"That fool of your father" hissed Gerard "he killed your mother! MY DAUGHTER!!" he yelled in the end.

"Why?" asked Lucien. He wanted to know more.

"Your mom was young and naive... she fell for the wrong man, I always hated your father because every time, your mother seemed further away. I confronted him and he retaliated and threatened your mom" Gerard paused, his heart rate was rising, Lucien heard his heartbeat rise like a whore sudden squeal.

After taking a cup of water offered by Chris, Gerard continues "One day, I found your mom gone, and when I heard from her again, she was pregnant with you. I wanted to retrieve her m, wanted her to come back home"

"Did she want to go back home?" asked Lucien.

Gerard was surprised by the question, he... never asked and neither was he interested in listening back then, all he wanted was his daughter back because she was one of the best huntresses from his line.

"I... Yes, of course, she wanted" he lied through his teeth and Lucien licked up on his lie and smashed the table.

"Don't lie, old man, I can he-" he stopped, a hand and his high were being squeezed, he glanced to his side's and Allison and Lydia looked at him worried.

Lucien took a deep breath " I can hear your words coming out yet I don't think you mean any of that, Gerard" said Lucien speaking to him formally.

Gerard frowned "Okay, your mother was blindly in love with that man, I tried to reason with her but she was stubborn so I..." Gerard's hands started shaking and from his chest pocket, he grabbed a bottle of pills to calm his nerves but Lucien was quicker and grabbed those pills.

"Give them back, boy" he hissed.

"What happened next?" asked Lucien

Gerard started breathing heavily, Chris glared at his son "Give them back, Lucien" said Chris worried that Gerard would have permanent damage from his nervous problems.

"I don't think I will, not until he answers my question," said Lucien, Chris looked at Allison for support and Allison shook her head at him, he glanced at Victoria who is still a bit mad at him so she wasn't looking at him, he sighed giving up.

Lucien wanted Gerard to be riled up if his nerves stirred up his emotions then Gerard will blurt out the truth instead and it seems to have worked.

"she didn't want to listen" he started, he shook his head "give me the pills, young man!" he hissed grabbing his head with his shaky hands.

"What do you mean?" pushed Lucien frowning, ignoring the old man pleading for the pills.

Gerard started shaking "She... She was in the way... I had to do it... She was with a child and we have a code!" he started saying deliriously.

"What did you do?" pressed Lucien putting the pills in front of Ferard, Gerard tried to reach for them.

"That's enough," said Chris grabbing the bottle of pills and started taking out the pills when Gerard confessed.

"I killed her... I killed my daughter... She had been turned" Gerard's eyes were red, crying "I had to, I had to!"

Everyone but Lucien gasped, Chris gave his father the pills and once he took them, Gerard realized what he had said and looked at everyone.

He stood up and made his way to the door but a hand on his shoulder stopped him, he looked back and saw Chris "Did you really kill my sister?"

Gerard took a deep breath "yes"

"but that wasn't just why you killed her was it?" asked Lucien walking towards the old man, his pupils were dilated in anger masked with an unemotional expression.

Gerard saw the anger in his grandson's eyes "I knew you weren't normal, I should have guessed you'd come out like this. As one of them" growled Gerard.

"Okay, just leave, Gerard," said Chris, he was also angry but he didn't want to see bloodshed here, Gerard pushed his hand away.

"I should have killed you too, ungrateful boy" spat Gerard in fury "What you just did, trying to get me to talk by exploiting my weakness... Only someone heartless would do that"

"I got that from you" shot Lucien

Gerard turned around and walked away before the problem escalates.

Lucien, however, was turning. His size increased, and fur grew around his body, his claws came out and his fangs dripped with venom.

Lucien lunged at the old man and bit him, Gerard screamed and Chris took out a tranquilizer gun and shot it at Lucien.

Reload, Chris reloaded his gun, the darts didn't penetrate the tough skin on Lucien. Victoria came and threw Chris's gun away from him and glared at her supposed husband.

"No" she said firmly.

"Hahaha *cough* ka haha" laughed Gerard.

Lucien transformed back and started at the old man.

Everyone saw in shock as Gerard kept laughing instead of screaming in pain. Chris widened his eyes "you wanted this" he murmured.

"Indeed, I have been sick for so long, no cure for my illness, no cure but one"

"The alpha's bite" finished Chris.

"So the code?"

Gerard spat blood "The code? What about it? Your sister found out I wanted the bite, and when she confronted me about it. I shot her along with her husband but Lucien was still alive inside her belly so I did what I could to at least save the child thinking about this day, the day he finally grants me the bite of a true alpha of alphas"

Chris remembered when Gerard had come home with baby Lucien in his arms and crying because a werewolf had killed Maribel, her husband nonetheless, but now the truth is Gerard killed his own daughter just to get a bite he could have gotten from any alpha. That's when it clicked and finally registered the words his father had said.

Chris turned to Lucien "You are the alpha of alphas!?" he asked surprised. Victoria was the same but age looked a bit more proud than Chris.

Chris turned back to Gerard who was now standing and dusting himself off "How could you have possibly known he was gonna be this?" asked Chris.

"It was in his eyes, the moment he came out of her mother's belly, his eyes shined red like an alpha but that was impossible because he was just born but then I remember there existed true alphas before, and they were born alphas, they didn't need to steal the power from others so I gave him to you to raised when I heard he escaped I was furious and tried looking for him but couldn't. He had gone completely off the radar so as soon as I heard he was back, I came back because by then his shenanigans as an aloha of alphas were already known, I just had a feeling it was him and I was right"

"So you were faking this whole time" asked Victoria.

Gerard laughed and nodded, Chris approached his father and punched him in the face. He took out his real gun and pointed it at his head but Lucien stopped him.

"Don't" simply Lucien standing at the entrance of his house with his girls.

Chris thought Lucien wanted to kill Gerard but seeing Lucien calm confused him, Gerard frowned feeling an ominous feeling.

"He won't live long" added Lucien pointing at Gerard's orifices as black goo started coming out from his ears, eyes, and nose, and he started coughing violently.

"What did you do?" asked Gerard's, even talking was painful.

"You wanted the bite, I gave you the bite. I knew you were ruling me up, you thought I'll give you such a gift as the bite?" now Lucien was laughing "has it ever occurred to you I could have just mauled you instead of biting you?"

"you poisoned me" said Gerard.

"It was on your food, mountain ash, your cancer is cured due to the bite but now your body is rejecting the bite giving you symptoms where you'll die slowly feeling your strength zapping away, your senses nulling away until you die"

"Why yo- *cough*" he started coughing black blood.

"Fix this!" growled Gerard.

"I don't think I will, one last thing. I added a little of Kamina's venom to the bite... Surely you know what that means" added Lucien.

Gerard widened his eyes and suddenly his body couldn't move and couldn't speak "that is permanent by the way" said Lucien as he walked back inside his house but stopped before closing the door "that's for mom and dad" he said and closed the door.

Chris looked at his father's pathetic body listing on the floor "I'm not taking care of you, you are going to an elderly home" said Chris, Gerard wanted to retaliate but couldn't, his body was forever paralyzed feeling as his body rots away slowly.

Chris glanced at Victoria "I'm staying" she said before he could say anything.

Chris paused and nodded "Are you going to-"

"Yes" said Victoria interrupting him.

Chris sighed and nodded "Okay" he said and left with Gerard.

Victoria walked into the house ready to pamper and comfort her stepson. She even put on the lingering she bought for Chris and her anniversary but since Chris forgot about it then her stepson gets to eat her cake.

She giggle as she walked back into the house but when she entered the party had already started, Lydia mounting Lucien while Allison sucked at his heavy balls.

"Excuse me" she said as she undressed herself and joined her daughter.
