As seconds passed, "He" with no name, took a deep breath, as a dark aura emanated from his body. Letting go of his breath, he suddenly rushed toward his opponent. Step after step he ran toward Guy and threw a punch that the Demon Lord easily blocked.

Seizing the situation, He used his other hand to throw another punch, but this time as Guy blocked it, the Saiyan's Ki suddenly flared, surprising his opponent, and forcing him to take a couple of steps back.

"That sur-" Guy couldn't even finish speaking that a reverse kick connected with the right side of his neck, sending him flying. "He" obviously didn't let go of this opportunity and quickly followed after as he estimated the trajectory and quickly appeared where Guy would land, once again kicking him upward. Guy at this point already go his bearing back and proceeded to block the kick by crossing his hands. Nonetheless, the strength behind the blow was enough to eject him into the air.

"He" knew for sure, that the sole reason he was leading the fight was that he caught Guy off guard, thus he was going to exploit it as much as he could.

As Guy crashed against the top of the Barrier and was falling back, suddenly a bad feeling arose in his heart, making him hurriedly look at his opponent.

What he found was him concentrating an absurd amount of energy in his hands. And it was still growing and pulsing by the moment.

"Ka...Me... Ha... Me...." He was preparing an ultimate attack, one he recreated based on his memory of Dragon Ball.

As the energy contained in the attack reached a satisfying level, he was first going to directly fire it toward Guy, but seeing as Guy was already prepared to receive it, with his right hand clad in energy in a superior amount to his own. He had another Idea.

Quickly he used space spirit magic, two magic circles were actualized, one below him and another one above the falling Guy. Guy of course felt it but it was already too late as "He" swiftly teleported behind Guy and "Ha!!!!!" fired it at the primordial demon. The was so powerful that it not only totally enveloped Guy but also destroyed everything on his way, even the magic reinforced Ground,

"It seems like I underestimated you a bit too much." seconds later, Guy flew out of the deep and large crater created by his energy attack. The primordial demon cracked his neck and had no apparent injury whatsoever. Nothing surprising, although he greatly held back, his resilience was just that great.

"I did no damage at all... huh?" the Sayain wasn't discouraged, he knew the difference in leagues between the two of them. He even heard from some source in his past life that even EOS Rimuru couldn't take the demon lightly. So he himself as of now have no chance at all.

"Then let's get a little bit more serious, shall we?" The red-haired demon said as he disappeared from his previous place before his words could even fade away. Appearing before the Saiyan before he could even notice. "Grit your teeth." he punched the Saiyan to the face, then quickly followed by three other punches to the stomach. "Ghah!" The Saiyan grunted in pain. His mind couldn't register anything.

"Hoy, is that all you got?" Guy asked as he held the Saiyan by the neck, but seeing as he didn't respond, he threw the young man toward the barrier on the side. "Then at least, let me loosen up a bit." He knew the Saiyan could take that much as his previous injuries were already all healed up. He could at least serve as a good punching ball.

Thus started, what many would call a total massacre, this could no longer even be considered a fight. Guy was just hitting him again and again, without the Saiyan being even able to defend himself.

But soon enough the primordial remarked, the Saiyan was getting stronger and stronger the more he was beaten up. At first, almost no one remarked but as time passed, everyone came to realize it.

It was at a point that he was able to now not only able to react but also fight back. What was even more remarkable was the crazed smile on his face as he fought.

Althought all could tell he was getting stronger, none knew what exactly was happening... Well, except the Saiyan himself.

[Precorious condition detected. Passive Reactive adaption mode has been enabled.]

[Adapting... All physical attributes and magicules are being increased in real time in reaction to external stimulus... ]

[Personal Reality automatically activated... Hypercompetence automatically activated.]

The Saiyan didn't Have to personally activate his skill since [Selection] was taking the best course of action possible for him.

As he started trading blows with Guy, due to [Personal reality] his willpower was always at maximum, making so he could resist pain through sheer willpower.

[Hypercompetence] was making so he was getting better at fighting at an alarming speed. Obtaining decades of years of experience in the span of just some minutes, The best was that he was also adapting to that in real-time.

His strength was quickly increasing, forcing Guy at his turn to increase his strength, and the circle repeated again and again. If this was not heaven what was it?

[Confirmed... Pain resistance acquired.] At some point, he heard the voice of the world but he completely ignored it. He was in too much ecstasy. He was in his own world, he reached a point of pseudo enlightenment as nothing else mattered to him except the ongoing fight.

His skill [Instinct] was backing him up as let himself go of all forms of thought, he was fighting through pure instinct at this point. Instinctively punching, kicking, Blocking, evading. His cloth was all tattered at this point, with just the pant being somewhat fine.

But as time passed, that also ended up not being enough for [Selection] After all its goal was not to just make him stronger but to overcome his foe. Thus something that would be ancred in the memories of many happened.

[Enough Data collected... Enabling the first level of transformation...]

As the Saiyan, got kneed by Guy, he stopped responding entirely as his pupil disappeared, and he started transforming, growing in size, Fur growing all over his body. He looked like an oversized Monkey. He became an... Oozaru, with his strength increasing by many times, although it's unknown by how much exactly.

"Grrrrrrrrraaaah!" The Oozaru started rampaging, attacking Guy and Firing energy attacks from its mouth, not only that but also destroying everything around.

"A Skill?"

"Sound fun!"

"But why a monkey?"

Most spectators outside the barrier were having cold sweat running down their backs. Even Ramiris was not an exception. The sole unaffected one was Milim, that now more than ever wanted to play with the Saiyan.

Back to the fight. Guy although surprised at first, quickly acted in response and increased his strength to match it. Even more, he was having fun for the first time in a long time. The last time he had so much fun was when he fought against a berserk Milim.

"Hahaha, So you did have more surprises in stock!"

Althought the Intencity of the fight increased, the Saiyan didn't have the upper hand, rather due to his current size he became an easy target for the primordial who wasn't shy enough to not exploit it. Once again they returned to how they were before, with Guy using the Saiyan as a punching ball. As the seconds turned into minutes, "He" finally came back to his sense through sheer will, he gained control of the transformation, but even that was not... enough. He was constantly being wounded, and he healed back almost instantly, but his magicule reserve was almost depleted.

[Data collected... Current transformation inefficient... Using transcendence.]

With selection finally doing his Job, the transformation suddenly reverted back to the surprise of Everyone. But something didn't change, his savage aura wasn't going anywhere, and his power boost was also still there... He attained the wrathful state.

"That's much better." The Saiyan spoke.

"You really are special, aren't you?" Guy remarked, he was taking a particular liking to this guy.

"Well, I guess you can say that." The Saiyan had a shit-eating grin on his face. He was officially upgraded from a training maniac to a battle maniac.

"Then let's put an end to this fight," Guy said, the fight lasted for too long already, he got his fun, but everything must come to an end.

"Survive this and I will keep my promise." the primordial said as a tended his right arm toward the Saiyan, in his pall a miniature ball of fire, but this fire was no normal one, the amount of power within could without a problem destroy this planet they were on.

This was a spell created from nuclear magic. It could... possibly kill the Saiyan, but Guy hoped his expectation wouldn't fall out short.

'Velzard, would you please actively reinforce the barrier?' he sent a telepathic message to his friend.

'Consider it done.' she answered back.

"Don't let me down!" Guy said as he fired the attack toward the Saiyan, whose instinct already warned him of the danger of this attack, thus His Ki flared more than ever before as he firmly rooted his feet into the ground.

"I won't!"

he first threw both arms open, hands held vertically and fingers wide while gathering ki. Then he straightened his arms to the front, forming a sphere of energy in the space between the palms of each hand that emits sporadic bolts of electric black ki that shoot out in all directions.

"Finaaaal... Flash!" He then discharged the energy toward the incoming attack. The Saiyan believed that there would be a contest of power between the two attacks or something similar, but what happened instead was that as soon as the two attacks collided, a gigantic and terrific explosion like none he has seen before happened. "Son of a..." he couldn't finish. Not only him but also Guy was caught up in it, enveloping the entirety of the barrier, making it shake violently.

"Whoah. Don't y'all know how to take it easy?" Dino was a little annoyed, he was just trying to get a little sleep, but no. They were making too much noise for his taste.

"The question is how can you even sleep in such a situation?" Luminous asked. She was a little baffled by the fallen angel.

"It seems like the boy's abilities are quite useful If I may say." Dagruel did an intellectual remark. Contrary to what his appearance would suggest, he was quite observant.

"Guy! You better not kill my protege!" Ramiris shouted toward the barrier where a cloud of dust reigned from the previous explosion and nothing could be seen.

"hmm... isn't it too late to say that?" Dino yawned as he made a remark.

"ho... Yeah, you are right." Ramiris admitted. "Then protege-kun don't get killed!"

"Would you..." Cough* "Let me take a breather?" A somewhat weak voice came from inside the barrier. Said barrier that was disappearing.

As the surrounding cleared, Guy with nothing but Dust on his cloth and a little injury to his right hand walked out, leaving the Saiyan gravely injured, with only his head and the left side of his body remaining. But still, he was healing, slowly but surely. Since he was short of energy it would take longer than it normally should.

"Some people are trying not to die you know!" He said as he closed his eyes, focusing on healing faster.

"That was a good fight," Guy said as he removed the dust from his clothes... Well, at what was left of it.

"Couldn't you have gone easier on him? what if he died!" Ramiris complained, she quite liked her protege after all.

"I knew it would be fine," Guy said. "But if he died, that would just mean he was too weak."

"Weak? You used so much strength against him and you still-"

As the other Demon Lords were having a discussion of their own. The Saiyan was focused on something else.

[Sufficient Datta Collected... All physical attribute has been increased, Magicule increased, resistances has been reinforced... Countermeasures have been Taken.] That was [Selection].

Quickly after that, something else happened.

The voice of the world's Notification could be heard in his head.

[Confirmed. Physical attack resistance has evolved to physical attack Nullification.]

That was understandable and needed no explication.

[Confirmed. Natural attack resistance has evolved to Natural attack Nullification.]

This as well, Guy's last attack was from Nature Magic after all.

[Confirmed. Pain Resistance has evolved into Pain Nullification]

He obtained resistance and nullification in the span of a single fight.

[Confirmed. Magic resistance has been acquired successfully]

Also understandable.

[Confirmed. Extra Skill Ice Age has been acquired.]

Reactive adaptation for the win, since he dealt with a fire attack, he obtained an Ice ability to counter it.

'That should he all.' He thought as all of his wounds instantly healed, like he was not on the verge of death previously.

After that, he also walked out and rejoined the other Demon Lords.

"I feel much better." He said as he stretched a bit.

"And also much stronger hu?" Guy remarked with a knowing smile.

"Yeah, that too..." That much was clear to everyone.

"So it's my turn to fight now?" Millim excitedly asked.

"Huh... No, not today." Although he might be a battle maniac, he had his fill of fights today.

"Ho..." And mike that the Dragonoid became sad. Looking at this, the Saiyan sighed.

"I said not today, but we can do it another day." He wasn't going to pass on another occasion of becoming much stronger. "You said! it's a promise! don't take back your words." she was immediately in a better mood.

"That aside." He looked at Guy, and the primordial understood what he wanted.

"So what will be your name?" Guy asked, he was curious as to why he wanted to choose his own name rather than letting him do it, but he didn't ask.

"My name..." he thought about it once again, this was an important decision. Even in his previous life, he didn't get to choose since it was done by his parents.

"It will be-

And that's a cliff for y'all. Why? Because I haven't decided yet which name to give him... Ahem, I mean he will give himself.
