A missing Nii-San
Flash Back
Saturday morning, 9:00 pm October, 9th 2015. the phone was ringing, and a young 13 year old answers it. Its Amari Mikaru, the youngest of the the three siblings. "Hello," she answered in the hopes it was her friend. only to be answered with a deep male voice. "hello is this the Mikaro residents." she answered in confusion, "yes," the man continued, "This is the Gokuensen city police department. We are calling to check up and inform you that we received a disturbing phone call, it was from a man named Sakuro Mikaro, has Mr. Mikaro been seen between the hours of 6:00 p.m. last night and now, 12:00 p.m." Amari's heart jumped to her throat. she asked the officer to wait, so that she can check his room. She ran to it stumbling as she hoped that he would be in his room. but the room was empty, a now saddened and extremely desperate young preteen would soon return to the phone to say, "No, no we haven't seen him since yesterday." the officers tone seemed to change almost in an apologetic manner as he said. "OK, we cannot yet be sure but we believe that your older brother has been abducted."
Amari dropping the phone would talk to the officer getting details from the patient officer who explained, "If he isn't back within 48 hours they will open up an investigation. But until then they should tay alert and call anyone whose close to or knows your older brother the most." once off the phone the young seventeen year old Rubie would collapse on the couch in shock. was told they got a panicked phone call only to receive a name. then he was gone the cops tracked him back to an alley where the only thing to find was a phone, with no sign of him. they tried getting ahold of his immediate family but no one answered until the next day.
Present Time
Rubie returning home a crying mess, would find Amari home from school. She was on her laptop so Rubie started out with their normal routine saying, "Did you finish your homework sis?" Amari replied, "yes," as Rubie would look at her with her hands on her hips. Amari gave an exasperated sigh as she said, Yes big sis, here I had most of it done in class from the start." there was a pause, until Rubie collapsed to the couch. Amari looking up finally seen that her older sister was crying. only to be shocked as her oldest sister who couldn't take the pressure blurted out, "Amari, Sakuro's back, i don't know what happened and i don't know why, but hes got amnesia, and is staying in the winters circle." Amari practically leapt from her seat sending her laptop flying across the floor. "what, is he gonna be OK, how long has he been back and how long have you known? when can i go see him?" Rubie laughed a little, "I understand that your anxiously excited, but Nii-San needs some time. mi nor sure hell wake up for a while. he seemed to have barely woke up when i got there. not to mention he attempted to as for some space for the week. just passed out in the middle of his sentence." Amari looked at her, "really..... sounds like Nii-San had it rough. i wanted to give him a serious chew out but if he cant remember guess ill cut him some slack. Even though its been so long, i guess Nii-San has been through allot, how did he look?" Rubie smile, "he seemed to have allot of bruises, and i think i spotted a few scars. but it seemed like he had allot of mental strain, you could see it in his eyes, Like he had been through hell and back
(The end of the week,) the phone rings to be answered by Amari, "Hello," she would say getting an answer from a voice that she had yearned to hear for days. "Hello, Um Rubie left this number she is apparently my sister, she said that id have a sister whose name wa Amari who would be answering." Amariy Excited with tears in her eyes and sayd, "Yes this is Amari, um, its so good to hear from you." She was somewhat excited as he continued, "I'm currently at a motel winters circle. But i was hoping you guys could take me to a doctor so i can get a checkup. As well as get a little more information about what you guys know about what happened." Amari smiled with tears said, "ok ill talk to rubie." who was practically the one that rushed them out the door to pick him up.
Picking sakuro up the girls were ecstatic, They filled him in to find that id didn't ring any bells as to what occurred. His disappearance would continue to be just as much of a mystery as his reappearance. Amari whom insisted on Sakuro and she sit in the back seat together would be laughed at by Rubie who would say, "oh, that's just an excuse to cling to Nii-San." Amari stuck her tongue out as she said, "well he has a lot of making up to do. cause of all the things we couldn't do together. i may be a teen but hes been gone way to long."
Sakuro was getting the feeling of nostalgia as the two playfully bickered, without realizing it he blurted out, "Ru, Ri your embarrassing yourselves here." the girls gasped as they both tackled him, giving him such a big hug that he was confused as to what he did. "you don't know how long i have been waiting for you to say that even since before you disappeared." rubie would say as Amari smiled. Sakuro would then say, "I'm Guessing That been a bit of a nickname?" the girls would laugh, Amari would then say, "well we were quite close when we were younger, wour our older brother so you practically raised us after our parents passed away. honestly after you left we lost the rock that motivated both of us. we looked up to you for allot." it was about then that they loaded into the vehicle and headed to the hospital. sakuro felt familiar around the two so he felt comfortable. not only that but he could tell just from the way two acted that they had all three been through allot. before he disappeared, as well as while he was gone. he couldn't help but say, "well i feel like you two gave me something to drive me while i was gone, as if my locked away memories of you kept me going." the girls went quiet, they all three did. when they got to the hospital they filled out their forms. waited for the doctor, and Sakuro would soon be given a full scale checkup with X-ray, and MRI to boot. leaving them to wait for the results. Also giving them time to test sakuro on what he remembered, Amari was hopeful when she tried to jog his memory about their yearly trips, but Rubie knew it was to soon for someone with amnesia to remember. she tried to get amari to stop but sakuro said, "no, i dont mind, if it helps her feel better some of this feels familiar." so they talked about more and more, but he never remembered any of it. so they just let it go as the doctor showed back up.
Flash Back
Friday night, 6:00 pm october 8th, 2015. "Hello, Hello police this is sakuro mikaro…." a loud thump could be heard as the phone was dropped and the operator was left on the phone who began to alert the officers of the ominous call. As the operator heard off in the distance, "no, no who are….." The phone went silent, the operator immediately notified a dispatch and began tracing the phone. and when it was found, the officers were baffled as to how someone got taken seeing as they were in the most populated area, and the most frequented at night areas. there was no sign of a scene, or struggle just a cell phone..... the phone was still in one piece so what was the loud thump heard over the phone. this was a case that would be attempted closed many times, but would never get closed because his sisters incisted he would return.
