73. Demon Slayer Corps.

Half an hour ago, the students of Shuchi'in and the members of the Demon Slayer Squad had mixed together to form a team. This team was composed of several students and a member of the Demon Slayer Squad. The Demon Slayer Squad members felt uneasy, thinking their teammates were all rich ladies from aristocratic schools. As soon as she finished speaking, Mai Sakurajima spoke. "Miss Kanae, wait a minute!" She looked at Sakura Tohsaka beside her and confirmed, "How many credits do we get for killing Kizuki?"

"Hmm... Killing a top three is 3 credits, middle three are 2 credits, the bottom six are only 1 credit!" Tohsaka Sakura said softly. Glancing at the two demons in front of her, she continued, "Together, these two can be worth 3 credits."

A girl's voice sounded beside her. "Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall." Two earthen walls grew up in front of them, forcibly blocking the sharp ribbons. The ribbons dug deep into the walls but couldn't penetrate them.

"What is this? It's so hard?" Yatamahime looked at the walls that stopped her ribbons and was slightly stunned. She frowned, trying to pull the ribbons out. "Why can't I move?" She thought it was because the ribbons were stuck on the wall, but she realized she couldn't move her body at all, stopped by some mysterious power.

Yatamahime roared wildly in her head but couldn't even move her eyeballs. Her vision stayed on Mai Sakurajima, feeling she was related to her situation.

"Suzuki-san, the other one is left to you," Mai Sakurajima said quickly. Her special ability was time stop. After days of training, she could barely stop an ordinary person for five seconds. She guessed she could hold an Upper Moon Demon for a second or two. When Suzuki Sonoko heard this, her slender fingers started making hand signs.

"Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet." A dragon head grew from the ground, opened its mouth, and spewed mud bombs, shattering half of the Lower Moon's body with accurate shots.

"Tohsaka-san, Mori-san, I'll leave it to you!" Mai Sakurajima's words fell, and the two girls suddenly jumped up. The tall and athletic Mori Ran landed in front of Enmu, the first Lower Moon. Enmu was recovering from his injuries, and his eyes shrank when he saw Mori Ran. Without hesitation, he launched his Blood Demon Art.

"Blood Demon Art: Eyes of Forced Unconsciousness..."

"Wind Release: Wind Cutting Technique!" Before he could finish speaking, several wind blades, compressed to extreme pressure, slashed through his body, slicing him into several pieces.

On the other side, Daki finally found she could move and immediately let out a scream of resentment. "Brother!!!!!!" A figure grew from her back as if he was about to crawl out. Seeing this, Kocho Shinobu's purple eyes widened. She could smell that the clone from Yatamahime's back had an even more terrifying aura due to more of Muzan Kibutsuji's blood.

"Be careful, this guy is much stronger!" Kocho Shinobu reminded Toshaka loudly. Sakura Tohsaka glanced up at her, her hands not slowing down. Before Yatamahime's brother could separate from her back, she completed the seal.

"Water Prison Technique." A huge ball of water enveloped Yatamahime. As soon as Gyutaro, Yatamahime's brother, separated, he found himself trapped in a water balloon. He struggled with all his might but couldn't exert much strength or break through the water confinement. Kocho Shinobu looked at this magical scene in a daze, and Mai Sakurajima's voice came to her ears. "Miss Kocho, now it's your turn!"

"Huh?" Kocho Shinobu didn't react at first.

"Miss Kocho, it's time for you to cut off the demon's head with the Nichirin sword!" Mai Sakurajima reminded softly. Kocho Shinobu came back to her senses, her eyes showing complicated emotions.

One Upper Moon and one Lower Moon. This lineup could be considered very dangerous for the Demon Slayer Squad. But in front of the students of Shuchi'in, it only took a minute. They captured the Upper Moon and crippled the Lower Moon. This kind of strength fully confirmed Yuuki Asuna's statement from yesterday.

"It turns out that Miss Yuuki wasn't lying when she said she was only considered average among her classmates."

Kocho Shinobu felt that if the students of Shuchi'in had Nichirin Katana, they wouldn't have even needed to team up with her. She had mixed emotions as she cut off the heads of the Upper and Lower Moons, barely feeling a sense of participation.
