An Unusual Event & Talent Test
Like that a week flew by.
I am currently lying on my bed while looking through the internet. For this last couple of days, this thing has become my top priority for passing time.
"This internet is a very convenient thing" I said with a pleased look.
In the last week, nothing really happened, Only notable think that happened was my mother taking me to a doctor, the very next day after i woke up.
Although they are strangers to me, in this past week that has loosen a bit. Now i am more comfortable around them.
Ding...
When i was busy looking at my laptop screen, I heard a ringing sound. Looking at the direction i saw my phone's display is turned on.
"Hmm... That's unusual" I said with a frown.
Getting off my bed i walk to the desk and pick my phone up.

I was surprised for a second, but after seeing the sender a annoyed look appeared on my face
"Oh this again?"
Taping on the screen i open the notification and began reading its contents.

Congratulations for reaching your age of 15, you can take the talent exam at your nearby testing center.

After looking at its contents i put the phone back, and sighed
"Its the third time that i have got this message"
Talent tests take place in some handpicked places, like school, hospital's or some community service places.
Although you can take the exam at any time, the old me has decided to take it later, and thus i am here not knowing my talent.
And this area only has one such place
Orna High School.
Which is a place where i have graduated.
[Note: Kids in this world mature quickly because of there fast brain development speed]
And because of it being a school, every Sunday people from T.U come to the school to take the exam.(T.U means 'Talent Union' Which record every talent users, its like a government)
And today is Friday, and the Exam will be taken in two days.
"I hope i awaken a descent one" I said with a excited tone.

That day nothing much happened beside getting excited for my the test.
I return to my room after finishing my dinner, And fall on my bed.
Soon after Dream embrace me and i lost in my wonderland.
'...'
'...'
'Or so i thought'
That day the dream was very unusual.
Connecting my consciousness to my dream world, I again found myself inside the dark void where i first woke up after opening my eyes.
'This place again?' I said. But as usual no one beside me.
-sigh
A sigh escape from me mouth. But soon after i regain my composer and began looking around.
'Lets explore this area' i said before i tried to move my body, Because of it floating state, its quite hard to control it but I somehow manage to do the impossible.
But after i graphs it, it becomes easy. I just had to think about it and walaa.
The void is vast and it has no end to it, on top of that where ever i see i can only see darkness.
But the weird thing is my mind is calm, Like i have been to this place for a long time. And become familiar to it.
'Now that i think about it, There should be a white orb...' I said but stopped midway.
Before i could finished the sentence, The Spare suddenly appeared in front of me, startling me for a moment.
'Woo that was surprising' i said with surprise.
'Its quite convenient... I just think about it and it appeared in front of me' I said in appreciation.
After the appearance of the White orb i started absorbing it, It was the same, like i am looking at myself, and occasionally some flash of lights getting inside the orb.
After absorbing for a while i decide to leave the orb. I have already tried to touch it but to no avail. It cant even be touch, when i do so, it went through it.
But when i turn around to leave, i felt a hot sensation on my back, I quickly turn around to look at the orb.
Its glowing loudly.
'What is happening?... why is this thing is glowing this much' I asked in confusion. Although my mind is calm, I still have my own sets of doubts.
But before i could think of something a beam of white light emerge from the orb and enter my body.
The part which was struck with that beam was my forehead, I can feel something entering my head.
A serge of memories started entering my mind, I felt heavy because of the heavy lode of information.
But a while later, the energy stopped leaving me alone with the orb.
Silence
Complete silence crossed the vicinity.
"Argh what was that?" i groan.
The thing that entered inside my head was a memory of some kind of sword technique, called Enam Sword Art.
From what i saw, it's a very dangerous and powerful Technic. It can even destroy a whole city with just a single swing.
That's a power level equal to an Rank: SSS. And there is also a rank after SSS.
There was also some visions where the user used it to defeat a whole army of enemies.
Gulp
A gulp of saliva enter my mouth after just thinking about it.
Although this is a powerful technic its still lack a crucial component.
Ether
Its a whole different type of power then the common folks uses.
The main source of power that humans use called soul particles, which is technically infinite but it lacks reliability.
Soul Particles, has to be absorb before you can use it, And Ether is also like that. But the main trouble comes when it come to use all kind of elements and Body strengthen.
humans can have up to three elements at the same time, but The Sword art needs all of them. And S.P (Soul Particles), and only nourish one element at a time. Because of that everyone chose a specific element and work hard to enhance it.
Like take My sister Anna for example, she has two elements, Water and earth, She prefer to use water as her main Element and earth is there for just for defense.
Water can be formed into various shapes, like Spare, Balls, and many other things. And earth element's Earth wall is a very powerful defense out of all the element's.
And because of that all Elemental affinity is needed. And being able to use all the element also come with some buffs, like Lightning, its a advance version of fire, It destructive and at the same time it's very fast.
It can make the user fast as lightning, and attack with the destructive power of fire. And not to mention its chain effect, causing multiple enemies to get hit.
These are the common seance i have gathered in this past couple of days, But it still not enough, Most of the things are not even available to public.

"I think i have to ask someone about this" I said. Although i have manage to weaken the guard from the people around me, Its too early to trust them fully.
Crack
When i was on about it i heard a sound. It was like something is braking. I instantly looked around to see the space around me desolating.
"What is happening?" I said with confusion.
Soon after i felt something heavy on my eyes. It was the same feeling when i woke up.
I slowly flickered my eyes and a small flash of light came into my eyes.
Opening my eyes i was mate with sunlight which was getting inside the room through the window.
It's morning.

After waking up, it was the same, eating brake first, staying home, Reading something or surfing the internet.
Like that another day has passed and today is Sunday.
I got up early and had freshen up before eating my brake first. I have also told my parents about the test yesterday.
At first they looked at me with wide eyes in confusion. I already know why...
sigh
'That old self of mine' i mutter.
But later they hugged me in joy. Though it was also because of my Memories, and i don't even care. I just want things to be like this.
After eating Brake first i left the house with Anna. Although, my parents said that they will also come, But at the last moment they got a call saying something come up in there guild.
A guild is a place where People from every talent gather, Its a place for people to complete task and explore the unlimited amount of vast world's that come with Astral Technology.
Usually the task's are like bring a curtain item or escort someone, but some missions can be life threatening, like bring down some assassin or raid some place. But most of the time its safe.
The test is holding in Orna High School, which is just a couple of hundred meters away from my house.
Walking through the road i can see many types of people, They are either talking or going somewhere probably to there work.
Reaching the School, i can see kids at the same age as me are walking inside, and occasionally some adults also.
The school however is not that big, just your typical school.
"So where are we going?" I asked the girl beside me.
She has black hair which has fallen down her shoulder, and a leaf gree eyes like my father, Although we are at the same age, her carecter is like of a big sister.
And me, well i have Black hair like the rest of my family members, and crystal blue eyes, which i seems i hi have gotten from my mother.
"In the gym, But before that we have to register first" She said while interrupting my thoughts.
I don't say anything and just follow her inside the school. Unlike me Anna had her test almost a month ago, For what she had told me, she has awaken a 'F+' rank.
Ranks are divided from "F to SSS" And further divided into subclass of "F-, F, F+" After braking through from F+ they will reach rank E-, And it's the same for all of the ranks above.
Although the Rank F+ not seem's much, its a grate feat for her age. Most of the people get like F- or F at the Test.
While i was busy thinking we reached the registration center. I instantly come back from my stupor.
"Hello sir, we are like to register" Anna said to the man sitting in front of the registration desk.
The man looked at the duo and said.
"Name"
"Arce Black" I answered nonchalantly.
After registration the man gave me a piece of paper and shoo is away.
We walked to the gym and entered it.
Inside the gym there was a small crowd of people, at the same age as us waiting for there turn.
We also found a empty place for our self's before waiting like everyone.
Another 10 minutes passed and some people's walked in. All of them are in there mid 20's.
"Are they the teachers?" I asked.
Anna shook her head before replying, "They are form T.U, Every Sunday they come to our school to take the test"
I don't say anything and turn my eyes from her to the podium, where those mans sat.
After placing a football size glass ball on the table a man looked at the crowd before smiling slightly.
"We will be taking your test today, And when ever i call your name come to the stage"
Hearing that everyone nodded.

"Arce Black" The man called out.
"Finally, i thought we have to wait for long" I said before i walk to the podium.
Climbing the small stared, i walk to the desk where the Man and the crystal ball was present.
The man looked at me and then to the Tablet in his hand, After checking everything is alright, he smiled slightly.
"OK, all done. please place your hand on the crystal"
I nodded.
Placing my hand on the crystal i felt something entering my body, After circulating inside my body it returned into the crustal and a farm white glow appeared on the crystal.
"Arce Black, rank: F" The man said before giving me a id card,
"This will help you getting recognized, But remember to change its rank when you broke through... Although you can also decide to not do it, in the end of the day its up to you"
I nodded before returning to my original place.
Anna who was looking at the podium notice me coming, and gave a small smirk.
"What rank did you got?" She asked.
Although the Testing is going in public, the area around the podium, is shield with some kind of sound blocking artifact.
Because of that no one can hear the conversation inside the podium.
"F" I said.
"Oh, that's good" She said With a thinking manner before looking at me.
"Now lets go or do you want to look around the school"
"We do have time, so why not look around" I said. A large grin appeared on Anna's face and she turned on her big sister Vibe.
"Ok then, lets go i will give you the best tour as possible" She said with a joy full tone before she left with a smile.
Seeing her leaving figure, i cant help but to let out a sigh.
