Necessary evil

"We're almost here," she whispers.

Our first ride together didn't last long, however, it helped us to get along, I marvel at her presence, the girl from the elevator, the girl next door.

Sitting next to her seems unreal since I haven't witnessed something as miraculous as this in my whole life and the thought intrigues me how the hell did I manage to get close to someone like her.

She parks the car in the parking, In plain sight, I could see an enormous building, I try to extend my gaze as further as I can but it's too huge to look all at once. "It's gigantic Juri, what does it call," I asked gazing at the building.

"Don't tell me you've never been here," she says with a pitiful voice. I didn't say a word but my expression said it all.

"Seriously ren," her eyes sparkled up as she gaze deep into my eyes.

"You're making me feel awkward Juri," she astoundingly stares at me.

"You're really are a disgrace," she stares at me with her cold eyes.

"Why you're using such a pitiable tone," I whisper.

"What you do on your weekends then," she raised her eyebrow.

"I don't have much to do, just study, reading, writing," I sigh and frown.

"Well all the sounds like such a bore," she roll her eyes.

"I don't have much time, I'm studying medicine," I responded with a bitter smile.

"People like you in their life make time everything and everyone else except themselves," the expression on her face, it's complicated to explain.

"Fair enough," my face falls at her expression.

"Don't worry, It's a time of our lives," her lips suppress into a smile.

In the early evening hours, the view is radiant, impressive and enjoyable, we reach towards the entrance, people chattering everywhere, I have never been in a place like this, and the thought that a girl is showing me around it sends shivers up my spine.

"Come on, this way," she leads all way through the elevator, as we go in.

"Are you hungry Juri?"

"I'm starving to death," she nodded.

"I'm sorry, we haven't even had breakfast, I don't cook often, so shall we eat something first?" She hadn't eaten up because of me I feel guilty.

"It's alright, that's not a major concern, what're your friends taste, what does she likes?"

She looked at me as if I know what does she likes, of course, I should know about that but I had no freaking idea.

Oh, right I have many delightful memories with her. My meticulous brain, restore the memory. Fuck off you're getting nothing, I can hear it out loud, the voice of my brain. My flawless brain has just shown some flaws in the most significant time…

SO DISGRACEFUL! SO DISGRACEFUL!

"It's hard to tell, her tastes are cheap, very cheap, she likes to wear sharp skirt, blouse, and heels," I feel like dying out of regret out of guilt while saying it.

"Which, the floor is it," I ask curiously.

"We're on the 7th floor." I turn my gaze around, is it really a shopping complex, it seems like a dreamland, "let your hair down ren," she holds my hand and takes me towards a gigantic glass.

"Look, isn't it beautiful ren," I can see the whole city from here, it doesn't seem like it is the 7th floor, I feel like I'm on the topmost point of a mountain, everything looks ting from here, cars, buildings especially people as if they're crawling like bugs.

"The view is pleasant Juri, I might add," I murmured while admiring the view.

"Come, let's go." She holds out her hand, as I take it.

There are stores everywhere filled with luxury brands, Ck, Gucci, channel and Louis Vuitton, and some that I have never heard of, we have crossed many stores it seems like we're on an endless path, I love the glassworks it's so tempting, I would love to show Yui around here, she'd be thrilled to bits.

PEOPLE CHATTERING…

Why is everybody looking at us, I see! It's because I'm wearing Louis Philippe suit that she insisted, it does have its effects, Juri is wearing a sable dress with a chain belt probably by Gucci, we're looking pretty more like a couple, a quintessence of rich spoiled teens.

Juri is still holding my hand, her hand it's fucking good at grasping… In heaven's name, what am I thinking, my thoughts have never been drastic, her hand is arousing a sudden excitement, I feel some burning sensation all the way coming through her body into mine leaving an electrifying effect on my pulse.

She releases my hand and stops in front of a shop, "what is it," I peek at her. She's looking at the shop and I follow her gaze, what is she staring at exactly, Victoria's Secret it says, it's an open shop, the lighting is dim as from other shops, as I turn my gaze down, my hearts rates spikes all of a sudden, a lingerie shop.

"Why we're here Juri," my voice sounds cold and hard.

"What's wrong, why do you sound reluctant all of a sudden," she gazes at me.

"We're not taking anything from here," I hold her wrist gradually.

"Why because it's a lingerie shop, look at your cheeks ren they are turning red," she scoffs.

"Fear not, they also sell mists, lotions and perfume and their products are great as well," she mutters while grinning.

She takes my hand and leads me through, "hey I still hadn't agreed on this," I glance nervously at the staff.

"Who needs your proxy," she whispers.

At a mat black desk sits a woman with a rainbow of colour on her hair in a whole black uniform written Victoria's Secret on it.

"Evening, ma'am would you like something to drink," she asks politely.

"No thanks."

"Sir, would you." I shake my head.

"Is there anything I can help you with," she mutters.

"Can you show me where the mists and lotions are," Juri whispered.

"Most certainly ma'am."
