As Helena and Mark entered Arizona and Callie's apartment, ready for their weekly breakfast, the short girl greeted. "Morning!"

"Morning, Lena." Callie shot back, her eyes widening with excitement as she looked at the girl. "Oh, you're starting to show."

"I know." Helena smiled, sitting at the women's kitchen counter, Mark standing behind her. Arizona blended something in her blender, looking back momentarily to shoot them a smile.

"Our baby's gonna have the Sloan height." Mark told them, proudly, making Helena let out a giggle.

"I made you two breakfast!" The blond let out excitedly.

However, as she started pouring a green liquid into the first cup, Helena's nose scrunched up as Callie complained. "What is it?"

"It's a kale and apple juice smoothie." She smiled at the two pregnant women.

"Are you sure it's not swamp water? It looks suspiciously like swamp water..." Helena looked at the drink with a disgusted expression.

"No, it's full of nutrients that the baby needs." The blond corrected with a smile.

"It also has chunks." Callie pointed out, as Mark picked the drink up, seemingly examining it. "I don't drink chunks."

"Arizona, thank you for the... , but I think I'll just stick to the coffee and toast." Helena smiled, moving to the women's coffee machine.

As Mark brought the glass to his nose, he almost gagged, letting out. "Oh, God, that stinks. Are you trying to help the babies or torture their mothers?!"

"Yeah, tell the woman." The taller brunette scoffed. "We're allowed to have one cup of regular coffee."

"Ok, wait, Mark. Are you aware that there are studies that link caffeine with pre-term labor, low birth weight and other birth defects?" The peds attending questioned.

At that, Helena slowly put the cup of coffee she was making down, turning to look at her husband with widened and slightly panicked eyes.

The look on the man's face seemed to match her own, as he shrugged. "That goo looks great. I say you two stick to the goo."

"B-but... coffee? I don't function without coffee, I-I'm a surgical resident!" Helena let out, her voice small and a bit upset.

"And you two can't just dictate what we're allowed to eat and drink!" The other pregnant woman complained.

"Nobody's dictating anything, but you two are pregnant now, things have to be...different. You have to eat better and take it easier at work and... if it helps well give up caffeine too!" The blond tried, Mark shrugging as Helena pouted.

"That helps no one." Callie let out, drily looking at her girlfriend.

"Okay, fine. If I drink the goo am I still allowed to work as hard?" The short girl attempted to negotiate.

"Well, doll, I'm not sure that how-" Mark started.

"Yes!" Arizona interrupted him, eagerly. "Yes, you are. Goo it is!" As the man shot her a look, she shrugged. "What? Anything for the goo..."

As Helena suspiciously picked up the green drink, she scrunched up her nose as she took a big gulp of it. Closing her eyes in disgust, she downed it quickly, shaking her head and almost gagging as she put the glass down.

As Callie shot her a betrayed but impressed look, Helena explained. "What? Anything for the surgery..." Turning to her husband and poking him in the chest, she warned. "You better remind the baby of this when they are thirteen and insufferable."

"Holy crap, your mom was smart!" Cristina let out, as her, Meredith and Helena looked over Ellis's research, at a lounge.

"I mean, we knew she was great already but this is..." Helena exhaled, taking a bite of her salad. "This is ."

"Truck, cabin, spoon..." Alex pretended to try to remembers, massaging is temples. At that, Helena narrowed her eyes at the man, realizing he was mocking Derek's clinical trial.

"3 for 3!" Jackson confirmed, the two boys playfully high-fiving.

"Crap, this is so good!" Cristina let out again.

"Is it better than this? Cause seriously, Mer, you would have had to die of Alzheimer's to fail this." Alex rolled his eyes, popping a baby carrot into his mouth.

"Hum, interesting, weren't you the one that would have fought someone to be on the trial just a couple weeks ago?" Helena questioned, the boy playfully narrowing his eyes at her.

"I don't even know if I'm doing it yet!" The blond shrugged.

"Oh, you have to, Mer!" Lena nudged her arm. "I mean, look at all this research..."

"Also, mother-daughter surgeons cure leading killer? I'm so jealous, and I'm doing a heart transplant on a baby that hasn't even been born yet!" Cristina agreed.

"Can you shut up about that?" Alex tried, clearly upset that he'd been kicked of the case.

"You're the one that needs to keep his mouths shut, 'cabbage patch'." The Korean woman teased right back.

At that, Helena gasped, smacking Alex's arm. "You didn't! In front of Fields? You did not call the dead baby she helped deliver cabbage patch, Alex Karev!"

"I've said worse. That's why I'm doing ortho, not peds. The bones don't complain." The man rolled his eyes. "Screw this, I've been on this case for a month, I'm not just gonna sit here." Alex shrugged, getting up to leave.

At that, Jackson smirked, taking a sip of his drink. As he did, Helena narrowed her eyes at it, staring intensely.

"What?" Jackson asked, furrowing his brows when he noticed.

"That's coffee, isn't it?" She pouted at the man's nod, leaning back in her chair. "Arizona and Mark have vetoed coffee for Callie and I. they're making us drink goo. This kid better be thankful I love them so much." She explained, her hand on her barely there bump.
