"Look what these monsters you call kids did to my boy."

Two days later at the Principal's office. The parents of the bullies sat there with their children behind them. Mrs Almundo, Clarissa, was there with Tristan. The boys, except one, stood there with bandages and bruises on them. They all had their heads down embarrassed that girls could defeat them.

"Woman your waste of a son started it by bringing his friends to attack a 15 year old when her brother wasn't there."

Clarissa said and one of the other women immediately retorted.

"That's not true. He said they were just talking but she did this!"

Mercy looked at the boy who avoided eye contact and snorted.

"Yeah do something else and cry about something else to your mother."

She said and accepted the bottle of milk Gamal gave her.

"You little _"

"Madam obviously both parties are at fault here. Your son always bullied Mercy but she never complained just so he could continue his studies in peace. Although she went too far it was still his fault."

The principal said and glanced at Tristan's expression. Seeing that he didn't say or do anything, he continued.

"So since both parties were severely injured, we'll let this one slide."

"--" Bullies

"--" Parents

"Thank you for your understanding. Mercy and Amber were really traumatized so I'll have my sons assist them back."

Clarissa said and stood up. Everyone looked at the two traumatized girls who were drinking milk and playing with phones. Clarissa left and they followed.

As soon as they were outside Clarissa hit Gamal on his head.

"Mum."

"You even supported Mercy by fighting and let this other violent one join?!"

Clarissa said through gritted teeth glaring at her son.

"But mom it wasn't for nothing. They bullied Mercy and you know her situation. And for once this cray cray did something good."

Gamal said referring to Amber who didn't even spare him a glance. She kept looking at something else and smirked but it quickly disappeared like it didn't happen. Clarissa looked at them and sighed. She gave them a few more advice and left. Tristan now walked ahead of them. He asked the driver to take Amber back to his place and left with Mercy and Gamal.

He kept driving in silence and said nothing the entire way. He drove to a very very secluded area with more trees and no actual road. Just kept driving untill the sound of a waterfall could be heard and he drove into the river and zoomed into the waterfall.

Behind the water fall was a cave with a road straight ahead and lights gradually appearing until he reached the end where the wall separated and he drove in, and immediately closed back.

There was a parking lot there with different cars, trucks, and bikes. After parking his car, he went out of the car and Mercy and Gamal silently followed.

They went through a door that led to a hallway with men and women in black moving around doing their business but stopped to greet them.

"Welcome Big Boss. Welcome young master, welcome young miss."

Gamal who would always flirt with the women the moment he arrived didn't respond. Even the always enthusiastic Mercy didn't look good either. They immediately understood that something was wrong.

They entered an elevator that took them to a very spacious living room with luxurious furnitures and decorations.

Tristan sat on a couch and opened three buttons on his shirt looking at the two of them with a cold expression.

"Is it so easy to kill now for you too?"

Tristan asked but they just kept their heads down.

"I think going on these kinds of things here are affecting you."

Gamal finally looked at Tristan not liking where the conversation was leading.

"You won't be needed here anymore. You can visit but you can't go on missions."

"Big bro that's too much."

Gamal said with an aggrieved tone.

"Is it?"

Tristan asked him with an eyebrow raised.

"Big bro Gamal just protected me. Don't punish him. If I didn't let my emotions get the best of me this wouldn't have happened. I'm sorry."

Mercy said with her head almost shrinking back into her body.

"It was my choice to help. And...you know what? I think it's great. He'll actually need our help and we won't accept it."

Gamal said and stormed out of the living room. Mercy lifted her head and met Tristan's questioning gaze.

"I..I respect your decision big bro but_"

"I didn't ask for your opinion. Do you think the same as Gamal?"

"I..I...I don't know."

Tristan nodded and took out his phone.

"I'm commanding you as your boss not to interfere. Am I understood?"

"Yes..big boss."

Mercy looked like any second from then she was going to cry. It's been seven years since he spoke to her so distantly. She almost forgot that he's her boss. And she was just one of his assassins.

"You can go now."

"Yes big boss."

She bowed and quickly left so that she won't cry Infront of him. She ran to her room and locked the door once inside. She moved to the bed and sat there crying, and slowly smiling, then laughing.

.....

Back at Tristan's place

Amber sat in her room with an open book writing down her discoveries.

My being reborn hasn't changed anything. The only weird thing is Mercy. She's bold without her mask. No more weak. And sick?!

She's never been sick. There must be something else .

Amber stood up still holding the book in her hand in deep thoughts.

Then she seems to hate me. What is going on? Did my being reborn change some things? But why just Mercy?

Amber kept pacing the room trying to figure out things but eventually gave up.

One way or the other I'll definitely find out. Right now I have something else to do.

Amber thought and took out her laptop after carefully hiding her dairy. She logged into the financial news website.

In her previous life, because she payed very little attention to her family's business, her Step mother and sisters used her in getting everything for themselves. In this life she vowed never to give them even one percent of joy.
