The 15 heroes were having lunch in their favorite restaurant. They had been going there for the last 60 years. The year was 2990 around 2000 years after Truse reappeared. Since that day they watched over the whole of Sharnem. They guided the people away from disaster many times and protected them from the orcs. They were at Ulentor Cafe eating lunch in the human capital of Sharnem. When a messenger drone flew through the window to give Crastros a letter.
Heroes-we of the half-breed capital need help. We fear that we will be overwhelmed by the time you receive this letter. We will be hiding in the cave system under the town square. Please help us as soon as you can.

The 15 heroes set off on their wings and were there in a matter of hours. They landed and Crastros saw a familiar sight. It was the sight of charred bodies and bloodied walls as well as a field of corpses of women, infants, children and unarmed men all with their hands and feet bound. This was a sight Crastros knew too well and he remembered something he shouldn't have.
He remembered the day his village was attacked 3000 years earlier. That was the day five troares attacked his village and slayed all they deemed impure. The troares killed all but him because he fought back and killed four of them he also managed to severely wound the last one before he was incapacitated. He remembered the last troares swearing to return and annihilate the village once again. The half-breed capital happened to be where Crastros's home village was when it existed.
They had walked to the Half-Breed Center of Utilities (HBCU). The half-breed center of utilities managed the above and below ground operations such as irrigation, sewage, and water treatment. It was the only building not covered in blood. The 15 entered saw the same horrors inside and up the stairs but none down the stairs or in the basement. They went to the far wall and ran through the illusion. They found to their surprise that there were 10 men 12 women and 5 children cowering in fear. They told the people that they were safe and said they would get them out of the basement in one piece.
The townspeople were escorted by the heroes to the porares fort. While at Ulentor Fort they questioned the people on what they saw. They all had the same story which meant it was the truth. They all said that 30 hooded figures entered the town and drew their weapons. They then proceed to make demands they were met. They said the field was of the people who surrendered. They were all killed by the figures after the figures sprouted their black and red wings. The people were then decapitated at an incredible speed. The 27 survivors ran to the HBCU and ran to the stairs going to the basement. one of the children looked back and saw the figures get blocked by a barrier that prevented them from going down the stairs. They heard the screams from above them but they stayed put and hid.
