Spicy Food

"Somebody page Yuno Lin! What the hell is up with that sudden storm out side the forecast said it's going to be sunshine and roses today." Toda calls her on her personal number and Ackerman answers.

Roku groans walking into the hospital with the two stones in hand. "Can I remind you people I don't get paid a salary here and I shouldn't be getting woken up from my sleep on my day off."

Yuno walks into the building holding Xavier who's still sleeping, "Gosh, how did you weigh a ton overnight?" Yuno turns her attention to her boss, "What the heck Toda? You said I have a day off."

Roku takes Xavier from Yuno giving Yuno the stone off channeling.

"What do I do with this?"

Roku takes it back shrugging his shoulders. "Sorry, I barely slept because I thought I had a day off, I better start getting a fucking pay check from this hospital or you'll never see me again."

Toda shakes his head, "I guess he's the type that's grumpy when you wake them up, could you two get serious people are dying out there a sudden storm just hit, and you know what morning rush hour is like it's chaotic out there."

"I still want a fucking pay check for this shit." Roku mutters taking Xavier to Yuno's office letting him sleep in the check up room across the office.

"Gosh I need more sleep." Yuno groans dragging her feet to the tank room and falling into the largest tub. Roku falls in channeling Yuno's healing before getting out feeling like he slept for days

Yuno on the other hand will take a while longer because her body has to consider the precious cargo when repairing itself. Not that she's aware of it.

Kai looks out the window surprised by the power of the storm, "According to stats we don't have a weather manipulator capable of a shit storm this destructive, what do you think is the cause of all this?"

Rex fixes his tie not paying any mind to what Kai said, "Who cares? Aren't you a little worried about going to a career expo with Non-Supers who might try to kill us?"

Saito snorts watching funny videos with Chinami.

Kai laughs at Rex's statement, "I doubt anyone will care that much considering they will have military guns there to watch us specifically and anyone with a level 3 and above band will have an escort so I'm not worried."

Rex punches Kai in the face for no reason and Kai punches back, "The hell dude?"

Rex turns around glaring at Tiyo, "He made me do it."

Kai chokes Tiyo with a water whip and Akali phases out of the way before she ends up with a black eye from getting caught in a cross fire Again.

The bus stops in front of the Expo hall and the other students gathered outside look shocked by the chaos coming from the bus.

"How the hell did it make it this far?"

Saito flies off the bus with the Teacher and the bus Driver Tiyo glares at Rex before standing up and storming off the bus.

"Enough!" Nezukou glares at everyone paused in their tracks, "Fix yourselves up and look like students from an elite school for once."

Ava follows behind her grateful Dasai was her shield.

"Are we going to ignore the fact that the usual troublemakers started this shit."

"Shut up Dasai!" Kai fixes Rex's tie before getting off the bus looking around for Akali. "Are you okay?"

She nods laughing at his missing tooth, "Oh wow, your tooth got knocked out."

Kai elbows Rex and he kicks Saito.

"He's the one that knocked your tooth out not me."

Setsuno stands behind them looking beyond pissed Saito instinctively jumped back. "You idiots!"

Nezukou flinches when Setsuno knocks Rex out last.

Akali sighs in relief she didn't get dragged into their mess today. "All of you stand up straight and form four lines and don't even breathe the wrong way or you'll be deader than dead by the time I'm done with you."

The students flinch in fear standing up straight with two lines for boys and two lines for girls waiting patiently like the other students until the drones fly in scanning the students one by one.

"Excuse me, but we came here first, why are they getting in before us?" A teacher from a nearby school asks the Expo director who introduced himself 10 minutes ago.

"There's some more checks we need to do on the students and for your safety as well as theirs we have to let them in first."

Kai wakes up with a splitting headache after Setsuno gives them a healing herb Izumi has been mass producing at the greenhouse. "

Hurry up you're the last ones left."

Kai stands up stopping in front of the drone Tiyo scratches the back of his neck standing behind Kai.

The drones flash red and Setsuno looks confused, "What's going on?"

Saito stands in front of Kai while Chinami throws a debugging bug at the drone.

"They are programmed to not let specific people in and that includes all of us outside." Chinami is shocked back by an electric impulse radiated from his computer.

Setsuno turns around and they are surrounded by drones.

"What did we do this time?" Rex asks looking fed up with everything.

The students from the other schools stepping away but not going anywhere out of curiosity and anticipation of what will happen next.

A group of girls look worried when Chinami is still unconscious and hasn't moved a muscle.

Tiyo looks around and the drones start falling one by one Izumi walks in holding Xavier who just woke up.

"Everyone here okay?" Izumi turns to the shocked students behind the group.

A high-pitched sound that only Saito and Xavier can hear fills the atmosphere Xavier's sudden crying and Saito collapsing after releasing a piercing growl startles the on lookers even further,

Izumi covers Xavier's ears spelling him to be deaf Saito is already unconscious on the floor comatose with his scales hardening.

Tiyo's eyes widen when the Oni from the last time return but they're not misty anymore they are wearing armour and holding weapons, "Uhm, Are these the same friendly ones?"

Izumi nods, "Just take the friendly out of the equation. Someone else is controlling them and they mean business."

Kai passes out with a nose bleed Setsuno catches him getting paralysed feeling a sharp stinging pain upon impact.

"Rex." Akali throws him his Katana that she asked one of their classmates to shrink down for her.

"Stay inside you idiot you're not on the list." Rex scolds Akali who was waiting for the rest of her friends from the inside.

Yu rushes in with a squadron aiming guns at the Oni.

"Stay back, they will kill anyone who get's in their way if they wanted them dead they'd be dead." Izumi gives Yu a stern look, "Put down your weapons Rex you're the last one still standing for a reason."

Rex knocks Tiyo out by smashing him on the top of the head, "Now I'm the last one standing, if we die you better bring us back or I'll haunt you forever." Rex puts down the sword.

The Oni surround Xavier and Izumi first.

An on looker standing on the roof of the building opposite the expo leaves when the Oni disobey commands refusing to lay a finger on any of them, "Sir, the Oni will not make a move no matter what we do, do I let them go?"

"If they are disobeying your commands they are no longer following your orders the best option you've got is to run they will kill you if they find you."

She disappears into the crowd adjusting her ear piece.

"Hey there." Rouge smiles at the female in a black hood walking away, "I see you've been bullying my friend and I don't like it when people bully my friends especially using my Oni."

Rouge snaps his finger and the Oni surround the hooded female, "Tenshi!" The female broadcasts her lasts words through the hidden comms in her jacket Rouge smiling walking away.

He has a menacing smile that's wide and bright yet laced with trouble he doesn't even need to try to give off the bad boy aura he seeps trouble and scandalous without trying.

Yu checks for a pulse on Saito his scales recede and his eyes open. 

Izumi fixes Xavier's hearing who's holding a blue flower the Oni gave him.

"Been a while since I've seen this a Hell flower." Izumi smiles. 

Saito helps Setsuno up but Kai is still unconscious.

Chinami groans waking up, "Am I glad I'm immune to electric attacks using my ability without a computer is so not cool."

Chinami's ability is hacking related he can gain control over any electronic or techno item within a 5 mile radius he can do everything in his head, but he prefers using a computer by choice.

He stands up shutting down the building rebooting the entire system. "Open sesame." Xavier walks towards Saito holding up his flower.

"Setsuno, I want ice cream."

"Shouldn't you be at school?" Rex waves the flower in Tiyo's face and he wakes up his eyes pure white for a second before he gets up throwing the flower away.

"Get that shit away from me it makes me sick."

Izumi turns around ready to slip away but Xavier runs behind him waving goodbye. "Oh, come on, stay here Xavier. Setsuno will get you ice cream there's a lot of it inside." Xavier turns his head looking at the door with a new sign of hope in his eyes.

"Kali!" Xavier runs into the building following Akali by scent. "Kali I want ice cream."

Akali turns around and glares at Xavier. "And I want to be a Princess when you see the fairy god mother give her my number." Akali walks away and Xavier calls out Yuno's cell phone number walking behind Akali.

"Can I get ice cream?" Akali crosses her arms, "Please." Xavier adds remembering Akali won't give him anything he likes if he doesn't add the word please.

"Exactly."

Izumi leaves with Kai who's still unconscious taking his hand whispering under his breath before Kai wakes up. "Ahh, you're awake I suggest you run back before you miss the expo."

Kai surfs into the building walking to the engineering's section entering the robotics contest.

"Kai Lin is our last contestant times up for applications, ready! Begin. Impress us with what you can build out of junk."

Xavier sits on the table putting together pieces making a low signal universal remote something he learned from Kai.

"Times up! Let's see what our contestants built."

The host takes Xavier's remote putting it in the robotics scanner that will decipher what it is and what it can do. The remote might be low signal but if you're close enough you can snatch any car you want and disable security cameras though it works one at a time.

"Uhm, what's your name kid?"

"Xavier Tachibana." Xavier gets out of his seat walking back to the snack bar asking for another ice cream.

"Well, that's impressive. What's next?"

Yu has been watching Chinami's every move at the IT department waiting for an opening to catch him one on one. Chinami stands up walking to the food court he knows without a doubt that's where he'll find Rex and Saito.

"Excuse me." Chinami turns around smiling at Yu, "Hey, can I talk to you on the side for a minute."

"Sure."

Tiyo watches as Yu pulls Chinami aside, "Code red, our eyes and ears just got swept away."

Saito raises a brow, "If he's the eyes and ears, what am I?"

Tiyo purses his lips, "Do you really want to know?"

Saito jumps when Chinami's twin brother walks past them. "Am I the only one who hates the way the other twin just randomly pops up?"

Rex shakes his head, "What gets me is that I can't tell them apart one on one I can tell them apart when they are together Chinami has a bigger head, but right now his head looks just as big."

Namiko turns around glaring at the group.

"Sorry, we'll keep it to ourselves next time." Saito apologises putting his hands together.

"Sure, you will." Namiko walks away rolling his eyes.

Chinami watches Yu pull out a hard drive, "There's footage on this hard drive I'd like you to retrieve for me it's from a few months back I noticed you're a b-ranked hacker so I was wondering if you could help me out on a case that's been bugging me."

Chinami takes the hard drive going through the footage in his mind he erases everything Saito related before retrieving the lost footage. "There you go, 100% restored."

He smiles giving it back rushing over to the rest of the group, "We have a problem that lady is still hung up on Saito's break out from last year, if she has a hard drive with the footage we need to find out where she got that footage from."

Akali and Xavier sit up from the massage chairs smiling feeling good.

Everyone in the section looks puzzled by the group of boys walking in her direction Kai flings her over his shoulder while Setsuno apologises taking Xavier.

"There they go again wondering off." Rou crosses her arms, "What the hell does he see in her that I don't have?"

Ava follows in their direction, "Quit moping and let's find out."

Xavier looks down from the top of the building opposite the expo.

"Did we all have to be here?" Akali looks around worried they'll get in trouble for leaving the expo.

"I'm sorry, are you too good to get expelled with the rest of us?"

Kai shakes his head wishing Rex would learn to shut his mouth.

"You seriously need to think first and open your mouth after dude." Setsuno comments

Tiyo chuckles, "At least she knows what she'll get when we all get down from here and that includes the two stalkers by the door."

Ava shrieks losing her balance when she turns and runs dragging Rou down with her.

"Hurry up dude, what's taking so long?" Rex squats down behind Chinami hovering behind him

"Shut up, this isn't easy I need to make sure the signal doesn't get traced back to me."

Saito helps Ava and Rou up, "Are you two okay? You don't need to sneak up on us it's not like you'll know what we're talking about even if our conversations came with a memorandum."

Rou rolls he eyes, "You've been hanging around Rex too much." The door opens and the group walk down the stairs like they don't see the two of them.

Xavier plays along mimicking Setsuno's every move looking forward with his hands in his pockets his jawline looking like his teeth are clenched tight.

Yuno's car drives past them going back to the hospital from her favourite food place.

"Mommy!" the car pulls over and Yuno purses her lips when the group of boys wave back at her, "If Roku asks I came here to get Xavier."

Kai checks the car grabbing a piece of chicken putting it back after one bite.

Yuno glares at Kai her germophobia kicking straight into the first gear before it escalates, "What the fuck is wrong with you?"

Both of them ask each other at the same time Xavier gets in the car grabbing the chicken eating in peace.

"Since when do you eat spicy shit? Are you sick in the head?" Kai slides the back of his hand across Yuno's forehead circling her twice. "Either you're pregnant or insane."

Yuno slaps Kai across the face when he lifts her shirt.

"What the hell?" They both say at the same time annoying Yuno some more.

"What do we have here?" Roku grabs the take out flicking Yuno's forehead.

Kai looks at the watch in Roku's hand moving backwards. "Why's it moving backwards?"

Roku smiles brightly, "Because I'm a genius that's why? And you, young lady should not be eating so much unhealthy food. You're putting on too much weight."

Yuno bangs Roku's head into the side of the car, "You won't let me gym so let me put on as much weight as I like."

"You'll ruin that sexy figure come on Rex you know I'm right get through to her."

Rex nods in agreement sharing the chicken with Ava who mentioned she likes spicy food.

"My chicken." Yuno gets in the car sulking.

"Roku be honest, is my sister okay?" Roku gives him a thumbs up getting in driver seat taking Yuno back to the hospital.

"Roku's hiding something." Setsuno mutters under his breath.

"My thoughts exactly, what do you say we team up and find out?" Ryu slings an arm over Rex's shoulder holding Yuno's take out she knew she'd get caught and asked Ryu to be her errand girl one last time which just so happens to be the millionth one last time.

"Holy shit there's two of them." Rex stands up straight smiling at Ryu.

"You must be Rex, nice to meet you."

Kai shoves him out of the way covering his mouth creating distance between Rex and his sister. "Anybody got a clue what he's hiding?"

"I don't know Kai but Yuno and spicy food in the same conversation don't mix."

Tiyo looks around sensing eyes on him. "We should get inside we're being watched."

Ken calms Tori down who woke up feeling pain due to the cellular extraction Kim was doing while they were sleeping he's also aching all over. "The hell? Kim what did you do to us?"

Kim ignores Ken combining the cells from Tori with the ones from Ken all it does is enhance Ken's cells Tori's immortality cells are still dormant. "This is really fascinating."

Ken nods in agreement before injecting her with the extracted venom from Tori.

"I just need to figure something out it's nothing personal."

Roku jumps for his phone when the ringtone he reserved for Ken echoes in the room, "How may I help you?"

Ken goes through Kim's computer, "I've got access to Kim's lab, what do I do to find out how long we've got before the clock moves again?"

Roku tells Ken what to do while he watches the watch move back.

"I've got readings, 5 or more years is that accurate?"

Roku looks again, "Nope, I'm seeing less time than that, do you know something I don't?"

"Yeah, all the Lin's are immortals, but it's dormant I want to know how to activate it."

"If Izumi locked it only Izumi can unlock it, he's still secretive about the type of immortal he is."

"Is she okay?" Roku shakes his head, "Nope, I'm worried about her I don't think we should trust this watch anymore."

Yuno walks into the room holding a glass of water, "I think something is wrong with me."

The watch in Roku's hand spins around in random directions puzzling Roku. "Forget 5 years, I don't know how much time we've got we can't stop it Ken the babies are too strong for any of our magic they want out and they will be getting out."

"What? Did you run tests?"

Roku rushes Yuno to the sick bay.

"Roku, what the hell is going on?" Ken throws his phone across the room when Roku hangs up instead.

"Yuno? How do you feel?"

She shakes her head, "Like I'm on fire from the inside."

Roku sighs in relief, "Thank goodness." Yuno would be confused but she's in too much pain to care. "Calm down, you're okay. I think."

Izumi rushes into the building opening the door to Yuno's room shutting it behind him. "Well?"

Roku shakes his head, "There's no stopping the inevitable I'm looking at Yuno who's 8 months pregnant this whole time we thought we were halting the pregnancy they just syphoned the magic and stayed undetected."

"Is she showing?"

Roku nods, "She blew up in a couple of hours, what the hell do we call that?"

Izumi shrugs his shoulders, "She can't stay here and no one can find out about this."

The Empress walks into the room and pushes the two of them back, "Don't you dare move her she's about to deliver."

Izumi cocks a brow, "What?"

"I found out about her pregnancy months ago one thing I know is that It's too soon for this. 17 years too soon." She glares at Izumi absolutely angry he would mess with time like this. She thought she was getting in his way now she finds out she's been helping him.

Izumi looks out the window before calling Ake, "Tell Ken to get back here, right now."

Ake looks around the room, "I think he's on his way, what's the matter?"

Yuno clutches onto the sheets sitting up, "Holy shit I'm huge."

Izumi keeps her calm, "How long till delivery?"

"8 to 24 hours." Roku casually replies throwing his watch away he doesn't even trust his own answer.

"What? It burns like hell."

"Hang in there Yuno you'll be just fine, Princess knows what she's doing, right?" Izumi's tone and the look on his face are two different things. He doesn't trust Senitsu at all. 

She nods taking Yuno's hand rubbing it in a soothing manner. "I know exactly what I'm doing. She'll be just fine with me."
