Yuta awoke to the soft breeze of wind that carried the smell of the ocean wafting against his face.

"Hmm." He groaned while his eyes opened to find a unfamiliar celling.

'Stone? I don't remember my room looking like that!' He said to himself as his eyes widened when the events of recently played themselves within his head.

Shooting up from the bed he had been placed in, he quickly looked around the room, and saw the sight of a luxurious looking room.

He was placed on a king sized bed that was covered with white sheets that had golden fabric laced within, and of to the side a wardrobe full of noble looking clothes was carved out into the wall.

Suits of armor that had been placed on stands giving the looks of knights standing guard.

Taking in the sight of the room, he rushed over to the nearest window that was made by carving out some of the walls stone. He quickly brushed away the translucent fabric that was serving as a blind.

And saw.

The sight of a beautiful beach that had been blocked off by a small group of hills, But on the other side of the hills was a small town that seemed to be bustling with life.

He watched citizens went on with their daily lives which consisted of washing clothes, tending to the crops and many other things. Something was bugging Yuta though, 'Why does everything look so Medieval?' He asked himself while looking at the wooden and stone buildings.

His eyes trailed across the stone road that led up a large hill, but when they reached the top his eyes widened in shock.

'W-what the hell?! Those guys are huge!' He said to himself while looking at a large iron gate that had two Giant like men standing in front of it, both wearing armor that you would see in a history lesson about the Romans or Spartans.

Peeling his eyes away from the giant men he looked towards the gate they had been standing guard at. This gate led towards the castle or building that Yuta was currently in, but he couldn't exactly know the layout of the building, he could only tell he was a few story's up.

Going away from the window he looked around the room some more and ended up finding a mirror.

Well you can guess how that went. Finding out you are no longer inside your body, but instead you look like a completely different person along with a pair of weird eyes to top it off.

'What the hell is going on?! Where am I?! How is Diesel??' Yuta questioned himself while gripping at his hair but was interrupted when the door to his room slowly opened.

*c-creak~*

Looking up he saw a woman that had brown hair tied up in a ponytail, dressed in a long sleeved black V-Neck shirt that showed off her bosom, a pair of black pants and some combat looking boots, and a sheathed sword on her waist.

He threw his hands up in the air in surrender when he saw her with a weapon.

"Please don't hurt me!" He said while his eyes snapped shut.

.

.

.

.

But he heard nothing from the woman, so he peeled one of his eyes open and saw her looking slightly downwards on his body with her cheeks as red as strawberry's.

Following her line of sight he soon realized he was completely naked.

With his arms in the air.

Giving the poor girl a better look.

His hands immediately fell down and cupped his junk covering it up which seemed to wake her up from her train of thought as she bowed and said, "Please forgive me!" And ran out of the room while closing the door behind her.

"Just what the hell is going on?" He asked himself while staring at the closed door.

'Too much thinking and you'll die faster.' He told him self as he walked over to the closet and put on a pair of pants and a shirt.

After he was dressed he just waited for someone else to come into his room to explain to him what was going on. He soon got his wish as the door opened and a man with Ebony skin and Black hair entered his room.

"It seems you have awakened master." The man said while getting down on one knee.

"M-M-Master? What are you talking about??" Yuta almost screamed when he saw the mans actions.

"We will explain the situation to you, master, all you need to do is follow me to the meeting room." The man said still not raising his head towards Yuta.

"O-okay but please don't bow to me." Yuta agreed but still added the last part as to not make the situation any more awkward then it was.

The man looked like he was going to refute but he just nodded his head while standing up.

"Please follow me master I will guide you to the meeting room." And with that Yuta followed the man as they made their way through the castle, but Yuta's eyes had been glued on the ears of the man in front of him.

'Why are they so long and pointed?' He asked himself.

"Master do my ears displease you?" The man suddenly asked causing Yuta to stiffen.

"What? No, it's just I've never seen anything like them. I'm sorry if it came off as rude that I was staring at them." Yuta said as he bowed down.

Giving off a small chuckle the man quickly picked Yuta up and they resumed walking towards their destination.

Once they reached the room, they saw two intricately carved wooden doors that had golden door handles.

Not minding the ornate carvings the Ebony man directly pushed the doors open, Giving them both a full view of the room.

It was a very large room that had statues of men and women wearing armor and holding swords while standing at attention, located in the corners of the room. While the walls had detailed paintings of what appeared to be battles and some castles depicted on them, and in the middle of the room, was a stone round table that had many seats placed around it and currently six individuals had been seated around it while gazing at the newcomers.

Once their eyes landed on Yuta the immediately stood from the chairs they had been sitting in and bowed.

"Welcome master!" They all said with what sounded like happiness laced within their voices.

Looking closer Yuta saw multiple things that made his eyes widen, The first was the two Giants he saw earlier, Second was a man with red wings on his back, The third was a women with orange tiger like ears on the top of her head, and finally was the short man who fit the description of Dwarf perfectly.

"Um….thanks for receiving me I guess." Yuta murmured to them before he quickly walked towards a seat at the table and sat down.

"So can someone explain to me what's going on?" Yuta questioned while looking at the odd group of people in front of him.

The man with wings cleared his throat before saying, "allow me to explain Yuta-sama."

He went on to explain the history of this land. Which was anything but cheerful. This land or how they refer to it, Phoenix Landing. Was once a peaceful and quiet domain ruled by the Phoenix race, They never involved themselves with other races or even worried about fighting or the need for strength. But the greed of other races for the natural resources and the thoughts of having a Phoenixes powers was slowly engraved into the deepest parts of their minds, causing them to invade due to their insatiable greed.

Now at first, the Phoenixes didn't mind others being on their land, but that changed when they had been attacked. The humans had captured many lesser Phoenixes and using them for experiments or for breeding purposes with humans. Why might a human want to breed with a monster you might ask? Well, it's simple, the chance at gaining the 'Blue Flames of Resurrection' evoked their greed and thoughts of immortality.

After the Phoenixes realized what the true purpose of the humans and other races had been for coming to their home, The were enraged.

In their unstoppable rage they attacked the human encampments slaughtering anyone they could find.

But that was their down fall. Because they had attracted the attention of the western nations of the main continent, 700,000 Soldiers had been sent as a garrison unit to face the Phoenixes.

When the humans landed, the Phoenixes emerged from the mountains and confronted the approaching army. They had a fierce battle that lasted a week long. In the end though the western nations received help from the eastern empire along with its guardian dragon Velgrynd, From then on the Phoenixs faced a two front war from the east and the west.

They had been overwhelmed by the eastern empire or more importantly Velgrynd. While that was happening the Phoenixes decided to speed up the fight in the west causing a vast amount of casualties from both sides.

With the last remaining Phoenixes left, only being a handful. They retreated to the mountainous region of the lands and constructed the building known as 'The Old Palace'. That was their home and new base of operations for the duration of the war.

Troops weren't well accessible in the region and Velgrynd couldn't take on all the remaining Arch Phoenixes and Phoenix Kings alone. Well she could have, but she had been ordered to capture as many as she could but she couldn't complete her mission without fully unleashing her full power and killing them all in the process. So in the end she retreated and her and the empire tried to devise a new plan.

That plan was that she would make a path on the mountains leading towards the Old Palace for the ground troops to use while she attacked from the sky, allowing the troops to capture any unsuspecting weaker Phoenixes.

But they didn't account for one thing.

That being the possibility of a True Phoenix.

On the day of the attack Velgrynd flew high above the Old Palace in her dragon form and released a challenging roar.

And the battle started when the Phoenix's showed themselves.

It was said to be the battle of the ages, flatting mountains with attacks, even erasing parts of the once big continent.

But as the battle raged, Velgrynd never heard from the troops she had escorted to the mountain.

So using most of her powers she erased the small contingent of Phoenix kings she had been battling and set off towards the Old Palace.

But to her horror when she got near the Palace, no soldiers could be seen. Only a thick wall of goldish blue flames lay in the wake of the destroyed battle field, and in the center of the flames looking right back at her was a giant flaming blue Phoenix.

The first True Phoenix, Anir. He had evolved after consuming souls from all the battles that he had partaken in.

The last hope of the Phoenix race took flight and challenged Velgrynd to a final battle to the death.

Responding to his challenge in kind Velgrynd accepted the fight.

And truly, another one of the greatest fights that have ever taken place, happened.

For three days they raged.

Velgrynd using her full power and Anir using his newly acquired power.

Anir seemed to be at a equal standing with Velgrynd, but that changed when some of the top members of the eastern empire appeared and attacked Anir from behind.

Giving Velgrynd the perfect chance to use her strongest attack to finish him off.

Leaving a half dead Anir and a severely pissed off and wounded Velgrynd, why was she mad you might ask? She was mad that someone had interrupted her first challenging fight. But she calmed down soon after and her and the eastern empire pulled out of Phoenix landing believing all the Phoenixes to be dead.

But they had underestimated Anir once again, because even in his dying breaths instead of preparing a spell for himself to be resurrected Anir chose to leave behind some of his own Magic to revive some of his fallen comrades so they could carry on their race.

Thought he could only Resurrect a handful, They carried on the race for many years. But something happened once again. Humans started taking their wars to the Phoenix's continent instead of the main one in hopes of stopping destruction from spreading across their own lands.

The Phoenix's not wanting to be found hid away once again, and after every main battle had finished they would find some strong people who had fallen in combat and bring them back to life with the power they had acquired from Anir.

Once they had built a big enough force they stopped any invading army's from entering causing a time of peace for the residents of Phoenix landing.

Or so it seemed.

The power the Phoenix's had attained, forced them to evolve.

Turning them into Semi-Spiritual beings and ridding them of the capability of reproduction.

That leads them to the current situation.

"I just wanted to know why I am here." Yuta mumbled, but everyone heard him.

The winged man scratched his head sheepishly and said, "Haaaah, do forgive me Yuta-sama I got caught up in my explanation."

Yuta just nodded his head as the others at the table gave him a wry smile.

The man once again spoke, "The last remaining Phoenixes used a forbidden spell that brought you to these lands and gave you strength at the price of their lives."

"Is that because they couldn't reproduce." Yuta guessed.

"That is correct." The man nodded.

Raising his hand before the man could speak again, Yuta questioned, "Do you all have names? Because it's kinda hard to ask you questions if I don't know them."

They all shook their heads and the winged man explained once again, "We no longer have names Yuta-sama, We lost them when we had been resurrected into Majin or Demi-Phoenixes."

"Majin? Demi-Phoenixes?" Yuta questioned

"Yes. We are the strongest of the individuals that the Phoenixes had revived after the wars. Once being revived our body's had changed and we evolved into new beings, some being capable of wielding or holding Magic better then they had originally been able too, Others like myself evolved into Demi-Phoenixes after being around the Phoenix's Magic for so long." The winged man spoke.

"So could I just give you a name to use?" Yuta asked still confused about the whole situation, which made everyone's eyes go wide.

"We would be honored if you would do so Yuta-sama." The tigress spoke.

"Ugh…very well then." Yuta spoke with a headache growing due to his current situation.

"Give me a second to think, please."

After he glanced at the people around the table he decided to give them the names that suited them best.
