Chapter45 Pay Back

Seeing Edmund come personally, the client company was hospitable. 

He then began to flatter Edmund with all kinds of compliments. 

Edmund, however, didn't say a single word, keeping his coldness.

But Adeline recalled how he looked like while he was on bed...

Kevin, who was beside her, whispered, "What's up? What are you looking at?"

Adeline's cheeks flushed. She quickly shook her head, "Um, nothing."

The meeting began. The clients wanted to see Sali's design first, so did Adeline, as there should be a reason why Sali was such a powerful company. 

Without surprise, their design looked indeed more sophisticated and special.

However, Adeline was a bit disappointed as they didn't have Bohemian style, as she wanted to compared hers to their works. 

The client company started flattering Sali again. It seemed like their design was the best of the world, and Settle would never have a chance to win.
