It was Lex's reaction when he sees from the titan's body that the woman in the cloak has fainted for excessive use of Metoria. Metoria is magic substances that allow everyone to uses magic. and that magic itself is unable to be learned or either to be own by talent. unless the being who wants to learn magic is from certain races such as Elves. which is known as race magic.

However. even a certain race could learn magic which is a Race Magic, they couldn't learn magic that is generated from Metoria as well.

A high amount of Cigs is required for buying a metoria sphere. one cheapest price could be around one million Cigs. but one most expensive one. which is inferno metoria as an example. could costs up to one billion Cigs.

In a guildhall. there is only like one out of one million guild hall members who own metoria. and most Metoria users are on master or hero graded adventurer.

Losing control of metoria could lead to something weird that will be happened. such as what happened to Lex's table when he was sat on it to have a tea break. which had gone cold for a random adventurer used Ice Metoria that lex was managed to chase the adventurer out for disrupting his tea time.

Excessive uses of metoria such as what the cloaked girl did on her Inferno Metoria. could lead someone to stamina exhausts. or the worst case. Died.

Lex tried his best not to use his metoria nor dragon magia for now. As he's now exhausted. but many casualties had been caused at the moment that the Titan Lord is still surviving and kicking.

he shouted to call Kiana and tell her something that in Kiana's pointy elf ear hears.

"Kiana, save that girl first, give her Adrenaline that I gave you. I will hold this stupid titan first. quick!".

Kiana hurried to outspread her and strip her hood off that it has to be seen. a pointy nose girl with nice white yellowish skin color having a black grayish hair with a length to her waist and wavy at its end. wearing gray mixed with a white-colored dress that nicely designed with a dragon insignia necklace on her neck slipped in between her C sized breast.

Kiana is completely surprised by her beautiful look despite being a dog demihuman that known for bad looking creatures. making her forgot her initial purpose.

"stop admiring her beauty you stupid elf! I'm half dead already!!" Lex screamed in a panic on titan's neck as it kept healing and he's started to felt like he is on skies now. but his hand kept swinging the sword nonstop like someone who loses his head, swinging aimlessly and Kiana can hear his panicked scream.

"ah, my bad!!" Kiana responded and hurriedly took the syringe beneath her skirt. pulled its safety lockout and she hit the syringe to her. woke her up instantly

"ah, sh*t!! I thought I'm about to die!!" the girl responding in the shocked face and almost kissed Kiana on lips that her forehead hits her nose hard that making Kiana scream in pain on her nose.

"ah my bad Lady, sorry. anyways. things getting worse now. we had to..".

as the dog woman spoke while trying to rub Kiana's painful nose. a strong dark fireball shots directly to the Titan Lord. which is missed to the land in between of its foot where it stands.

"oppsie. my bad".

a half-asleep Lira is finally coming after fall asleep for a certain time. he hurriedly went to southern Laira village as he heard there is a raid there and Lex's life in danger. but thanks to the half-asleep effect. he missed the attack and both the woman said in the same time to him, "Stupid Lira" in the lowest tone possible.

"but this time. it won't be missed" Lira answered their mockery and pulled out his bow without coming near them and at the same time. Lira uses a black colored arrow cast from his right hand with a magical pattern shaped like a black colored sphere that reshaped by Lira into arrow-like.

"Darkness Metoria: snipe!"

Lira shots an arrow with high precision, the precision that made the dog woman's ear tuned down in response to fear.

Lira's position with the Titan Lord is more than 250 meters. so Lira had planed it if it doesn't reach. it means

"Mari, use your inferno metoria to burst its power"

the dog woman with dragon insignia replied "yes" happily and uses her Inferno Metoria to enhance its speed. making the arrow shot speed went fast. that it finally hit the head of the titan lord accurately. making Lex falling down and the dog woman ran in high speed to fetch him up.

Dog demihumans are well known for their loyalty to their friends, loving parents, and more. and also have the power to lift anything up to tenfold of their body weight. and she easily fetches Lex who is fainted with his eyes spinning around.

At the same time, Kiana used a lightning bolt cast from her metoria after managed to recover her stamina a bit. but the Titan Lord fled. leaving a huge question mark that many casualties created. but it ran away.

"go chase that f*king titan!" one of the adventurers who is a lion beast-men. shouted to his fellow adventurer who fought together to chase the Titan Lord.

but Lira commanded them not to do it. or else, it will create more casualties which is a big no for them. as Master grade adventurer who still standing. he has the strongest authority to stop them now.

the dog woman took fainted Lex near him. And he responded "how far you are dreaming Lira?" and lira replied. "maybe I got blood sugar shock that made me fainted". Kiana from her point of view. wanted to hit him so badly, but she loves Lira after all. so she is unable to attack him.

she's wondering. who's that strong and beautiful dog demihuman. as a dog demihuman. she doesn't have a stench that Kiana hated. a dog Stench that reminds her of her past trauma to a dog.

"ah. sorry for not mentioning it. she's Mari. one of my companions when I wasn't being on Laira, also my pet partner" Lira responded in the response to Kiana being silenced and thinking "who the he*k is this woman? why she's strong and has a big asset. while I don't have it".

"ah yeah, she's Mari. thank you for coming Mari. if you aren't there. your wastrel master will...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!"

"don't talk bad about Lira. can you? or expect that I will break your ear into pieces!"

the dog woman has glared him in a fierce look that shocked him off as she's pinched his ear so hard that making him scream.

"stop it, Mari. he just joking around" Lira replied and laughing on her reaction

The dog woman cupped her hands closer together, poking her forefingers against each other in a stable rhythm and showing her cute face to him that no one could resist it while saying"but he.. he... he is bullying my master" in a ridiculously cute voice. it made Lira couldn't resist it and saying "it's ok Mari. you did it right. hehe hehe hehe" and pat her head intimately that made Kiana puffed her cheeks saying that she never once being devoted like this before.

while seeing Lira and Mari being lovey-dovey as a master with his pet. Kiana silently took Lex who barely able to walk away and puffed her cheeks and says "enjoy your cinnamon roll you stupid dog otaku".

the mission may be failed. but at least. Lex and Lira acquired the compensation by some sum of Cigs, Kiana with her being promoted become the bronze adventurer. which is making her become a fully pledged adventurer. and Mari. who is happily snuggled to Lira's left shoulder. getting a free treat of food that she gave it to Lira instead.

several hours passed. Kiana had left the guildhall after she's done with her shift job. then Lira and Lex who sat on the wood colored table started to talk.

"Lira" Lex started the topic. with bandages are covered him like he's a living mummy.

"yes Lex?" he replied while petting Mari's head who still snuggling on his left shoulder calmly.

"can you stop drink bubble tea? you drank like 40 bottles of bubble tea a day you know?" Lex asked him in a serious tone.

Bubble tea has high sugar content that could kill you if you drank the dosage that enough to kill you.

so, don't drink it too much
