ENSNARED IN HIS CRUELTY
(A brief flashback: After the conversation he had with Jack)
After Renard left the house, his footsteps echoed through the corridor as he made his way to the garden, where Adams awaited.
The moon cast an eerie glow over the scene as Renard approached his loyal confidant.
"I want you to monitor everything that is going on," Renard commanded, his tone low and authoritative. "Give me a call when you get vital information, especially about Lily. I heard she is someone quite special to our Jackie boy."
Adams, a stoic figure with unwavering loyalty, nodded resolutely. "I will do just that, master."
Renard's sly smile betrayed the depth of his scheming mind. As he walked away, a sense of satisfaction emanated from him. The Hadens, oblivious to the impending storm, would soon find themselves ensnared in a web of deception carefully crafted by Renard.
