Outer Sect Test
Zhou Long suffered a bit of a backlash as he forcefully withdrew his attack and got hit with the aura in the voice that just spoke.
An old man looked at Chen Fen from the right corner of his eye.
'Interesting' The old man thought to himself as he stroked his gray beard with his right hand and his left hand behind his back.
The old man is one of the elders in the sect.
Zhou Long stood up with the assistance of his guard. He was really angry because of the humiliation he had just suffered, all thanks to Chen Fen.
'You will pay for this!' Zhou Long said in his mind, clenching his fist tight and sending a death gaze towards Che Fen.

"Anyone that causes any commotion in front of this sect again will be immediately killed," the elder said, warning everyone.
'Hehe, you just wait. If you join the sect, this young master will make your life a living hell,' Zhou long thought evilly, holding a huge resentment towards the oblivious Chen Fen.
"Follow me" immediately. When the elder said that, the sect gate opened and everyone was led inside.
They got to a huge pavilion, and the elder stood at the podium with two young male disciples of the sect.
"This test is an outer disciple test, and we will be grading your spiritual roots," the elder said.
"What's a spiritual root?"
"I heard that this determines your success in the path of cultivation."
"Yeah, I also had the opportunity to hear it from a cultivator a few years back".

One of the disciples that stood behind the elder came forward and placed the orb on the table. "Come forward in an orderly manner," the man said.
One by one, the test began, and everyone moved in an orderly manner.
The people who went to get their spiritual roots tested found that their talents were mediocre, as yellow and red are the most common, with only a few green talents, which made the old man disappointed, until Zhou Long came to have his spiritual roots tested.
"Hehe" Zhou moved to the podium confidently and placed his hand on the orb.
The orb flashed yellow, red, and green before finally stopping at blue.
"Blue spiritual root grade!" the man in charge yelled in a surprised tone.
