CHAPTER 009 [ HERO! ]

CHAPTER 009

[Congratulations, you have completed all missions and you have emptied the shadow dungeon]

He smiled and soon, a portal opened up, he was shocked the moment he saw it but he swallowed his Fear and went through the portal without caution of knowing where it will take him.

He successfully passed the portal without any harm, but his head was spinning because it was his first time going through a portal. He gains his senses back and this time he was lost in the vast forest.

He called out the system immediately...

The loyal system answered Infinity's call.

"Now system, where am I?" He asked with a troubled tone.

[Location - The fang forest]

[Threat level - level 1]

He was relieved, this time he carried his belongings and left without taking directions from the system.

Infinity heard some noises, he ceased all his activities and tried to focus his hearing on the noise.

It sounded like carriages and horses, he also heard chatter from the same place.

He hid himself behind a tree trying to hide himself from whoever they were.

He was not sure who they were so he wanted to find out for himself.

He claimed the tree that was next to him, straight to the top branches, it was not a high tree so it was easy for him to climb in an instant.

He reached the top of the tree and he could see the people clearly but the people couldn't see him.

It appeared that they were a gang of bad guys. Chad was their leader...

"Now, let's get this out of here and carry out the mission," Chad said to the rest three of them.

Three of the gangsters Walked toward some trees covered in darkness leaving one of their accomplices behind.

They reach some trees and they began to pull out children.

Infinity was shocked to see them dragging children out.

"Children!! What could they be doing with children?" He muttered looking closely.

He was more shocked when the gangsters smacked the face of the children and pushed them hard to the ground.

He became angry and bit his lips in frustration.

"How dare they do that to those children!" He said in furious rage and veins bungling out of his head.

"Move it! Worthless piece of trash, you worth nothing more than a grain of sand!" shade said, she was the second after Chad in command.

Infinity began to remember his past, he became bitter in his heart.

He remembered how the armed robbers in his past life treated him and his mother.

"..."

The gangsters began to pull the children off the ground with force.

Suddenly, shade went flying, she met a large tree and slammed right into it.

Everyone was shocked to see Shade slam straight into a tree.

"I am going to teach all of you a lesson!" Infinity said to the rest of them.

They were all shocked to their bones.

"How can this skinny guy hit shade and slam her into a tree with just a little force? who the hell is he?" Chad the leader of the gangsters said.

Infinity rushed from the tree and hit shade in an instant. That's why shade hit the tree .

"Who do you think you are messing with our plans? "Chad shouted.

They all get on their guard because they didn't want to underestimate Infinity's power.

Infinity faced the children with a stern look, they became scared of Infinity's expression.

He told them to get behind a tree and hide there, there were five children in total, and they all hurried behind a large tree that hid them from the gangsters.

The gangsters became bitter and angry. Chad the leader, commanded them all to kill Infinity where he stands.

He got on his stance and got ready to fight them.

One of the young gangsters tried to punch Infinity, he avoided the punch of the gangster.

"you are going to pay for that!" infinity said to the gangstar and punched him with extreme force.

The young gangster went straight to the ground, holding his abdomen struggling to recover from the pain.

The others became alerted and they all rushed toward infinity with large fists.

In the eyes of infinity, they were damn slow so he took the liberty to neutralize them with out creating a scene.

Chad, their leader jumped towards infinity with his well builded body.

Chad tried to punch infinity, infinity moved away from his punch, he also arrived behind chad, and immediately, he punched him.

Infinity punched chad at a vital spot, but infinity himself didn't know.

Chad collapsed to the ground,the others began to back away ,but shade ordered them to attack.

They attacked infinity, shade came in with a left swinging kick, infinity avoided it the kick and he grabbed shade's leg.

Infinity threw shade to the others and they all collapsed to the ground.

The children watching infinity and the gangsters became scared, they began to shiver in fear.

They thought of running away but another thought came to their mind , if they run further into the forest they would get lost so they stayed put and continue watching.

Infinity grabbed the weakest of all the gangsters.

"Now, you are going to tell me what you were about to do to those children!" He said to the last gangster smacking his face to wake him up.

"I'll never tell you anything!"the gangster said to infinity.

"Oh, so you won't talk ey!"he said with a grin on his face starting at the gangster in a mysterious way.

"Wha...What are you going to do?"They gangster asked infinity.

In the blink of an eye, infinity jumped to a tree and he hung the gangster's foot on one of the branch, he jumped down from the tree leaving the gangster at the top.

"Please, put me down!"he said.

"Talk now!"Infinity said with a furious voice.

"Ok! I'll talk,please"the gangstar begged infinity.

He urged him to talk more.

"We abducted the children because our boss needed more workers for our gang"

"So you plan to enslave this little children!?"Infinity said.

"Not entirely, we plan to kill them and use an ancient ritual to reincarnate them into bodies of adults so they can work for us"The gangstar said with tears because he was scared.

"how evil of you all to hurt children ,you'll pay!"He said to the gangstar.he pulled the gangstar down and threw him to the rest that were still asleep due to the knockout.

Infinity arrived at the children, he ushered them to the carriage , infinity was sure that they were from the astra village so he took them into the carriage and got to the riders seat.

"I've never rode a carriage before, but let's make it amazing"He said.

He grabbed the whip and lashed it out in the horse, it began to gallop. He rode the horse to the astra village and stopped by the outskirts of the town.

They came down from the carriage. "Alright, this is as far as I can take you and I am sure you can find your way yourselves"He said.

"Yes mister, we know how to find our way back"The oldest among the five children said and soon they separated.

Infinity walked away to find his way alone, he didn't know where he was going so he wandered around the forest.
