My mother hit me with a broom.

"MOM!" I yell out, closing my eyes, expecting another hit on the head. The hit wasn't painful, but it was an unnecessary feeling right now.

I open my eyes and see my mom looking down in misbelief.

"?" Why did she stop?

My mother finally opens her mouth and starts to talk, "Are you really Hiroto?"

"Yes! That is what I've been trying to tell you!"

She lowers the broom.

"If you are my son, what is the name of my second son?"

An Awkward Silence arises.

"Alright, Hiroto, so you're saying you just suddenly were able to gain powers? Even after you got that disease not allowing you to gain skills?"
