Ch: 35 A new Student

Next day at the school,

"Hey ! Alisia , so who'll be going to be your Romeo?" asked Anna .

" It's not like that I have to choose someone. It'll be based on their performance."

"But the audition is only open for Steven. I think so." said Michael taunting her.

" It's not what you are thinking , it's not been closed yet, if you want to then can give your audition." said Alisia explaining herself.

Michael: It's fine then , I'm in.

"Your choice". said Alisia then she went to her seat.

All this scene was seen by Steven who was sitting in the corner.

He was just practicing his part of Romeo.

Then , Mr. Peterson enters the class.

All students got settled on their respective seats rushily.

At the door of the class ,

" May I come in, sir ?" asked a handsome guy.

" Yes please.

You must be Pedro , the transferee." said Mr.Peterson.

" Yeah , Mr . Peterson."

Peterson : Well , introduce yourself.

" Good morning my dear , classmates. My name is Pedro. I'm from Mexico. I hope that we'll be good friends in the future."

Then, Peterson asked him to sit behind Alisia as it was only vacant seat.

Someone was there in the class drooling over the gorgeous guy in front of here, Anna. Many guys were jealous of their one more envy as the first one is Michael.

While Pedro was going to sit on the assigned seat he was smiling along the way towards Alisia.,

"Hey! Alisia " said he smiling while walking away to his seat.

Alisia was feeling something unfamiliar, she noticed why he even smiled to her only. She already have so many dilemmas in her mind since the school started.

"It's Ok Alisia , he's just a guy. Though he is charming but he'll be just a friend." said Alisia to herself suppressing the feelings after seeing this handsome guy, Pedro.

After all were settled completely,

"So, Pedro. I hope you'll make some friends today. There's a notice for you , if you wanna take part in Romeo and juliet's play then you can consult Alisia, the audition is going to held in the last period. And she's the one choosing the correct Romeo character for the play, as she is already choosen as Juliet." said Mr. Peterson to Pedro.

"You look like one." said he smiling just after Peterson's last sentence, to Alisia's back. He said it enough louder so that Alisia can hear.

"Though I'm late for it but can I come for Romeo's audition." asked Pedro from behind.

"Of course." said Alisia without moving backside so that to hide her hesitation to even see her.

After a lecture of almost 40 minutes, all the exhausted students relaxed when they heard the bell for next class.

"So , ok students we'll continue tomorrow, have a nice day." said Mr. Peterson and left.

The students started roaming here and there in the class as soon as their teacher went outside.

Pedro also stood up from his seat, not wanting to talk with Alisia from backside. He came to her desk, slightly leaning over her desk , he asked. " So, Ms. Alisia can you please help me around the school? I mean as I'm new here. I don't know anything about here."

"Sure. Anna can you please take him for a tour of the school." said she moving to her side , where Anna was already have been spelled by his charisma.

So as to avoid any handsome boy, she already gave him to Anna as if signalling in her actions that yes, you can take him.

"Shall we go forth now?" asked Anna all of a sudden, that his face fell immediately.

He didn't have any reason to say her 'no'.

They went out along each other's side to roam around the school as it was a free period, even if Anna has to bunk the period for giving him a tour, she had already done it.

"So, Hi Pedro. your my new classmate. We can have a chat while roaming around right?" asked she without any hesitation as she was longing to have a conversation with him since he entered the class but he didn't even gave her a simple glance. She know he already has set up his eyes on Alisia. But Alisia had already stepped away from her side.

Pedro was looking back until he heard Anna's voice.

" Yeah, Hi Anna." said not having any interest in talking with her.

" You know, I was waiting to talk with you since the class started." said she giving a smile to him.

"Why?" he immediately asked.

"I want to ask this, do you remember me?" she asked.

"How can I remember you, I only now came to know that you are my classmate?"

Anna: You don't remember the girl who chats with you over the internet, it's me Anna.

Pedro: Really. But I chats with many, so I don't remember having any of the chattings with the girl named, Anna.

Anna became disappointed over his last sentence. She clearly has a picture of her online boyfriend in her mind. She doesn't know why is he ignoring her or behaving like she is nobody.

"Anyways! since I already had given you a tour of our school, so now we're friends." said she forwarding her hand for a friendly shake.

Ignoring her he said, " Yes we're friends now, but I'm in a hurry. Can I go now?" asked he suddenly, then without shaking hands or without even listening to her response, he went away

But She was standing there again disappointed, her right hand still in the air and she looking at his running back.

Some girls were laughing at her standing few metres away.

"It's ok, babes good luck for next time." said they laughing and teasing her.

She came to her senses and immediately backed her hand and walked away hastily with a furious head.
