"Alright, who the hell are you, show yourself or else I will break all your limbs and feed you to a pack of Cerberus outside in the wilderness." Leonard threatened in a calm and emotionless voice that would absolutely scared the wit of anyone normal human who hear of it.

However, surprisingly, his threat was ignored by the stalker.

"Alright don-" Leonard was prepared to launch a deadly spell at the targeted location where the stalker was hiding, however unexpectedly before he could fully casted the spell, a golden laser shot through the shoulder of the arm that was responsible for launching the mass of pure void destruction that was toxic to any life-form.

"ARghhhh!!!" Leonard gritted his teeth in pain as he felt a burning sensation and the pain of a chunk of his body just suddenly disappeared.

"What the hell was that?! That isn't any normal kinetic weapon…" he glared at the location of which the laser was shot from.

There he met a pair of glowing golden eyes that had a gaze that could penetrate his soul.

"Who...the hell are you…" Leonard narrowed his eyes as he looked at the figure in golden eyes while applying pressure on the bloody wound on his shoulder.

"Target locked on, holder of God Imprint… commence capturing procedure." found the darkness, Leonard heard a cold metallic voice which reminded him of the system A.I voice within his head every time he asked it something.

"I said...who the hell are you?!" Leonard was enraged now.

The sound of footsteps from the darkness vibrated forth and soon revealed the perpetrator, it was a humanoid figure cladded in grayish steel armor holding a long rifle in hand.

Leonard was loss for words as he looked at the humanoid before before his eyes.

The creature just stared at him before slowly dismantling the exotic scientific weapon in it hand turned it into a blade pulsing with the same golden energy that was glowing brightly in it eyes before exploding toward him with speed that caused a sonic boom to thundered out.

"Shit!" seeing that the "monster" was going right for the kill, he quickly molded a temporary weapon made from solidified void energy to clashed with the attack.

The moment the energy blade from the "Iron Man" clashed with Leonard magical spear of void.

The energy blade itself did not just stopped there, it continued and slashed into his body, drawing even more blood than before and caused him to be in pain and agony.

"GRRRHHHHH!!!!" seeing that the Iron Man still pressing on the offensive, Leonard was at his wit end as he focused all his perception onto the creature.

"This thing...it's strong!" he cursed under his breath as he tried to dodge the blade slashes, but occasionally he would get a random cut.

"What the fuck is this thing?! Where the hell did it come from- I miss do something to slow it down- Dark BINDING!" Leonard roared as shadow tendril erupted from the darkness and chased after the Iron Man and attempt to bind it.

*Slash *Slash *slash but with three swift slashes, the tendrils that chased the Iron Man were sliced into sashimi by the energy blade.

This is the only time that Leonard regret not creating a weapon for himself to fight in close combat and instead just relied on his range weaponries and magical ability to fight, his arrogant has indeed begun to catch up to him and now, he had to pay the price for it, in the form of a mysterious assassin that wanted to kidnapped- but before that, the thing scene to want to do as much pain and suffering onto himself.

*Crash *crash, Leonard and the Iron Man crashed hard onto the ground and was dazed for a moment, heavily injured but he quickly picked himself up and tried to escape from the scene as quickly as possible.

Because from his sight, he could see that the Iron Man was not damages much at all.
