75: Love is complicated

This is because of the technique Veldanava used. Rimuru called it Conqueror's Pressure. When released the enemy's spirit will slowly break and will submit to the user. This technique uses the spiritual pressure released by the soul to directly attack the other party's soul. If the other party doesn't have a strong will and good soul defensive techniques they will all succumb to this technique. The only condition to use is to have a stronger soul than the other party or the backlash will harm the soul itself.

As elite soldiers they knew that they needed to buy enough time for their commanders to come up with something to counter Veldanava. If not they all will be killed without any way to flee.

So they all leaving a few dozen rushed to attack Veldanava aiming to overwhelm him with their numbers.

Ravan looked at Silvan and spoke indifferently , " Go keep him busy, me and my team will capture the other royal family . With them in our custody we would be able to deal with him more easily. "

Silvan looked at him for a few moments before saying " ok but remember don't hurt Lucia as for the child I don't care. If possible kill that filth in front of that bastard for him to break " his eyes held a murderous intent as he spoke of Veldanava and Milim.

Ravan shook his head and said, " Not possible our sponsor wanted the little princess unharmed so we can't hurt her. "

Veldanava swung his sword and blocked the sword that was about to cut him in two. He then without any delay kicked the person in front of him. And with another wave of his sword the soldier was decapitated.

And without even given the corpse a second glance he swung his sword again to parry the other swords that tried to injure him. Then went on forever. Veldanava would parry one sword and dodge another while also kicking another sword. Each move of his is like a beast that is going on a rampage. This is Veldanava's original fighting style.

Unlike Rimuru who calculates her every move to get the maximum result Veldanava utilises his instincts as a true dragon and fights with his whole body to maximise his offence and defence.

This made him as deadly as Rimuru since theoretically he has no weak point. Every muscle in his body is able to act according to his will making any openings a trap for the enemy.

This hypothesis is proven correct as Veldanava is defeating multiple enemies at the same time. And furthermore the longer the fight drags on the better he is at breaking the enemy morale.

But his momentum was quickly stopped when a giant bolt of lightning came down at him. Since his resistance skills are not working Veldanava had no choice but to dodge to the side.

That proved to be a rather poor decision as a sword coated with lighting came down on his face.

Seeing that there is no way for him to block or parry it, Veldanava used another technique Rimuru had taught him.

His figure disappeared instantly and appeared a few metres away from the place he was previously.

The technique he used is called Shunpo, a movement technique that is powered by soul arts. The more precisely the person could use their soul arts the better he is at Shunpo. If mastered to the extreme you would be able to make after images that could assist you in battle as clones.

Veldanava vigilantly looked at his attacker. And turns out it was none other than Silvan who had his great sword in his hands. Lightning danced around him like it was obeying his every command.
