CHAPTER SEVENTY TWO: Shoot me

"Hey." Ariel greeted Vincent when she got into the car.

"You look gorgeous." Vincent complimented, his eyes saying more than it should.

"Thank you." Ariel responded trying to hide her blush, "You don't look bad yourself." He wore another black overall coat, with a wine coloured suit inside and it fits him quite well.

"Oh, here's your coat, thank you." Ariel stretched out the bag she packed his suit in, but instead he just stared at her not collecting it.

"Is there something wrong with my face?" Ariel asked, she felt like his gaze would burn through her if he kept staring at her like that.

"Nothing, I'm just happy you came as you." Vincent said and with that took the bag and zoomed off, lucky for Ariel she had her seatbelt on or she would have been sorry.

After a long drive, Vincent finally parked at a beach, which one could see the whole path lit up with candles inside a glass.

Ariel furrowed her brows, the beach? This night?
