Jianyu dies as a pitiful up-and-coming university graduate as he’s pushed off the roof by some revenge-seeking bastard. After all this, Jianyu thinks he can rest peacefully, but is very, very wrong when he’s bound to a system he never asked for. Honestly, at least he could have fun with his newfound system.
