Chapter 8: Sea State of Nothingness

'If no one kills me then…' He thought what would be the possible thing that will happen.

"Then everyone will die! Only by stopping this damned devil Is the only solution! I just think as soon as possible."

He said while pondering.

There are many unexplainable things about this damned place, no landmarks, trees, and infrastructure.

"The only thing I can see in the sky and the sky below." He said.

The genre for a long time observed every detail.

When the sky turned bright blue then turned again to blue if he walks farther. As if there was something at the end of this horizon which tells him, 'that must be it!' The phrase that glued in his mind.

So he tested out.

He moved and walked farther.

As it getting whiter at the end of the horizon there was a green stone which shaped in a diamond. It seems like those affinity stones but bigger and brighter by its colour.

"Green Affinity stones?" He asked.

"This stone must be the power of that devil!"

He connected everything why it is so familiar. The colour and its brightness. It was the same with that devil's hair and eyes!

But something on his mind is telling him that he already saw this stone long ago. But it was all blurred from his memories.

As he looked closer to that stone, an insidious power can be felt. The power is so dangerous that he would kneel!

A powerful stone which can't be compared with hundreds of affinity stones, no, maybe thousands!

'No, I won't back off. This is my only chance to prove that I can persevere and nothing else.' He thought.

Perseverance + Strong willed = Unstoppable.

As if it seems effective he continued his way towards the stone. It is just 8 meters away and as long as he can jump 4 times he can do so.

But yet he bounced off.

He attempted this for 100 times. But he always failed.

He was tired to the core but his will to achieve didn't make him surrendered.

"I CAN DO THIS!" The only magic word he can say.

After for a long time he moved! Yet a little!

The truth is, it was now his thousand tries! Not the hundreds just ago but in THOUSANDS!

Yet it was still 7 meters away. He doesn't know what time did he take so far.

But he doesn't mind. The life of his was on the line!

If he can do it ten times then he can do it again.

But, he passed out.

After passing out for a long time he woke up. He started again and again while not knowing what was happening outside. If he knows then.. he would be shocked to the core!

Reality: Outside in the Sea State of nothingness.

A man with a blooded gown walked through.

Deep green eyes and bright green hair.

Every time he passes he would kill them without knowing his face, name, etc.

And every city he visited would turn completely silent. It was burned to nothing! Disastrous!

The only thing you can hear was this wailing and screaming sounds.

"Ugh.. don't kill me please, I still have two kids and my wife is pregnant."

"arghh"

Tens of thousands died from this devil. He got no remorse nor mercy. He kills them without hesitation!

As if a plague was happening!

Bloody Killing! Massacring!

An Elementalist indeed! He controlled different affinities as he made the city with different disasters! Some are snowy, some are burning, and some are earthquake, and some are flooding!

But this devil is different from the real Elementalist!

An Elementalist that can control different Affinity without passing out and sucking out of plat energies! He is the one who sucked in! this devil is limitless. The only thing that can stop this devil was an Existence!

Yes! An Existence or Pseudo Existence! Or Higher levelled than Transcending!

In levels, it explained that cultivation start from Masse then the End was Existence

Yet an Existence isn't that strong yet! If you can't master the affinity which by path then you are not a real Existence! Existence creates and destroy! The real Existence!

In this path, after gaining a stronger cultivation prowess, you can't be called worthy in the eyes of hidden dragons. You attained the power of an Existence but it the eyes remastered people who made and walked in one path can destroy you whole!

Yes, a Path! The path of laws! A TRUE EXISTENCE CULTIVATED THE LAWS!

And that is how they surpassed the level of affinity! They cultivated the laws!

One of the best examples is that old man.

Remember that old man who saved Genre from Mirae attack, 'the Blue Dragon Rage?'

That old man cultivated the law of Fist. With his fist, he can destroy anything. Trample a mountain!

There are many things that were hidden in the eyes of normal humans and that? That cannot be seen through, because it is with the laws! It is with the world's that governs the living and non-living!

Another example was the way of the sword.

This path contains training with the sword and to become 'One with the Sword.'

Every swordsman dreamed this path! Genre used the way of the sword but it was the only sliver to be called such that.

Everything starts from nothing. As it says, 'A businessman with 10 cents on his palm can be sought to explain by his business peers is the best principal in business to start.'

With miracle hands, there is nothing special.

What if you have talent? What if you had a great fortune? What if... just what if!

If you have no dream to become a path taker then this surrender! But if you would?

Cultivate the affinity!

Because your fate isn't controlled by someone, you control your fate; your decision, choice and everything.

Remember there's no easy thing from this world, only by challenging difficult things to be made easy.
