Phobio!! Progress!?

(Lucifer POV)

King Gazel left earlier with his soldiers.

It's been a few hours since we met Milim, she has caused a little trouble but she has a mindset of a kid and hasn't had any type of guidance so I never got mad.

Like what's wrong with all the true dragons except Veldenava, he seems to be the only one who cared for Milim.

I can understand why Veldora is how he is because his older sisters abuse him and show him no affection even though they said they "care" about him.

They show no love towards each other and act so hostile, that Velgrynd in the future would go as far as almost killing Veldora and mind-controlling him and saying it was for him.

Ridiculous.

Even Veldora hasn't shown any hatred towards his sisters for what they did, I know if he was serious he would definitely fight back and at least hold his own for a while but it seems like he just goes the scared route.

Even after seemingly being stronger than Velgrynd in the future, he still wants to be scared of her.

Since he'll most likely become my sworn friend or whatever, I'll toughen up his mentality.

But back to the main topic, it's as if they all forgot about their brother's child, Milim, and never even tried to meet her.

Well, whatever.

Currently, we are entering the public baths that Tempest finally created.

It was me, Shion, Shuna, Milim and Rimuru.

Rimuru is still giving me a glare and won't get off my dick about the kiss.

When the others asked what was wrong I just said to ask him but he seemed to not be in a talking mood.

"Go without us, we have something to talk about." I sigh.

"Luci-" Milim was about to ask why but Shuna and Shion just grabbed her and took her to the public baths without us.

Once they were gone and I looked back to Rimuru seeing him even more infuriated compared to before.

Huh?

Oh, this bastard is actually mad because he can't see some babes naked when he has no hormones!

I just chuckle and shake my head, using my hand I wave, telling him to follow me.

He reluctantly followed silently, all the citizens of Tempest were looking at us weirdly while we were walking since they haven't seen Rimuru annoyed like this before.

But once they saw me with a normal smile on my face, they stopped worrying since I looked completely unbothered.

Eventually, we reached my house, once we entered, I turn around and look at Rimuru.

"What is your problem?" I question calmly.

"WHAT! WHAT IS MY PROBLEM!? YOU LITERALLY KISSED ME!!" He yelled at me.

"What's the problem with that? I know you find me attractive and I'm not a guy so what's your point?" I questioned peering straight into his eyes.

He seemed shocked and flustered at my response.

"I-I d-don't find you attractive." He replied with an embarrassed face, it seems like he forgot he was just angry.

"Just be honest, if you want all these arguments to stop you need to be honest with me." I state with a smile.

I feel like I'm in couples therapy, how can I be the therapist of my own problems?

Whatever it should workout anyways.

"F-Fine maybe a little." He responded with a little red on his face.

I look at him pointedly.

"Ok! Fine I find you attractive and sexy, is that what you wanted to hear you bastard!" He exclaimed annoyed.

I smirk.

"Oh?"

"Oh shut up!!" He retorted.

"Feel better now? We good?" I questioned.

"Yes, lately I've been immature. I get where your coming from about how me being nice always can risk the safety of our nation, I'll try to adjust and do better." Rimuru sighs while responding.

He probably feels dumb to not see the obvious problem with the way he deals with certain things.

"I'll teach you how to be a better king since I myself have experience with leading businesses in my past life." I tell him.

"Sure." Rimuru smiles at the offer and readily accepts.

I pull my hand out for a fist bump.

Rimuru just smiled and shook his head but he bumped his fist against mine.

"So, can I have a taste again?" I playfully ask.

Somehow, I was launched across Tempest, leaving behind a tomato-faced Rimuru with his fist raised at the previous spot my head was at.

Did he really just uppercut me?

I just chuckled while being sent flying.

(Few Hours Later)

Currently, Me and Rimuru were just talking to Vesta about all the business deals we can do with the full potions we can create, with Gazels nation.

Vesta was the scientist Rimuru hired from Gazels country, I guess it was a sort of punishment from Gazel because of Vesta's past actions.

Rimuru hired him earlier today.

But since Rimuru wasn't mad anymore, he just accepted his fate of being teased by me forever.

But me and Rimuru noticed an explosion and disturbance of Magicules coming from the center of Tempest.

"Milady, if you will." I flamboyantly hold my hand out for him to hold since I know I can get us there fastest.

Rimuru just rolls his eyes at my antics but he eventually placed his hand on mine since he knew I could basically get us there instantly.

Once he gave me his hand, I kissed the back of it while smirking.

"You bastar-" He was about to curse me but I immediately Shunpoed us to the direction of the explosion.

Once we reached where the explosion is, Rigur can be seen with his skin coming off one side of his face.

Oh, it seems like Phobio, Demon Lord Carrion's servant has arrived and was knocked out cold by Milim.

Rimuru immediately pulled out a full potion and forgot about what I had just done.

He instantly poured it on Rigur and told him to explain what happened.

Once he was done explaining, Milim could be seen looking at me and Rimuru like she wanted to get petted or get snacks.

"Milim you can't d-" Rimuru was about to reprimand Milim but I cut him off.

"Milim good job but next time try to be more careful about the surrounding damage, okay? If not, I will revoke your food privileges." I tell her in a playful tone but with eyes that were dead serious.

Since Milim trusted her intuition, she nodded rapidly.

Rimuru just sighed at the interaction but nodded at me.

He seems to slowly be acting more understanding of more things and isn't being narrow-minded as much anymore.

Rigur grabbed Phobio's body and we all started to walk to the meeting room.

While walking, Benimaru and Shion joined us, Rigur quickly explained the situation to them and they just followed us.

Once we reached there, me and Rimuru sat at the end of the table, the rest just stood behind us, Milim sat on the other side of the room in a corner, eating the twinkies that I made for her.

"So who are you? And what are you doing here?" Rimuru questioned Phobio.

"I'm not talking to some weak slime and cat." Phobio responded with snark.

The others behind us were angered, even Milim's aura was seeping out slowly which started to scare Phobio.

I Shunpoed directly in front of Phobio and put my gun against his head.

Milim momentarily narrowed her eyes looking at my speed but she just went back to enjoying her twinkies soon after.

"Listen up, you catch an attitude again with my wife again, and your head is gone." I playfully smirk but my eyes were saying otherwise.

Phobio rapidly nodded after witnessing my speed.

The others didn't seem surprised at what I was saying since they know I like to tease a lot.

But am I really joking?

Who knows.

I just chuckle with a shrug and sat back down by Rimuru's side.

Looking at Rimuru he seemed embarrassed and annoyed, at least he's not mad.

We're making progress!!

He sighs while rubbing his nose with a reddened face.

"Ok let's start again." Rimuru says while getting serious.

Phobio then talked about how he was a subordinate of Demon Lord Carrion, he talked about how he wanted to subjugate us as his subordinates.

"Leave." Rimuru stated looking directly into Phobio's eyes.

"Wha-" Phobio was about to question but a scary aura came out of Rimuru, focusing on Phobio.

"Leave. I will not repeat myself again." Rimuru told Phobio.

Phobio begrudgingly left, while he was leaving everyone in the room could be seen glaring at him except me.

I waved him away with a smile on my face but my eyes weren't smiling.

He was nervously sweating the whole entire time.

'Exactly how I taught you, people like him need to be put in his place with a show of power." I told Rimuru through a thought communication approvingly.

'Yeah, whatever.' Rimuru replied with a slight smile on his face.

A few hours later, it was night time and me and Rimuru were planning to go to the public baths together.

We were walking through our streets saying hi to everyone while walking to the baths.

Kids would come up to us and hug us, while the adults would wave and bow to us.

"Thank you everyone!!" I exclaimed to everyone.

"LORD LUCIFER!!"

"LORD RIMURU!!"

"LORD LUCIFER!!"

"LORD RIMURU!!"

Everyone started to chant our names while enjoying the food on the streets.

We eventually reached the baths, I forced Rimuru to come with me to the men's baths because I didn't feel like going to the women's bath currently and if I did, all I would do is make them shy.

The reason I make them shy and Rimuru doesn't is because of my flirting playfulness, it creates a certain sexual tension sometimes if that makes sense, so they would see me more as male compared to Rimuru since I act more like it.

"You should turn into your human form because it's unfair if I'm the only one in my human form when your not." I told Rimuru.

"Fine." He transformed into his human form and a towel appeared covering his nonexistent son but I guess I can't talk since I'm the same.

As soon as we enter the men's baths, Fuze is the only one in there.

Fuze is the adventurers guild master from Ingracia, it seems he came to visit our nation.

Once he noticed us, he waved us over.

We sat down and engaged in a conversation with him, Rimuru was grumbling about not being able to be in the women's bathroom.

"I wanted to create roadways to connect our nations together." Rimuru told Fuze, getting over his own misfortune to talk about business.

"That's not a bad idea. But what would the plan be?"

"I'd create the roads with my own men and all I want to be is allowed to trade with you guys, me and Lucifer were talking about it earl-." While Rimuru was talking he suddenly stopped talking and his face was turning bright red.

"Is something wrong Rimuru?" Fuze questioned confusedly at Rimuru's abrupt stop.

"Y-Yes, so what do you think?" Rimuru asked with a face mixed with embarrassment and annoyance.

The reason he was so flustered was that I laid my hand on his thigh and lightly stroked it.

Even I was a little nervous doing this, it's like doing the first move against your crush, shit brings even me anxiety.

Rimuru and Fuze continued talking and once they finished, Fuze had to go and told us goodbye,

Once he left, Rimuru looked at me with a red face.

"What do you think your doing!? How many times do I have to tell you!? This is sexual harassment, you bastard!!" Rimuru stated annoyed with a red face.

I mean he's still an inexperienced guy, I can see why he gets so easily flustered against pretty women, I just need to make him an experienced man to fix that.

"Awww, are you embarrassed?" I teasingly ask him.

"Oh shut up!" Rimuru stated annoyingly while getting up and leaving.

While he was leaving I noticed he was just shaking his head with a barely noticeable smile on his face.

I smirk, who knows what the future holds for me.
