10 Ch.9 Cock fight.

In the dead silent wood I was standing under the pale moonlight and in front of me was a wolf looking monster and its crimson eyes were piercing my soul. I wanted to fight it, which was weird. Did my mind wrecked from all that pain? It snarled and it came running at me. I growled and ran towards him.

But as he was running towards me it felt like he was running in slow motion, I could see every movement he made. I ran towards him and his eyes widened and he used his elongated arm and he swiped it at me, I easily dodged it by dodge rolling it sideways. The monster saw it and turned towards me and continued to swing his arms at me.

I had to keep dodging him, but when I was dodging his attack one of my legs slipped off a rock and one of his attacks landed on my body and it left a deep cut on my back, it was painful and steam started to form where it had cut me.. I jumped back and it smiled and it started to run towards me again. I looked and there was a boulder nearby. I growled and ran towards the boulder and the monster was coming for me. He again extended his arm to hit me, I jumped to the side of the boulder and dodged it, I jumped off the boulder and I bared my fangs into his body.

He screamed in pain and it grabbed me and threw me away but I managed to take away a good chunk of his flesh. I landed on my side and I got up quickly and I saw that it had run away. I threw the piece of flesh that was in my mouth. I then looked at the cut on my back but there was nothing. I saw that the wound had healed instantly, the only thing that remained was just some steam.

I could have followed that monster but I don't know if I would be able to kill it. So I decided to let it go. I picked up my rags with my mouth and I started to make my way back home. On the way I bumped into a river and I put down my rags and I went to see myself in the water. I walked up to the river and I saw myself in the reflection of the water.

I was huge, like 5'9" or something. I had golden brown fur with patches of grey and black mixed in and the white or more like silver was most prevalent at my lower jaw to my abdomen and around my eyes. The most interesting thing was my eyes were purple in colour and they shined like gems.

As I was looking at myself and I heard footsteps in the back I quickly turned around and Growled and I saw that there was a grey Coyote near my clothes, it looked at me and it growled back. I sighed in relief that it was not that monster. I slowly walked towards my clothes and it continued to growl and bark at me. As I got even more closer it jumped at me and I grabbed that little Coyote by my mouth and I threw it in the river. It landed with a splash in the water and it again growled and came running at me and jumped again. I turned around and I ducked to grab my rags and it missed me and landed on its feet.

I started to move again and it continued, but after a few turns it felt like I was playing with it and I decided to entertain it cause I had nothing better to do. I am not going home like this. As we were walking it barked at me again but it wasn't like a threatening one it was a friendly one. It barked and I looked at it and it was trying to lead me away from home.

I did a small back and continued to walk. It walked forward and barked at me and I grumbled and it whimpered. I looked at the sky and the moon was still up. I barked and it got happy and wagged its tail and started to lead me somewhere where I don't know. I followed it for some miles and then I saw an overturned car on the left side and I stopped to look at it but then it barked and pointed up. I sighed and I walked up the hill and I saw a small cave.

Inside this cave was some weird stuff like some clothes, phones, wallets, toys. At Least I may get some clothes when I turn, if I turn but in films they turn back when the moon goes down and I was betting on it, I don't want to stay a canine for the rest of my life.

It showed me its stuff and then it came back with a ball and it put it down on the ground and it looked at me with great anticipation. I was confused as to what I was supposed to do? It rolled the ball towards me with its nose, I thought it wanted me to throw it or play with it. I grabbed the ball and I threw it out. It ran outside to get the ball.

I played with the Coyote for some time. I would throw the ball and it would get me the ball and I would repeat. We did this until the sun came up and when it did it broke my hope. My worst fear came true. I may be stuck like this forever. It brought me the ball but it saw me and it put the ball down and it yipped and put its paw on my head trying to soothe me.

I just chuckled at this and it tilted its head, I said, "I wish I could just go home." I closed my eyes and the heat inside my body started to leave. My bones again started to break but this time it was almost instantaneously and in one motion and I was still in pain but was happy that I was turning back. I saw that the Coyote was concerned and it yipped at me. But I just smiled. It saw me and laid down.

After a few seconds all my bones joined back and then all the excess hair fell off and I was back to human form again. I stood up and I celebrated, I threw my hands up in the air and I cheered and the Coyote barked at me and I laughed and I picked it up and spinned it. It barked at me and I put it down. I was happy that I wouldn't need to be a wolf forever. I smiled and I said, "Thanks dude, you really helped me." It barked at me and seemed a bit pissed, I tilted my head and said, "Thanks girl?" It barked and looked happy and I said, "Thanks, back there I thought I would be stuck like this forever, thank you."

I picked up my rags and they were not in good condition and I looked at the clothes and it growled and I said, "What if I bring them back?" It still growled. I exhaled and I said, "Guess I'll have to make do with this." I used my shirt to make a loin cloth and I grabbed my phone in my hand and I half knelled and I said to the Coyote, "Once again thanks, I'll never forget this."

It yipped and it licked my face and I said, "Down, girl." she licked my face a little but then I pushed her off and I started to run towards my home, this cave was somewhere near the school. I was away from home and I saw time on my phone and it was 6. I buckled up and started to run like a madman. If someone was to see me running like this he would think I am tarzan or something.

I reached my home and I saw that it was around 6:30. I jumped the fence easily. I looked around and I saw my mom walking up and going into the kitchen to get her coffee. I tiptoed and crossed the garden and then I climbed the tree and made my way into my room. I sighed in relief when I entered my room.

I quickly took a shower and changed into new clothes and put my phone on charge. As I was getting into new clothes I saw myself in the mirror and I had gained some more height. I was roughly 6' 4" and my eyes were still the same colour. I was relieved that those didn't change into purple cause it would be hard to explain.

I went downstairs to have breakfast and my mom saw me and was surprised to see my height. She mumbled, "Son of a bitch." She shook her head and she said, "Come sit down."

I sat down and she asked, "How was the party? Did you have fun?"

I shook my head and I said, "Lot's of it."

She smiled and she put my plate down and said, "See I told you… you would have fun." I smiled and hummed.

I asked her, "Mom, what was that story that you were about to tell?"

She froze up and turned around and said, "It's just an old wives tale with no truth to it." I looked at her and she said, "Fine, some old folks believed that your lineage was blessed by gods and that is why you all were powerful and had long lives. Happy?"

I smiled and nodded. You know more that you let on mom and I need to find out what this thing that I am and I will find out anyhow. After I finished up breakfast, I went outside but unlike yesterday Allison wasn't there, I smacked my lips and I got inside a car and I turned on the Radio and it was playing "Yellow."

I got it out of the driveway and I made my way to school.

Hey guys I hope you liked the chapter and I saw many many comments about why Mc said he is stupid and what did he do wrong, let me break it down a little. So Mc gets to know that Scott had asked Allison out for the party and Allison has given a vague answer to Scott and Allison had also vaguely asked Mc if he would go with her to the party so Mc thinks they both are going to the party as a date, but when he knows about Scott and Allison he gets salty. In comes Lydia with her usual approach to Mc being flirty and all and this times Mc flirts back in front of Allison. Allison sees this and gets pissed and asks why he did what he did, Mc asks her about Scott she says she just said that she will be there doesn't mean that she was accepting Scott's invite but now she will. Hence Mc feeling stupid that he jumped the gun and did so, but he is not that upset because of it. He just didn't want to go to party because it would be awkward and not because he will feel hurt to see Allison and Scott together, they have been together for all of 2 days.
