her as Reinhard opened the door for me, he is starting to grow more and more like a knight/butler. "Elsa Granhiert..."

*Rimuru Pov*

I had been told everything about his past by kaijin, his friend said they would be going with me, We were in the court room waiting for the king for a few minutes, the place was filled with a lot of soldiers and on the stands were a group of nobles, then on the ground on top of a pedestal were me, kaijin and the dwarf brothers, lastly besides all of us was Vesta and Barbaros. When the king finally arrived everyone with the exception of me bowed down to him, since I was very much incapable of bowing. In the armed nation of Dwargon, none can speak during a trial without the king's permission, for that reason, a proxy speaks for the defense but...

"As we see, lord Barbaros and Minister vesta were enjoying a drink in an establishment where kaijin and his gang were also present, according to Lord Barbaros minister vesta made an offhand comment insulting kaijin and his work, lord Barbaros stopped him but the damage had already been made. Kaijin stormed to vesta and punched him in the face, Lord Barbaros then proceeded to try and save the minister and was doing rather well when in a shocking turn of events, the bowel hunter, the infamous serial killer that was responsible for the death of so many people came into the bar and fought with lord Barbaros while he was successful in defeating her, soon enough her friends also waltzed through the doors and were able to somehow take him down, While this may seem like an unneeded detail as the people in question are not present, I would like to add that the bowel hunter called Kaijin by his name and seemed to have been pretty happy to see him, this confirms our suspicions of him having been the one responsible for setting that monster free for her to kill people out in the open all those years ago"

'This is not going good for us, what he just said was completely true and we're cornered..." I thought in my brain....

"Is this all true?" the judge asked the proxy

"Yes, there is no mistake" the proxy said.

And at that moment the king spoke "Can you say with certain that the bowel hunter addressed him by name?" the proxy gave a firm nod "Without a doubt your majesty"

The king closed his eyes in thought, "Kaijin..." he called out

"Yes!" kaijin replied before kneeling down

"...I can't overlook this and you are fully aware of it are you not?" Gazel said with his head on top of his palms,

Kaijin gave a firm yes

"But...it seems unjust to let your friends, who had no participation in it suffer as well..."

He closed his eyes once again before he shouted "I will now state the verdict!!!"

"Kaijin's accomplices are hereby exiled. never show me your face again!!!" He ordered,

But what about Kaijin?

"Vesta!!" he shouted again causing the man to look up in surprise, "I know of everything..."

Immediately his face of surprise turned to one of morbid realization, "Never show me your face again!!" he shouted again causing him to drop down to the floor with tears in his eyes

This isn't going good at all, in fact the only one that's been on the advantage is...Barbaros!!

"And finally Kaijin!" he finally addressed him "For act of treason by letting out a prisoner and for being responsible for letting out a serial killer like the bowel hunter out in the city, you are hereby sentence to death!!"

what? What?! WHAT!??!?

No no no no, this is not going good at all, I was about to raise my voice again when the king spoke again "As is the custom, I shall ask you, Is there anything you wish to say, Kaijin?"

"My king..." kaijin said with a hopeless voice "I only wish your judgement had been correct..."

The nobles on the stands Gasped and one of the guards shouted "Insolence!"

All of them immediately pointed their weapons at him and one of them unsheathed a sword. The King closed his eyes again before standing up "Thank you for your service Kaijin!!"

The soldier with the sword attempted to slash at his neck, the three brother were extremely vocal obviously, in fact they were being held back by a couple of other soldiers, l could do nothing but simply watch, this was the king's judgement...it couldn't be reverted...I wish I could close my eyes....

The soldier brought his Sword down on Kaijin's neck when suddenly... "I OBJECT" a voice that I had been all to familiar with for the past two days sounded through out the courtroom and the soldier who had been about to kill kaijin had his sword arm chopped off to 9 slices from the elbow.

The soldier immediately fell back clutching his arm. A Blast shook the courtroom and the great brown doors burst outwards revealing a scary black and red wolf with chains wrapped around him and two horns pointing forwards that was looking at them with cold indifference, "Wh-Who are you?!" it was lord Barbaros that had shouted, the wolf sneered at him in disgust before "I do not need to give my name to an inferior being like you, however, as I am feeling a bit charitable I shall tell you, my name is Hatti Vanagandr, the first subordinate of lord-Regulus!" he said while sitting up in an elegant manner. "There is no need for such hostility Hatti." A red haired man that I knew as Reinhard stepped forward with one hand on his side and the other on top of his sword, he looked directly into the King's eyes, "You must be Gazel Dwargo, Correct? Reid tells me that you would have been the most ideal partner for him had I not arrived, perhaps you will be able to stand against me if even just for a few minutes. I look forward to dueling you"

IS HE CRAZY?!

That wasn't just me either, almost everyone in the courtroom had the same expression, all except the king himself, who I'd later learn had already determined that Reinhard didn't have any ill intention, and much to the surprise of everyone present gave a smirk. "Hmph, Very boastful words Boy! Who might you be?"

He gave a polite smile as usual and bowed facing the king "The Proud Knight of Lord Regulus and the 11th Sword saint, Reinhard Van Astrea"

the king seemed to blanch at the statement "Sword Saint you say?!" one of the Soldiers got cocky and decided to attack him "How dare you claim the title of another!!" however as soon as he reached him a melodic voice sounded the ears of everyone, "now now, we can't have that kind of behavior now can we?" all the people, myself included, saw was the purple glint as the soldier burst into blood. It was a few seconds later that we saw the girl responsible for it besides Reinhard with a deadly grin,

"Bo-Bowel Hunter!!!" Barbaros cried out, as he got ready for battle with that golden armor of his, "My My~ How rude~ I have a name you know" She said while playing with her knife, occasionally twirling It around, "Lord Regulus' personal assassin, bowel hunter, Elsa Granhiert at your service~" Ah! so thats why she is a bit different from before, her hair seems a bit longer and her chest have gotten huge compared to last time!! she also seems a bit taller!

Barbaros seemed to almost have a heart attack, "Wh-Who would give a monster like you a name?!"

As he said that heave footsteps echoed throught the court, all three of them bowed down as, Regulus came from behind them through the doors, "That would be me, Barbaros..." He said with his smirk ever present on his face, "Archbishop of the witch cult representing all sins, Regulus Corneas" He looked toward the stands before smiling "You should be bowing down right now" he said as a purple aura surrounded him, all the nobles and a few soldiers fell down on there knees.

*Regulus pov*

Gazel Dwargo did not look happy right now, in fact he looked like he was about to explode! "...an archbishop...to think your disgusting kind was allowed to step foot into the kingdom" he jumped off his seat and down to the ground before unsheathing his sword, he held it up and pointed at me to which Reinhard moved in front of me, holding up the sword he picked up from the would be executioner of kaijin in response both Elsa and Hatti came closer to me with Hatti even growling in aggression. Off to the side Rimuru was panicking a lot Vesta and the dwarfs included, and I was honestly the same with them... I was sweating a lot of bullets

Eh? Eh?! EH?!

Regulus: Go-Gospel!!

Gospel: ...Yes?

Regulus: I thought I was the only one with the archbishop title?!!

Gospel: ...ah well-

Regulus: And you knew about this didn't you?! You were the one who told me to add the witch cult to my title!! You just had me destroy all possible relations with Dwargon!!!

Gospel: Calm down!! You are gonna help no one if you start panicking!!

Regulus: Fine...

I wiped off the small amount of sweat that had begun forming on my brows. "Reinhard" He looked back at me with a questioning expression "fight with Gazel as long as you can, don't kill him" he nodded looking back at Gazel it wasn't long before both jumped at each other, "Elsa?" I looked at her before smirking "Kill that bastard" she looked at me with a beaming smile before pouncing at Barbaros like a lioness jumped at her prey, "Hatti, Take the dwarves and leave them with your son and the goblins, after that I want you to come back and take care of the fodder soldiers"

"Understood" he said, shadows slowly creeped towards the three brother and kaijin, when the shadows had finally reached they fell down into the ground like they would fall into water, as Hatti started to get sucked into the ground slowly he said "I will be back, my lord"

...umm...okay...I simply nod my head before moving to Rimuru, who, for legal reasons, was not panicking at all and simply looked a bit worried. He was staring at the two fights when I held him up and got him up to eye level, he stared into my eyes...maybe "You better be thankful" I said with a smirk, "Ye-Yeah"

I put him on my shoulders before moving towards the place where the judge was sitting, he looked at me with fearful eyes, I nodded him to get off which he quite happily complied with. I then sat on the throne both my legs on top of the railing and Rimuru on my lap, "For now..." I said eyeing the battles that were taking place, "lets enjoy the show shall we?"
