Chapter 11

' why can't I sleep , ugh..... I need to sleep .' I tossed in bed all night currently the time is 3:23am but I still can't get myself to fall asleep. I even went to take a cold shower so as to cool my body down in case if it is because of the heat, I was not even sweating in the first place but still yet I can't fall asleep.

' I think you know the reason why you can't fall asleep ,' my conscience said to me.

' oh you shut up , I think I'm going to go take a warm milk , I heard that it helps to make you fall asleep .' I tossed my blanket aside, stood up and went downstairs.

On entering the kitchen , I came to a stop when I saw Sydney in the kitchen and it looks like she was trying to take a bottle of water . She got out the water from the fridge and turned around only to drop the bottle water and gasped before covering her mouth with one hand and the other on her chest.

" Mr Night, you scared me "

" it's Miles "

"hmm "

"I'm Miles and I'm sorry if I sneaked up on you ".
