17 Chapter 17: 6 Years

As he was thinking about the memories of past achievements and other events that happened over the past 6 years, Damian got dressed for school.

A lot has happened over the last 6 years. Wayne Industries was able to build its first corporate building after 8 months with many adjustments made secretly. Also able to make a name for itself and its subsidiary companies after 2 years. Wayne waste became a well known recycling center that sells the recycled materials to manufacturers and industrial plants. Due to the success in New York many more recycling centers were being made through major junctions in the US, and waste was being transported to the centers for processing. Wayne Securities was able to make jobs for retired veterans, allowing them to work as a security agency. Most hired veterans were those honorably discharged, retired, and even a few dishonorable discharged veterans were able to work for them after intensive research was done on the reason for their discharge. They did jobs such as security guards, security engineers, body guards, and a select few work as mercenaries for secret missions assigned to the team. Wayne technologies was able to make a lot of money for the company due to the many different patents that Damien and the employees submitted. The many appliances and household items they created were made by a third party and sold all over. The employees even get 10% royalties for all the patents the company uses for products. Wayne research was started 1 year ago and they started with research for the safety of Wayne Security employees. They researched bullet proof materials, communications devices, and security systems for clients. At the same time having other projects on the side. Wayne Medical was just started a few months ago and is just gathering and giving donations to failing and impoverished hospitals and clinics across the US.

But all these achievements are just things that happened to Wayne Industries. Damien has been busy as well. Learning multiple martial arts from real studios across NewYork. Although he doesn't advance far or fast to not raise suspicion, he does watch the advanced classes as well and masters everything before moving on. He also was able to learn almost all common languages spoken in major countries around the world and a few dead languages as well. He spent time learning a lot of new subjects over the past six years to help with his future as a hero and CEO. He learned forensic science, medical, law, business, economics, and cryptography. While learning each subject, he followed a few cases from the past and present to learn the thought process of people in each field. Seeing examples of how to use all the skills learned and getting practice as well. Damien was even able to make a few things that helped to keep his identity as Wayne Industries CEO a secret. While at the same time, started the build of his own secret base and hideout. Doing so by using spare parts and materials from the recycling plants and other sources.

In the shadows, Damien was able to secretly save and recruit many people who were about to be killed, or betrayed, and kept them at the secret base to continue their work for the better of people. Some of those people were able to be saved and prevented from being future villains.

Knowing what's about to happen in the next few days to Tony Stark, Damien begins to enact his plans and starts to send out surveillance drones of different types to keep track of the activities of Tony, Pepper Potts, and Obadiah Stane. Recording important conversations and scanning all technologies around them. While keeping surveillance on them the drones will also hack into all computer systems they use and leave a back door for Alfred to check info.
