25 Confession.

"No. What are you saying?" Luo Lixi was baffled when she heard the question.

"Then why can't you say who it was? It is your relatives then?" Sheng Ruming's voice was getting higher and higher in pitch as he asked her.

"I just can't say his name. Please don't force me." she said as she stood up to go away from him but was stopped by a hand.

"Why do you think I am asking this question for? Luo Lixi, you want to go back so much but did you think about me for even a second?" He said as he pulled her in his embrace. When he touched her hand, it was cold and soft. 

When he realised it was due to the cold air of the outside, he engulfed her full silhouette in his embrace to give her warmth as much as he could. Luo Lixi felt very comfortable in his embrace as she came in contact with his body.

"Back then you said not to appear before you. I did. I never came to you nor did I contact you. For ten years...for the past damn ten years, I missed you. Did you miss me for a bit?" He said while his dark eyes were full of pain. The past ten years were like torture for him. He wanted to see his love but couldn't. It was very painful for him. 

In those years, he thought at least she would be happy and safe with her family yet the moment he saw her again in that night he made up his mind not to leave her again even if she hated him for it.

He said as he pressed her head in his chest. "Are you listening? Listen carefully. This heart beats only for you. You're the only girl I loved from my young days till now. Back then I was immature, didn't know what to say or do to please you...but now." He lifted her chin with his right hand as he looked at her eyes as if staring straight to her soul. 

Luo Lixi felt her heart was pounding rapidly. This stimulation was too much for her. As he caused her to face him, just looking at those familiar black eyes caused her to feel tingling in her heart. 

She heard a deep voice rang by ears, "I had said this back then, but you didn't believe me yet thought I was joking with you. Now I'll say this again..." She turned her face to him as she heard his next words, "I love you..."

'But I don't deserve you.' The flustered woman didn't even get to say her mind as he covered her lips with his. Hugging her tightly, he kissed her gently because he knew she was yet to recover her health. 

Sheng Ruming decreased the force in his two arms as he hugged her back and deepened the kiss more.

Luo Lixi felt muddle-headed as her breathing became ragged. She felt her breath was sucked out from her lungs. Only after he saw her reciprocating, he finished kissing her. A small gasp escaped from her agape lips as she looked at him groggily. Both of them were panting heavily as they caught their breath.

She looked at him for a longer time as she cleared her clouded mind. After that she asked him seriously, "I thought you have already moved on. Are you...telling the truth?"

"Do I look like joking? Be with me forever, okay?" He asked her as deep down in his heart he wanted the reply to be a 'Yes.' 

"Let's be together." He said again.

"I remember, you are supposed to get engaged with the Yan family." She smiled which was not near to a smile.

"Those are bullshit! Also, you knew about my affairs?" A smile appeared on the man's face without him knowing. 

When she heard him, Luo Lixi hugged him back as she buried her head in his embrace. 

Sheng Ruming's gloomy mood improved by her gesture as he looked at her head from above. He rested his head above her when he heard a small voice. "Hmm."

He was very happy when he heard her reply. When he wanted to kiss her again he heard a small whisper,

"Lixiang..."

"What?" He asked as he was confused.

"It was...Lixiang who wanted to kill me... I don't even know why he did that to me." she said as she hugged him back tightly. Sheng Ruming remained silent as he listened to her soft voice. But deep inside he was exploding in anger.

"Also there was uncle... butler Hua. He stood at a side like a bystander. I couldn't believe he would be such a person." When he heard this name, his inner demon shouted crazily. 'This man again?!!'

"Do you want me to teach them a lesson?" he said softly to her as he rubbed her back to calm her down. 

Then he said in a very low voice so that only she could hear him, "Or should I kill them for you?"

"No, I need to know the reason first." she shook her head. 

Sheng Ruming stilled his voice as he asked sadly, "What if he tries to harm you again if he knew you're alive?"

"That's why, I just wanted to call my friend and ask her about the situation at home." She replied as she stopped talking and took in another deep breath.

Sheng Ruming was relieved but didn't show it on his face. He lifted her face.

"Should we go inside?"

"Later." Luo Lixi whispered.

His breathing sped up as he stared at her red face and smooched her for a long time outside, below the vast sky; oblivious to the happenings of the surroundings. 

Her body went limp against his chest. She stayed in his embrace as he was kissing her again which she accepted. As for him, he completely forgot about the hidden surveillance cameras around them.

In the surveillance room, everyone's expression was blank as they stared at their screen. Xiao Huang was drinking a cup of coffee when the whole situation took a huge turn. 

When they started to kiss he couldn't tolerate it as he barked at his subordinates, "What are you looking at? Quickly turn off the two cameras of that area." 

"Yes." A man answered as he hastily turned off the screens in front of him.
